After researching for months, we decided on the DreamCloud mattress. It came down to stellar reviews and the fact that it was a hybrid mattress. We've slept on it for a week and I am convinced it has been the best sleep ever! Best decision we've made!

We recevied our king Dreamcloud about two weeks ago. Shipment was fast and as we unpacjed the quality was quite obvious. It is a very heavy mattress so be sure to have someone help you with this process. At first "lay" I was quite disappointed on how firm the mattress was. The pillow top layer is soft but doesn't quite allow you to sink in like I had hoped. When I was deciding on which firmness to purchase I had a long discussion with one of the CSRs and was eventually steered away from the soft model (my original choice) and was convinced that the luxury firm model would be more than accomodating for a side sleeper because it was the "closest to what you would have experienced in a nicer hotel". In my oppinion no mattress at any hotel is this firm so if that is what your going for this is not the one. I really wish i would have went with my first instinct and purchased the softer model. So, for now I am trying to adapt to this one. I am experiencing back pain when I sleep on my side so I have been trying to sleep mostly on my back. Im not sure if this mattress is for us but we will give ourselves time to adjust and see how it works out. If your a back sleeper that wants a high quality firm mattress this is the one. For small side sleepers you may want to try the softer version. Both me and my wife are b/w 140 and 170lbs for a reference. Heavier side sleeper may like this one. Thats my two cents. Enjoy!

I thought it would be too stiff to get a good nights rest. I need a soft mattress. The first night I fell right to sleep and didn’t wake up until morning. My wife has required sleep aids to get to sleep but after her first night on our Dreamcloud she awoke fully rested and cheerful. Her first words were, “I love my Dreamcloud!”

I bought this mattress on March 2021 and they delivered on may 2021. I was so excited thought all my ache problem will be gone. It didn’t resolve my sciatica problem instead it produced shoulder and legs problems. If I sleep straight it is okie, but this will not support side sleepers. Now again I bought floor mat and sleeping there now. Just today only I request for my return process.

I love my new mattress! I used to think certain hotels or my friend's guest bed mattress was what I needed in my life, but I was wrong. My Dreamcloud out-performs all of them! It's sooo comfortable. If you want a "cooling" experience that some mattresses advertise, you won't get that with the Dreamcloud, but I personally don't like to ever feel a cool sensation in bed (we have cold winters here). It's supportive without feeling too hard. You can see and feel immediately how well made it is. We financed our purchase, and that experience (with Affirm) has been just as wonderful as our mattress - they're very upfront, transparent, and helpful. I will absolutely buy my next mattress from this company and have already recommended Dreamcloud to several of my friends.

I just revived my bed 2 days ago, so I'm still on the fence. It's firmer than I thought it would be. The quality is great, set up was heavy but easy to do. It took longer to get then I thought it would and trying to get a hold of a rep took a while, you need to have them call you back. When they do, super friendly and helpful. I haven't given it 5 stars yet, because I'm waiting for my body to adjust to it, however I think it will be awsome once I do.

We’ve purchased the highest Beauty Rest only to have it sink over 5” in less than 2 years. Then tried Serta and couldn’t get comfortable. After a lot of research on top rated beds, we took the plunge and decided to try Dreamcloud and we have slept the best we have ever slept!!! From the first moment we sat it it it literally felt like sitting on a cloud. The first night was amazing and we woke up without back pain, without hip pain, and shoulder pain. We couldn’t be more pleased!!!

I just hit the 30-day mark with my new Dreamcloud mattress, and unfortunately it has not been what I was expecting. 1) It is not as soft as a cloud, as some other reviews may suggest. But not sure if my weight makes a difference in that. For reference, I’m 5’4” 130lbs and only 1 person in bed each night. To me, it feels firm. 2) I wake up fairly often with aches. I gave it the full 30 days before reviewing so my body had time to adjust to the mattress as recommended and I’m still achy. 3) The mattress is very big. When all my new out of package deep pocket sheets (up to 18”) are washed, they no longer fit the mattress. It also it slightly wider than a standard Queen. It overlaps on my bed frame a bit. My last mattress was large too, but fit in both categories. The quality of the materials is very nice though. But not sure this mattress is for me. I’ll continue to give it time, but there is a good chance at this point I’ll be shipping back for return.

I've only had this mattress a week so I can't necessarily tell how this bed will feel in the next few months but I've had back back from my last mattress I purchased a couple months prior and within one nights sleep I was 50% better and now a few days later I'm almost 100% better so I have to give props to DreamCloud. Amazing quality. The only thing I'd recommend is definitely putting a sheet or mattress pad on top not only due to warranty, but it has these little flower like things throughout the bed and has hard pieces and can feel them during sleep if no sheet is on. Other than that, fantastic bed!

So far this mattress is pretty good. However I was not impressed with the service of this company. My order was weeks late, I did not get very prompt communication, and when the mattress arrived the box was completely ripped apart. Hopeful that the mattress was worth all the trouble, but I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again.
