We received this mattress promptly. The box was not super heavy. I put it on a sheet and pulled the box down the hall to the bedroom. We put the box on the bed and cut the box and rolled the mattress out. The mattress comes out of the box folded in half. The mattress was unwrapped and on the bed by 1:00 and it was filled out completely by bedtime and actually fit our sleigh bed better than the pillow top mattress that we used previously. There was no odor. We sleep on a Tempur-pedic king size that is several years old. This queen size mattress was a little firmer than our Tempur-pedic. It sleeps pretty good.. For the price it is a great alternative to a Tempur-pedic.

Just received this mattress about a week ago and it has failed to decompress. I contacted Sam's Club and they are in the process of issuing a refund and am waiting to find out how to return it as I am unable to rebox it. I ordered pretty much the same mattress several years ago and loved it.

I ordered my Zinus online from Sam’s Club. My mattress came frozen and has yet to reach a full 12” after two weeks. It is a heavy mattress and would’ve impossible to send back or return to a Sam’s Club. Hoping it will slowly expand to a full 12”. Great all around, unboxing was easy, came to full size in a few hours, chemical smell was very mild and gone the second day. Very comfortable matress is firm and soft. I'm 240 pounds and ex‐wife is 360 both of us agree it is one of the best mattress's we have ever owned. Now it's time to get her on her own and off my bed, lol

We desperately needed a new mattress and this one came highly recommended. I’ve never purchased a mattress from a big box store so I had low expectations. Well I was wrong. This is one of the most comfortable and price friendly mattresses. I could even move it myself!

Did not expand pass 5 inches and it was supposed to be 12. I let it sit for 5 days.

We bought 2. Neither expanded correctly. Had to replace both.

I like it but it seems to my My husband and I too warm

Both ends of the mattress have yet to fluff up to the 12 inches they are supposed to. Been over a week of waiting.

Very comfortable mattress. It took about 4 days to fully decompress. It's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on.
