Flavor was nice.. but was not knocking my socks off... There are other premium sauces that are better in my opinion... However if you like a milder flavor... you probably will like this one. This sauce was quick to evaporate! My one jar gave me 1.5 cups in no time! Maybe I received a bad batch? I myself can’t justify watching my money and sauce..STEAM AWAY!

I appreciate that it is gluten free (for my sister who has Celiacs), and I liked that it is also preservative free. Overall, I can’t complain about it. The basil taste was quite light in it, and I love basil so I wouldn’t have minded a hint more, but that’s something easy to fix by adding more of my own.

I cannot tell the difference between this sauce and a sauce that is higher in carbs. I mixed it with ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic, and garlic salt and made a chunky delicious sauce that I poured over zucchini noodles. The sauce is wonderful by itself without any add ins too! Definitely going to purchase it again!
