I can’t comment on the quality of the mattress, because I don’t have it! I placed an order on Feb 12 for the premier full size and each time I called I was told next week it looks like it’s shipping! Your customer satisfaction is not your priority? The shipping window was changed at least 5 times!!! Now I’m stuck...I feel like cancelling it & at the same time I wasted all this time waiting! I just want the mattress already! This is way too much time; if I knew I would’ve chose a different company!

I was skeptical at first as i was hesitant buying a bed that comes rolled up in a bag and delivered to your door. But this bed has made me a very satified customer. Its very comfortable and you would never know that it was delivered rolled up in a bag. I have back problems and i can honestly say i feel amazing now when u wake up. I have never done a survey like this in my life, this in itself has to say something about this bed. Well worth the money. I puchased the king size. I will say that you will need at least two people to get this thing into your bedroom haha. Im a very happy customer, and so is my wife! Happy wife, happy life, buy a dreamcloud lol.

My experience has been top notch since day 1. Out last mattress(5 years old) had gotten so bad I had gotten used to falling asleep on our couch. When I did sleep in bed I would always get up with multiple aches and pains I had to “walk off”. I realized on morning 3 of our Dream Cloud that those aches and pains were gone. I jump right out of bed and start my day, no recovery period needed.

The mattress was slightly cool to the touch, not uncomfortable or cold as many we had checked but just right (we purchased in summer). The general opinion of my friends is that the mattress is firm and supportive however, it is also snuggly. It is very comfortable. The mattress also works very well with my adjustable foundation. I could not detect any odor. The mattress was close to fully expanded within about 4 hours. I'm very pleased with this product.

I recently had back surgery and my mattress wasnt comfortable at all. So I was reading reviews and thought I would give it a try,and the 365 days was a game changer. It arrived very fast, and we got it set up with no problem. I had the best night of sleep I have had in a long time. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you Dream Cloud!

Bought for daughter returning from college. Extremely comfortable. instantly falling asleep, no restlessness during sleep. Very pleased w purchase. Buying 2 more : 1 queen and 1 king. Luxury bed. roomy for 2 queen size. Pillow top comfort is by far well worth the extra money.

I really like this mattress, it appears to be good quality, it was delivered in good condition and construction seems nice. That being said, while I find it quite comfortable at 5' 0" and 120 pounds, it is far too soft and lacks support for my husband who is 6' 2" and 300 pounds. We are disappointed as all of our research and the various guides indicated this bed was a good compromise for us, but I really cannot recommend it for bigger people unless you like a really plush mattress and lower back support is not an issue for you.

I’m 5’9” and currently 9 months pregnant weighing around 160 lbs. My husband is 6’2” and around 190 lbs. My husband and I got a bigger bed and purchased the King Sized mattress about 2 months ago. The mattress is way too soft - there isn’t much support at all. You just sink into it and it causes a lot of lower back pain. We’ve both had to sleep with firmer pillows under our backs to offset the mattress. We gave it a few months to adjust but really aren’t happy at the softness and lack of support. Maybe it’s a good mattress for someone who weighs less than us or doesn’t require much back support - but definitely not a good fit for us.

This mattress is so comfortable and delightful. The only negative is that it’s incredibly heavy. I cannot change the sheets by myself, it’s now a two person job. Also, due to its loftiness, sheets tend to be a little short on it and they get baggy quickly as they don’t wrap around the mattress effectively.

DreamCloud mattresses have the comfort of a really high quality memory foam mattress with the bounce and support of an inner spring. The materials all feel very substantial and high-quality. Overall very impressed by the sleep and overall experience I've received from DreamCloud!
