We sleep so much better now. I highly recommend this mattress. I was nervous about ordering a mattress online. As we were unable to try it first. It took longer than expected to get here but was worth it! We were able to sleep on it the night we unboxed it. Best night’s sleep in years!

There is no question DreamCloud's hybrid mattress is very well crafted. I am an architect and in our profession we pay close attention to every step of process & detail of construction. These folks thought of everything. The compressed, rolled up mattress came in 2 navy blue bags, one draw-string outer meant to take the abuse of the transit. Sure enough, the plastic pocket on which the label is placed was half-ripped from the bag but no harm done. It's meant to protect what's inside. The inner zipper bag was clean, had sewed on handles & facilitated 2 persons to carry the very substantive mattress upstairs into the bedroom. Guess in case we want to return it, the inner bag will serve as the container. Now how you force out the air and fit in the bag would of course be a challenge but nothing like those that came in a cardboard box. The bags each rolled nicely into a small tube the size of a tennis ball tube. Very thoughtful design. The mattress unrolled easily, and started hissing even before we cut open the clear & totally clean plastic seal/wrap and quickly filled up to its designed normal dimensions. And there is barely any odor, that's an excellent sign that the materials used are not hazardous to your health due to off-gassing of VOC which is always a problem with foam products, though we did have all windows open to help dissipate any anticipated smell. That wasn't necessary at all. Bravo. Now, as for dream-cloud like comfort, the verdict is still out. We have ceased waking up stiff and tired, but it would be untrue to say we awake refreshed and totally relaxed, but then you can't blame the mattress for everything either. We'll give both the mattress and our bodies sometime to adjust and acclimate to the new relationship. Perhaps we need to look into pillows and how they may be adversely affecting our rest. My wife is 5' & < 100 lb, I am 5'8" & < 150 lb, and we both sleep in all kinds of position except face down, so perhaps the pillow top of the mattress isn't quite soft enough given our body build. I would really hate to go through the trouble of returning it, since it's such a well-made and handsome-looking mattress.

The Dreamcloud bed was highly recommended by my sister. I did a bit of research but probably not enough to know how soft the mattress is compared to the iCloud hybrid we were used to. We are not stiff or achy after sleeping on it, so it’s possibly supportive in its own soft way. We’ve had it about four months and still deciding if it is the mattress for us.

This is a fantastic Mattress. My wife has pretty much stopped snoring and we both are getting far better night sleep than we had on our old Mattress. But what makes this a great deal is that you have a life time warrantee, and 365 day return policy. You just can't beat that.

I ordered a King size Premier mattress, but when it got here we noticed it didn't quite fit our existing bed frame. So I contacted Dreamcloud support and they had me check the tags and take some measurements. We had accidentally been sent a California King. They sent out a King size mattress almost immediately. We've been sleeping on the California King while we waited for the correct size to come, and I have to say that this mattress is FANTASTIC. I'm not waking up with creaking, popping joints and an aching back anymore. It is so sublime, it's like the most comforting hug at the end of the day. It's firm, but not too firm. Just soft enough to sort of cradle you, but not too soft. I can't say enough good things about this bed. If you're on the fence about it, just do it. The customer service is super helpful, and I would recommend this bed to anyone!

I love my bed! I tried half a dozen beds at my local mattress store and found only one that was comparable to this DreamCloud bed, but it was twice as much and without a sleep bundle. I left the store and wondered if I could do better, then began my internet search when I arrived home. So happy to have found DreamCloud! They not only have the best beds but also the best customer service! My bed is so dreamy and comfortable that everyone in my family wants to lay on my bed to watch TV!

We like the mattress we bought a year ago but this second buying experience has been a disaster - made worse by the fact that you think we have our mattress - which is now delayed by over a week from confirmed ship date with no update on when it will arrive. You also have my last name wrong.

I was nervous to get the bed because I wanted a med firm bed and the fact that you can't try it is very unsettling. The reviews mostly said it was too soft , and that made me nervous. When I saw how it inflating , it looked like it was filling up with air , but that's just how they are made. The first night wasn't Too bad, I got a decent sleep, only waking a few times. Since then. Every night feels like I'm sleeping on an over inflated air mattress!! I've had it about 2 months. I'm going to return it. just need to research to find another mattress . Unless I call and they make a pillow top to make it softer

With the typical memory foam mattress, you have the tendency to feel that you are sinking into the mattress and eventually it has your body imprint in it but not with the Dreamcloud Premier! Since night #1, I get the best night's sleep and I wake up feeling refreshed! No sinking into the mattress and no imprint. Awesome mattress! Thank you for the great night sleep!

Okay I am loving the mattress and adjustable base combination. I am mainly a back sleeper with some time on my side and find it extremely comfortable. I also purchased the mattress protector which to me is more of a topper as it is really thick. I only gave four stars because of the length of time it took to receive the adjustable base. Overall so far so good and am very happy with this purchase.
