Extremely pleased with our purchase. The mattress is just the right firmness for our side and back sleeping habits. We like a medium to firm surface and this mattress fits the bill 100%. Very comfortable and much cooler than our previous double sided mattress. We are both sleeping much longer and waking rested and pain free. We sleep undisturbed all night as there is virtually no movement when either of us move or get out of bed. I would have rated the mattress a 5+++ if the perimeter edge had more support. The mattress edge is very soft and does not support one sitting on the edge of the mattress as it compresses very easily. However this issue does not affect our sleep as we are not edge sleepers as we have plenty of room now that we have a king mattress. KUDOS to DreamCloud for a great sleeping experience!

My husband and I recently purchased a king size bed from dreamcloud. We are so happy! This is our 3rd bed in the last 5 years. We tried a memory foam and then a sleep number. We both woke up sore every morning. Not anymore! The bed is so comfortable and both of our pain levels have improved drastically. We go to bed early every night and wake up rested for the first time in years. Don't hesitate. This is an excellent product. It was shipped quickly. Very high quality product.

Can't give this any more stars. We purchased the bed on February 16, it is now mid April and still no bed. I understand a few days or weeks in a delay, but 2 months? Starting to question if this is how the business is ran, will the product be the same?

I've had this mattress for a few weeks. It is incredibly comfortable. The perfect amount of firmness and enough give to not think I am sleeping on a board. I wish there were better instructions included for unpacking. It's a king size and was cumbersome. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but no damage to the mattress. My only concern is how the edges will hold up. They are not very firm and I am hoping they do not sag over time. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I am hoping to get a good many years out of it.

I'm so disappointed in this matress. I had high expectations as I was referring by a very close friend who loved theirs. My wife and I wake up in pain every morning. I called after two weeks to return only to be told I have to wait at least 30 days to adjust to it. Counting the days and it has not gotten any better. It's just too firm a mattress. It is very well made. If you enjoy sleeping on cement then maybe this is for you.

We were looking for a firm comfortable mattress and found this one is used on a high end cruise line, so we decided to make the purchase. After waiting a month for delivery, we received the mattress and found it to be built sturdy. It has been almost 2 months and it is firm but it appears as if it sinks in the middle and I don't believe this mattress will last 5 years, I hope it doesn't get lumpy

I preordered this bed and NEVER GOT TO EXPERIENCE IT!!! I was going through a divorce and moved. After moving in i had been in my new place WITHOUT A BED for almost 2 months. It kept getting postponed and postponed and postponed. STILL NO BED!!!!! I had to then pick something locally in order to function and still not happy. UUUGH! Will I EVER GET TO EXPERIENCE a GREAT NIGHT SLEEP????

We researched so many mattress before deciding on making a big purchase and decided on this one based on many great reviews. We LOVE our mattress! It was the perfect fit for our new bed, it is spacious and honestly feels like we are sleeping on a cloud. I no longer feel my partner moving, I rarely move, and no longer have back problems. We find the firmness just perfect for us.

There aren't many beds I would define as "luxurious", but this fits the ticket. For an overpriced 1300 dollar price tag, I got my money's worth. I can't imagine the 15" thickness is necessary, kind of makes you feel like princess and the pea. I personally enjoy the top cushion with the small clouds of support. I could see how some people could be bothered by the indents but as a bean pole body type it feels supportive.

I love my bed! I tried half a dozen beds at my local mattress store and found only one that was comparable to this DreamCloud bed, but it was twice as much and without a sleep bundle. I left the store and wondered if I could do better, then began my internet search when I arrived home. So happy to have found DreamCloud! They not only have the best beds but also the best customer service! My bed is so dreamy and comfortable that everyone in my family wants to lay on my bed to watch TV!
