This is a family favorite. One of the only places I can find them at a decent price. The quality is fantastic always flavorful.

We used this for a slow cooker recipe with cream of mushroom soup. Very tender and tasty

They were hidden under the steak that's supposed to be in the packaging!

It’s fresh and has most of the fat already sliced off. It makes quick work for cutting strips for stir fry.

Wrong type of steak for such a thin slice. Must be slow cooked as it’s like shoe leather after a quick sear.

I always buy the cheapest steak and this is it. It has somewhat great fat content at times. Texture is consistent after cooking. Has good flavor with seasonings.
