Previously reported desire to return due to sinking feeling on Memory Foam; wife not liking the mattress as we had a pillow top, and cervical fusion issues. Was instructed to perform measurement tests and return photos. Got called out of town on work issues and family member dying. In the meantime, as I was looking for mattress tags I went ahead and rotated mattress around to that end at the head board and both wife and I slept better. But still waking up with back pain and "hollowing out" section where I am laying. Am scheduled to start Pain Mgmt. Therapy in 2 days, however, from reading original sales advertisement did not think that it was going to be this difficult to return the mattress. My next call will be to American Express to discuss warranty issues on their purchases.

Honestly bed was fantastic the first 2 weeks... But now afterward I wake up experiencing some pretty harsh back pain... I find myself more or less deciding to stay up at night like with my old 200 dollar bed vs sleeping in my old bed... That being said I was willing to give it 2 stars because maybe the custom bed stand and topper the company sells makes a big difference but I am not sure... Not trying to knock it as I said it was AMAZING at first. Got some of the best sleep i've ever had... But now I just get the same old same old... But maybe I need to break it in more and work through the pain... Who knows. We shall see. Sorry for the 2 stars, but just being honest. Didn't submit photos or a video as the bed itself still looks absolutely fantastic and was partly what got me to give it the extra star,

The mattress feels incredible luxurious. It is firm and thick. Unfortunately, we already start noticing indentations after a month of use. We both have average weight (M 190 pounds F 155 pounds) so that shouldn’t be the issue. We are grateful for the 12 month try out so we can see how it will hold up over the next few months. Hopefully the indentations are not getting worse.

We no longer have our dream cloud mattress. We returned it one month after purchase because of how VERY uncomfortable it was. My wife and I both were sinking into this bed so much that it caused further problems with my back and her side. We both needed something firm and this was NOT it.

I have only slept on it for one night but so far so good-haven't felt a morning of non-hurting is years. It was very heavy to get up our stairs so be prepared that it is a two man job. Also, at this time, don't expect a shipment in two days. They are just too overwhelmed with orders. I am really excited though--the best feeling mattress we tried and so very soft to the touch. Perfect soft/firm combo I think . . . certainly seems that way at this point anyway! First day of school, ended up with a kiddo in my bed mid-way through the night and I couldn't get her out--your bed is so comfy Momma!

So far the Dreamcloud premiere is good. It may be a bit to soft for us stomach sleepers but for now I’m going to give it a few more months. I may need something a bit more firm. For side sleepers it is perfect. Nice edge support all the way around. Good quality.

The bed frame did not come with mattress and no pillows like they did with other 4 nectars mattress I just purchased. So I am hoping the bed has a little more support once we put it on the base. Right now we have it on the floor, not ideal for my back. But my kids love their beds.

I spent months and months feeling like princess & the pea on my last mattress exchanging it three times. It really has been a great experience, I have an adjustable base (from the last company) and this bed is 10/10! I sleep more soundly and a bit more comfortable. I can also toss and turn through all positions and feel assured that it still feels good under my body!

What I would call the "roll into the middle spot" purchased the DreamClound 3-4 months ago. The outer edges of the mattress still firm and the spot to get at restful night sleep like the early days of the purchase, and looked forward to it now not so great of a sleep. I am of average build with average weight. I would of expected this 6-7 years after the purchase-maybe !! (as you would with your typical spring mattress) not this soon.

The mattress came within a week. We've been sleeping on the mattress over 3 weeks and it's been very good. It sits a bit lower than the old Sleep Number bed but very comfortable. I don't feel the movement when my husband is tossing and turning. We are both side sleepers and haven't had any pain or aches. I do recommend to let the mattress breathe for a day or so before sleeping on it to remove the odor.
