not great. on the verge of being bad even though exp date was 08/04. purchased 07/30 and cooked 07/31. lots of fat/gristle on underside

Delicious steaks - Had a recipe for the slow cooker for Green Chile Beef Roast and used the steaks instead of a roast. They were delicious.

With all the cloned meat on the market, this was a real treat. Excellent texture and taste. The whole family enjoyed it. 👍🏽

Steak was tough, and one whole steak was fat on the backside. When I cut it off, there was only a little piece of usable meat left. Very disappointed

Two out of the six steaks were very tough which if you figure it that makes the four good steaks very expensive.

I love Sams meat. Usually really good. In this case four good pieces and two pieces of scrap steak. Fed those to the dog. Hopefully better next time.

I usually get the ribeye cuts , but this cut is less fatty then the ribeye cuts, ya couldn't fail on grilling or cooking this type of steak if ya tried, yumm yum tasty all the time.

Extremely tough tasteless beef, no one could eat it, ended up being a pricey dog treat. I have bought in the past, and it was great for breakfast steaks, but this was awful.

I don't know who was working in the butcher with my steak but it was literally a black substance leaking from the crack of one of the steaks! I'm so disgusted! And the steaks were cut so poorly I had 3 extremely small steaks and one giant one!

My husband loves this steak. We buy it frequently.
