My husband loves this steak. We buy it frequently.

Too much fat hiding on the underside. Price per pound was actually $17 after trimming the fat.

These sirloins are small but meaty and delicious. I grilled them to medium rare.

Good steak, way up in price, but still cheaper thank dining out.

I do like various angus steaks from Sam’s. This time I got 2 packages of these.
