Great versatile machine. Brews a great single cup when its just me , or a carafe full when I have guests! Best tasting coffee ever!

The only thing to improve is I use pods my husband uses the pot. When he makes a pot if I want my pod it turns the heat pad to the pod off

Disappointed that the pot side doesn't make smaller than 6cups. Also coffee comes out extremely weak, even when you use the STRONG feature.
