At first, I thought the mattress wasn’t as soft as the one I tested in the store but it has softened up over time and I’m hoping it continues to soften a bit more. Otherwise, I’m loving it and am seeping better with less discomfort and aches when I wake up.

So the first couple of nights I had to adjust, my back was used to my old bed which was a good bed but after 6 years started to have a dip in it, granted I’m 215 lbs... but still. I suppose I had started to develop a curve to my posture. Well this bed straightened me out. The had the bed a week, and the past 2 nights I’ve slept incredible. Didn’t wake up in the middle of the night either like I normally do. I feel great the next day.

I tried Nectar, and found the mattress to be just too firm. I contacted Nectar, and they were great. They sent a topper (for free), but it was still not the feel I was looking for. The trial period was 365 days, and I notified them for a return after around six weeks. They were wonderful with the return. I have only good things to say about Nectar except the mattress was just not for me. I looked at a lot of other mattresses and DreamCloud seemed to have everything I was looking for (by description), and many great reviews. With DreamCloud having a 365 trial, it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The DreamCloud is everything I wanted. Not too soft, not too firm, just right. Very, very comfortable. The tiny thing I found out is the mattress is so wonderfully thick, I need the deep pocket sheets. Not a problem, just a bit of information I am sharing. I love everything about the DreamCloud.

Just make sure you have time the first delivery date will probably not be the last. Unfortunately for us, we were leaving the country and they didn't even ship the mattress until a month after the initial shipment date, resulting in us having to ship later and a higher fee. Haven't slept on the mattress yet, but looking forward to it.

The mattress arrived within the time promised. The box was beat up but the mattress was wrapped very well and was clean. Unpacking was fairly easy but be prepared because it is very heavy. We are sleeping well and like the mattress. Would recommend to others

I was so hoping that my sleep experience was like that of so many others, but it hasn't. My first night my hips bottomed out and there was pain. I put down some egg carton foam and that helped. So far, since getting the mattress, I have awakened with lower back pain each morning. I've tried sleeping with a pillow between my knees but that hasn't helped. Even with my backaches I find the Premier very comforting and am still experimenting to find a totally wonderful sleep. It is truly a shame that I have the problems that I do because in generally like the mattress.

The mattress still smells after more than a week. We have walked on it a suggested. We did not sleep on it for 3 days. We have aired the room out with fans . The odor also traps in self into the bedding. The mattress is a bit oversized. It nearly fits into a queen frame making it difficult to sheet. This is again after alllowing several days to relax. It is not cloud like comfort. Memory foam feel superficial with nice fabric but sinks to a very firm foundation. I weigh 170 lbs. I suppose if you weighed 130 it would feel more cloud like, but not for me. I’m going to give it a chance for awhile. It seems very well constructed. The comfort is not consistent with the hype.

After trial-ing (6) different beds we finally found the DreamCloud mattress. It is the best bed we have ever had..We were very weary that it was just "another rolled-up" bed...we were so surprised after it "inflated". Only one complaint...gass is very strong for the first 3-4 days. Take the time to let it air out before sleeping on it...Caused my husband to have headaches.

Previously reported desire to return due to sinking feeling on Memory Foam; wife not liking the mattress as we had a pillow top, and cervical fusion issues. Was instructed to perform measurement tests and return photos. Got called out of town on work issues and family member dying. In the meantime, as I was looking for mattress tags I went ahead and rotated mattress around to that end at the head board and both wife and I slept better. But still waking up with back pain and "hollowing out" section where I am laying. Am scheduled to start Pain Mgmt. Therapy in 2 days, however, from reading original sales advertisement did not think that it was going to be this difficult to return the mattress. My next call will be to American Express to discuss warranty issues on their purchases.

There is no question DreamCloud's hybrid mattress is very well crafted. I am an architect and in our profession we pay close attention to every step of process & detail of construction. These folks thought of everything. The compressed, rolled up mattress came in 2 navy blue bags, one draw-string outer meant to take the abuse of the transit. Sure enough, the plastic pocket on which the label is placed was half-ripped from the bag but no harm done. It's meant to protect what's inside. The inner zipper bag was clean, had sewed on handles & facilitated 2 persons to carry the very substantive mattress upstairs into the bedroom. Guess in case we want to return it, the inner bag will serve as the container. Now how you force out the air and fit in the bag would of course be a challenge but nothing like those that came in a cardboard box. The bags each rolled nicely into a small tube the size of a tennis ball tube. Very thoughtful design. The mattress unrolled easily, and started hissing even before we cut open the clear & totally clean plastic seal/wrap and quickly filled up to its designed normal dimensions. And there is barely any odor, that's an excellent sign that the materials used are not hazardous to your health due to off-gassing of VOC which is always a problem with foam products, though we did have all windows open to help dissipate any anticipated smell. That wasn't necessary at all. Bravo. Now, as for dream-cloud like comfort, the verdict is still out. We have ceased waking up stiff and tired, but it would be untrue to say we awake refreshed and totally relaxed, but then you can't blame the mattress for everything either. We'll give both the mattress and our bodies sometime to adjust and acclimate to the new relationship. Perhaps we need to look into pillows and how they may be adversely affecting our rest. My wife is 5' & < 100 lb, I am 5'8" & < 150 lb, and we both sleep in all kinds of position except face down, so perhaps the pillow top of the mattress isn't quite soft enough given our body build. I would really hate to go through the trouble of returning it, since it's such a well-made and handsome-looking mattress.
