Will Be Returning

Opened to put together and the entire handle assembly was missing. Called and they are sending in 5-7 business days. Needed to use and #5 the water hose port broke in half on first use - about 30 min of using for the first time.

Poor design

It has a poor design where the water hooks to the pump. I have now had two pumps break because the metal is so thin and it’s not solid metal. It is a cast metal. The first one was under warranty. I am now looking for a replacement part and deciding if it’s worth just trashing the machine the motor is in great shape hardly any use. It has been very handy to have to do small projects around the house. I’d recommend getting a different product better built.

The washer quit working almost every time I tried to use it. The engine quits after a few minutes and is very unreliable. Also, the machine is very top-heavy and tends to fall over very easily. The last time it fell over it broke the manifold water intake and I am done with this piece of junk.

Soap Tank Leaks

The pressure on this machine is ok, but the reason I'm giving it two stars is that I went into my garage the next morning after using it, and all of the soap had leaked out all over the floor. There is a leak in the soap container. I will be returning this to Sam's.

water inlet breaks

I bought this pressure washer on September 2022. Only the third time I used it and today while using it the water inlet to the water pump broke (cast iron). After I read these reviews it seems like this part is very weak and breaks a lot. Runs well, good pressure but after only three uses the pressure washer is now useless.

Huge waste of money

Like others that have posted, my water intake pipe was broken when I opened the box! I had bought it in December of 2023 and it was unopened in my garage until April 2024. Shame on Sam's for not taking this product back! Now I have to deal with the company, and they are not responding to my emails/calls.

Poor quality

Soap tank

Soap Tank is trash. Soap tank is dispenser is located too low causing the dispensing hose to drag and or hit ground causing damage to dispensing nipple and hose

Same as the others Broken Water inlet on first use

There is an issue you can see I have a broken water inlet nozzle also. On first use, it broke. I would add a picture but it would look like the other one-star review pictures. Do not buy this product it has a fatal flaw.

garbage

I purchased it and right when I turned the water on the weld to the hose cracked off , customer service said take it to a service center and can take 30-60 days before making a claim
