As a keto friendly healthier option for a pasta sauce, it is a decent tasting option. It is fresh tasting and has a good consistency. The low sodium and no sugar are good for someone like me that has dietary restrictions. The average person may not find it to their liking because if the same.

This sauce is awesome. I would assume that some thing from Italy taste just like this. It’s not lumpy or chunky. The sodium and salt is just right. I would use this as my every day source. Often times I am afraid to try new tomato sauce because you just don’t know what you will get. But this is absolutely delicious

I always expect jarred sauces to have a slight off taste to them and most of them do. I was pleasantly surprised with the Yo Mama’s tomato basil flavor. I put it on tortellini, topped it with cheese and then baked it. Made for a great easy, quick meal for those weeknights when the last thing you feel like doing is cooking. The only downside was it tasted a lot like pizza sauce and if I buy it again, I would definitely use it for that.

Was pleasantly surprised with the taste of this low sodium pasta sauce! It was just the right consistency with a great flavor - nothing too overpowering! Tried it out on just plain pasta, and plan to add it to one of my favorite oven baked pasta dishes, next! Definitely would buy again!

I received this product in October and was just now able to make a meal using the sauce. I added mild Italian sausage to the sauce and served it over pasta with a pinch of fresh Parmesan. This is possibly the best a pasta sauce I’ve had in a long time. It didn’t have an acid taste to it, in fact, it tasted freshly made. This product is definitely a keeper!

I've been seeking out a variety of low-sodium options for pasta sauce and I found this. If you are used to commercial pasta sauces that are loaded with salt, you may not like this. I found it to be a good alternative for me. I wish it was available locally. There are several other varieties of sauce in this brand, but this is the only one I have tried this farr.

Let me start by saying this sauce/gravy depending on what you call it was better than I thought. I also can my own sauce so I know what goes into it a good sauce and this has a lot of good ingredients. You can see and taste the chunks of onion and a good sauce always starts with olive oil and onion. They are cooked perfectly. Not to mention that it’s all natural, no GMO or preservatives. The tomatoes have also simmered to perfection, leaving a good thickness and body. I can also tell they use fresh basil. It’s not just little flakes but it’s chopped and vary green. I used tomato basil and you can actually taste the basil, not like other sauces. One jar is perfect for one pound of pasta. If I didn’t take it out of the jar myself, I would of never known it wasn’t homemade. Bellissimo!

Salsa Deliziosa!!! YO MAMA's sauce was packaged and delivered to my doorstep in perfect condition. After opening the bottle I was pleasantly surprised how good YO MAMA'S Basil tasted! The sauce is fresh and flavorful. I was able to add extra spices of my choice without destroying the natural tomato taste. No added sugar and low sodium help keep the fresh ingredients full of flavor. I used half of a bottle for a chicken dish and the other half for a ground beef dish and my family loved the delicious flavor of both! I will definitely get YO MAMA'S products again - and soon!

The Yo Mamas Marinara sauce tastes great and zero preservatives. You can feed your family knowing it is healthy. I made a meatball casserole as you can see and it was amazing. It is an easy, quick supper for on the go. Pair with a salad and you are set.

Love that this sauce has simple all-natural ingredients with no sugar added! I am a low carber and this sauce hits the mark with only 4 net carbs per 1/2 cup!! The only reason for 4 stars is that it is a bit bland and I needed to add salt (it is also low-sodium) and some garlic. That is not a big deal to me and I will continue to purchase this.
