A huge disappointment. These are NOT USDA Choice. As noted in other recent reviews, these steaks come with huge chunks of fat, and are incredibly chewy and sinewy. Absolutely inedible.

Last time I bought this it was $6.98 a pound. Now it's $8.98 a pound. Big jump! Not Sam's fault. It is very good steak but beef prices are ridiculous everywhere. Thanks Joe!

They were processed today. With a sell by date 5 days out for January 14. They were bright red instore. I got home to prep them for dinner and put the others in the freezer. These are rotten. Where the meat was touching other meat it was brownish green. It also had a very strong smell. So I cut one down the middle and it was like that all the way through.

Warm beef upon delivery and very poorly trimmed. The steaks were room temperature upon delivery, I immediatelty had to trim 1/4 of the steaks away due to white connective tissue and fat. It was really disappointing as the other times I ordered this sirloin delivered I enjoyed good quality steaks with very little to trim, not sure I will order again

Sam's sirloin steak is usually exceptional. This time the steak was full of gristle and as tough as shoe leather. I doubt I will purchase again. So disappointed. Really thinking about not renewing my membership there. Sam's is making bad choices and not keeping their customers happy. No longer sure if it is worth the money for a membership.

Cheap steak juicy flavorful tender if cooked correctly. I eat one almost everyday after my workouts. Good way to boost your daily protein intake
