Compared to Tempu-rpedic

We received this mattress promptly. The box was not super heavy. I put it on a sheet and pulled the box down the hall to the bedroom. We put the box on the bed and cut the box and rolled the mattress out. The mattress comes out of the box folded in half. The mattress was unwrapped and on the bed by 1:00 and it was filled out completely by bedtime and actually fit our sleigh bed better than the pillow top mattress that we used previously. There was no odor. We sleep on a Tempur-pedic king size that is several years old. This queen size mattress was a little firmer than our Tempur-pedic. It sleeps pretty good.. For the price it is a great alternative to a Tempur-pedic.

I'm disappointed.

Just received this mattress about a week ago and it has failed to decompress. I contacted Sam's Club and they are in the process of issuing a refund and am waiting to find out how to return it as I am unable to rebox it. I ordered pretty much the same mattress several years ago and loved it.

I ordered my Zinus online from Sam’s Club. My mattress came frozen and has yet to reach a full 12” after two weeks. Great all around, unboxing was easy, came to full size in a few hours, chemical smell was very mild and gone the second day. Very comfortable matress is firm and soft. Surprisingly comfortable

We desperately needed a new mattress and this one came highly recommended. I’ve never purchased a mattress from a big box store so I had low expectations. Well I was wrong. This is one of the most comfortable and price friendly mattresses. I could even move it myself!
