I have been sleeping on my DreamCloud just under a month, and I have had nothing but quality sleep. And my neck and shoulder has not bothered me upon waking. I am convinced this was the best splurge on myself, and my overall health. Try it and you will not regret it.

We have been uncomfortable on various mattresses thru our 62 years of marriage. This DreamCloud mattress is truly a dream for both of us. Best thing is it is guaranteed for life. My hubby weighs 100# more than I do and we will be definitely be paying close attention to whether his mattress holds up the same as mine. We have the two to make the king bed.

I'm not one to write reviews period, but for this mattress I'll do it! I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I seriously haven't slept this good in a long long time. Since I've had it I've slept soundly throughout the night and wake up refreshed every morning. This mattress was comfortable from the first minute I laid down on it. You won't be disappointed. My only negative would be it took over a month from ordering to delivery however customer service was exceptional.

I love the construction of this mattress but unfortunately I have to return it only because it's medium firm and because of my medical conditions I need a plush mattress which they don't have but took a chance. It's not for me but I truly recommend this mattress. As I stated very well made and sturdy. In stores this would cost twice as much.

Happy with my selection of this mattress. I am a side and back sleeper. This mattress built to last and can support larger built individuals. This mattress feels very supportive and provides the firmness necessary \nThis mattress could be softer, but after using it for roughly a month i have noticed the pillow top layer has broken in to me and become softer, while still retaining firmness. Hoping after full break in it is my perfect softness.

We purchased our dream cloud hybrid queen mattress in Nov of 2020. I have to agree with other reviews that the first 3 weeks for us were very rough. I honestly wanted to return it, but no returns until after 30 days. If it has been quite some time since you've replaced your mattress (15 yrs) this new mattress is going to be a big adjustment. Your body wasn't sleeping with the support it needed. So once you are actually aligned at night....look out. Lol We had awful back pain for about 3 weeks. But then something magical happened....we got the best nights sleep ever and the back pain went away. I can tell you 6 months in that we LOVE this bed. No more back pain or random aches in the morning. So comfortable. The pillows on the other hand... we're a house divided. I like my pillows to have some give, not too soft, but definitely not a brick. I tried, but even after weeks of rest those things are almost just as hard as when you first get them. So I went back to my old pillow. My husband uses the dream cloud pillow.

So far this mattress is pretty good. However I was not impressed with the service of this company. My order was weeks late, I did not get very prompt communication, and when the mattress arrived the box was completely ripped apart. Hopeful that the mattress was worth all the trouble, but I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again.

I'm a back or side sleeper. With this bed I never want to get up. Not sore, it supports me just right, comfy as all get out. Perfect combo of support and comfort. Even my dog runs for it at night. Fabulous quality. I've tried temper pedic, I've tried firm and soft and nothing is like this. \nShipping took forever but best thing I've bought for my bedroom....ever.

I was really unsure if the bed would be firm enough but so far it's quite comfortable. You really can't feel your spouse moving around either. \nMy only complaint so far is that the sheets, which are incredibly soft , came out of the dryer terribly wrinkled.
