I loved this when I first got it. So comfy and nice. I first started noticing poor edge support about 2 years in. I've had it for 6 years and am seeing sagging, poor edge support, and I'm waking in pain every day. I don't expect mattresses to last forever but I would have expected more than. 2 years without problems for what was paid.

To long of a wait to get my mattress but now that I had it for 2 days it feels great so far. I have slept good the last two nights and I'm looking forward to seeing much improvements in my sleep from now on. I will keep you posted on my mattress. Thank you.

I have had my DreamCloud Premier for about 2 months now, but I am not 100% sure about it. I sleep better than I did on my old mattress, but still not great. It's a little hard which makes my shoulders and hips sore (I am a side sleeper), but I think it is still breaking in because my husband's side is softer. I got the more expensive model hoping for the best sleep ever, but, unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet.

The whole process was smooth! Mattress is a good balance of being firm but also feeling like you are laying on a pillow. It still does have a memory foam feel even though it is a hybrid. My sleep has definitely been better since receiving the mattress .

So far we like our new bed, easy to set up, a little heavy but we expected that. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it took a long time to get delivered. Not sure about the pillows, they are a bit hard, but we are giving them time. It's only been 3 weeks. I will probably order the thicker mattress pad, the one that came free is so thin. My husband can now sleep on his back, side and stomach without pain in the am. I am a side sleeper and very comfy for that position. The sheets are very soft, love those.

The mattress itself is great! The platform is cheap and broke the same day we got it. The pillows are nice but takes some getting used to. It's great for the price but not something I would absolutely rave over. Definitely get the extra topping on the mattress!

I ordered a King size Premier mattress, but when it got here we noticed it didn't quite fit our existing bed frame. So I contacted Dreamcloud support and they had me check the tags and take some measurements. We had accidentally been sent a California King. They sent out a King size mattress almost immediately. We've been sleeping on the California King while we waited for the correct size to come, and I have to say that this mattress is FANTASTIC. I'm not waking up with creaking, popping joints and an aching back anymore. It is so sublime, it's like the most comforting hug at the end of the day. It's firm, but not too firm. Just soft enough to sort of cradle you, but not too soft. I can't say enough good things about this bed. If you're on the fence about it, just do it. The customer service is super helpful, and I would recommend this bed to anyone!

I am a horrible sleeper as I work night shift in the ER, and I have a bad back. I received my mattress yesterday and slept great my first night in it. It did take longer than expected to ship and deliver, but I received email updates keeping me informed on my order status. I am very pleased with my new bed so far:)

After numerous internet searches for a bed, we landed on dreamcloud to balance price and comfort. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive-originally we were told that it would be deliver the week of January 5th (we ordered on Dec. 29th) but the date can and went with no bed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and customer service didn;t have any updates on why it was taking so long either. Finally got the bed January 29th, and would not have been irked by it taking a month to get here--just would have appreciated delivery updates being more conservative than they were.\nBed itself was easy to put into the bedroom but it did take two people to get it out of the box and on our bed frame--we got a Cal King, after all. Husband and I slept on it that night and felt very supported. We were both surprised that it was on the firmer side but woke up the next day without the upper back pain we'd been experiencing in our former 10 year old mattress (which was beginning to sag). If I had been able to test this before ordering I likely would have gotten something a bit softer, but we add our old mattress topper to it and it's cushy again. The included pillows and linens were also a nice addition to our new bed bundle.

A few years ago I began having lower back pain. It became so bad, every time I would get out of bed, my back would be killing me. I knew I had to get a new mattress. I did A LOT of research on mattresses that were the best for lower back pain and I decided to purchase the DreamCloud premier mattress. \nIt was the best decision of my life! It was from day 1 that I noticed a huge difference. Now, I get up every morning and no back pain! It's amazing what a mattress can do! I highly recommend this mattress!!!
