Sourdough bread is always a staple in our house and using it for sandwiches and french toast make them extra tasty.

Not what you’d think of as sourdough- more a white bread for sure. Lacks the structure or crust of a sourdough.

I love this sourdough bread. I cut it in half and then cut into slices. I stock up, storing in the freezer in freezer bags.

Healthier bread because it is pre-digested by the enzymes in the preparation process, so less stress on our digestive system. Tastes good too.

The taste is a good sourdough flavor with soft crust. Very good eaten plain or for sandwiches. Nearly as good as local artisan.
