Member's Mark USDA Choice Angus Beef Boneless Bott

Great quality and better price than other stores. Cut in to small pieces and I can take one as needed than needing to defrost a big chunk. Tastes really good.

Beef

I was just a tad disappointed in the taste of these. I'm not sure if I'm cooking it right or what, but i can't seem to find a way to cook them to my liking

Perfecf size even my kid can cook them.

These are great. They are a perfect size so even my 9 yr old son can make these on a George Forman for lunch. We like them for fajitas & stir fry.

Too Tough to Eat as Steaks! Pointless Cut this way

These are okay because the price is low but this meat isn't really meant for cooking as steaks and usually is sold in larger roast size chunks for a reason. If you can cook them slow and low or pressure cook the meat they would be okay, but otherwise they are way too tough to eat.

Delicious and full of flavor

This Angus Beef Boneless Bottom Round Steak is a great buy! The meat is lean, tender, and full of flavor. It cooks evenly and works well for stir-fry, fajitas, or slow-cooked dishes. Hardly any trimming needed, which makes it super convenient. Great quality at a great price. Definitely recommend!

THE TOUGHEST MEAT I HAVE EVER HAD .....

I typically buy all of my beef at Sam's Club. When Sam's cube steaks became way too expensive, I bought these steaks to tenderize myself with my KitchenAid meat tenderizer accessory. I tenderized each steak at least 6 times. When I made chicken fried steak, I could not chew this cut of meat, tenderized or not. My next attempt was steak in a slow cooker. After 8 hours on low, I could not even cut this meat. I had to rip it apart with my teeth. I finally gave up and gave it to my dogs. Both of them chewed and chewed and eventually spit each bit out. My advice..... DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!

Good for a Quick Meal

The best part of this eye of the round package is that the meat is cut into individual portions. I am not much of a cook and freeze each slice individually take it out and fry it when I'm ready to eat it. Nothing like a sirloin or ribeye steak, but it is very lean and I enjoy it with mushrooms and onions.

TOO THIN for such a lean cut!!!

It’s ridiculous how thin they cut these “steaks.” They’re a tough and lean cut of meat, they need more time to cook, if you just sear them they’re too tough of a cut of meat. They need to be 3x the thickness, or just leave them as roasts so the customer can cut them to what ever thickness they need. Problem is that Sams is ALWAYS sold out of beef, so this is all that’s left. But this is too thin for any useful purpose for such a lean and tough cut, they need to be thicker so the meat can be cooked to be more tender without overcooking.
