Disappointed that I found a lot of thick fat tucked up under the meat. Meat is already expensive but to find I'm paying for a lot of thick hidden fat really bites.

Was a little hard when cooked disappointed a little but maybe I bought the wrong stake.it was not that bad overall.

These steaks remind me of minute steak, we enjoyed them for dinner, but they would be great for breakfast with eggs.

with pricing on meat going up non stop have found that this cut is a little less expensive and with a good marinade ends up making a great cut for grilling and making tacos

Bought this pack to season and dehydrate. Cut the meat into strips and marinated for about 10 hours and then on the dehydrator for 6 hours. Came out great!

If you want to feel what it's like to chew cud like a cow, purchase this. Yes it's not filet mignon, I get it…Not only is it overpriced, you'll be chewing it for days.

We have tried this steak a few times, cooking it different ways and it's Very Tough 🙁 I would definitely recommend buying Ribeyes, T-Bone, or New York Strip Steaks before wasting your money on these😏

If you pay an arm and leg for some when your out and about why not buy the stuff that tastes good and make it at home where you can enjoy with the ones you love? My dad made tamales with this and they beat those restaurant/ street vendor tamales!!
