The carafe leaks between the black plastic and the glass.

Water tank hard to handle. Want to use pod, low water, enough in reservoir

I love this. I can give my guests cofee and have a cup of hot chocolate or tea.

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because it's difficult to set the timer.

Not exactly what I had hoped for much cheaper made and timer system is way old fashioned.

Love the programmable timer. The carafe pot drips when pouring.

The pot drips often when pouring your coffee, and I think the water tank should be larger.
