We've been buying this bread for months, use it for sandwiches, snacking, soups, whatever. It previously was sold in a clear, plastic bag. Now, it is being sold at my local Sam's in a brown paper bag, and the bread is rock hard. If I cut off a part one night, try to close the bag up tightly, and come back the next day, it's incredibly hard and even hard to cut through. This was never an issue with the old packaging :(

This is the worst sourdough bread I've ever had. The outside is not crusty, it is actually tough and chewy, well, it's hard to even chew actually. And, as far as the taste, it has the weirdest sourdough taste I've ever tasted. I won't be purchasing it again.

I purchased this bread last week and I am very disappointed in. It was very dry and tasteless. I have purchased other store brand sourdough breads that were tasty. I also notice that there were no air pockets that are typically found in sourdough bread.

It would be nice if the person in the front checking Sam’s cards would pull apart the cart. I’m getting up in years and couldn’t do it. Someone else helped me and said the same thing. The young man was yawning at the front door just watching. Not good

Bring back the 4 pack of small boules, much more convenient.

Dry and tasteless. It did make pretty good french toast tho....

Needs a stronger sourdough taste. Tasted like just plain white bread.
