It’s been 10 days since I started using my Dreamcloud. The first few days I’d wake up with some lower back ache, but it would go away once I got a stretch in. I’ll chalk that up to my body adjusting to the memory foam (this is my first mattress with it) because now I sleep so soundly and comfortably. One thing to note is that it’s a large and very heavy mattress (I got a queen) so when you first get it delivered, make sure you have more than two people to help easily carry it into your room!

Can’t wait to go to bed and feel the comfort of my new bed with mattress protector. I wish I had done this a long time ago. We tried every bed we could find in the stores and found the type of bed we were looking for and just needed to find the price point that fit our budget. I would have given a Five Star rating except we could not get the ‘white glove’ delivery at my house and that was difficult to manage for our 67-73 ages. And we live just 6 miles from the Interstate in NE Florida.

service, quality, can't be beat. tried many others before making the decision for the dream cloud. went with the split twin (king) and adjustable frame. absolutely could not be happier. best sleep you could ever ask for.tried many more expensive options. i am 6'1" 200lbs my wife is 5'8" 150 (ish)lol and we both love this mattress. both of us sleep side/back and love this mattress/frame combo.

My husband and I had been tossing and turning on our old mattress. We woke up sore and stiff. Our first night on the dreamcloud mattress we were not expecting miracles - however, after just the first night, we both slept more peacefully and woke up less sore!!

So far, so good. My wife and I are finding that we are laying in the same position way longer than our previous bed that we have had for almost 30 years. The bed is very comfortable and believe it or not we are dreaming longer and in more detail than we ever have. We are blaming it on the Dream Cloud bed... In the morning I don't want to get off my Dream Cloud bed. PS, Two of my 4 dogs don't want to leave it either...

We have been looking for a new bed for so long, i searched best beds for back pain, and this popped up! It happened to have the bundle with my Fairview style of headboard! The bed arrived today and I’m instantly in love ! It’s really like laying on a cloud! Already shared with my friends to buy!!!

By most measures, the Dream Cloud Twin XL we ordered looked like an excellent choice - hybrid with foam and springs, nice 15' height, 365 day return policy, and the reviews looked excellent. However, both our first and then second replacement mattress had a very strong musty odor that did not dissipate. After almost a week, we put the second mattress in our 2-car garage for later disposal after trying to air it out in the living room, since the odor was too strong to sleep on it. It expectedly provided the same very strong odor in the garage. We have had a foam mattress in the past and expect a mild odor for a day or two, which this was definitely not. Dream Cloud said this was a very rare ocurrence and did offer to deliver that second defective mattress, and now will send a latex hybrid guaranteed to have no odor. I take their word this is an anomaly, but also hope they work to find out what happened and make sure no other mattresses have the same issue. I also suspect they are overall a good company and I wish them the best.

I ordered the DreamCloud mattress, the adjustable frame, and the sheets bundle on 2/20/21. It showed they should arrive by March 11. That day came and went. We did receive the sheet bundle and the frame. NO MATTRESS. I called and was told it would be delivered by March 26. That day came and went. NO MATTRESS. I called again and was told it would be delivered by April 3rd. That day came and went. Then I was told it would be delivered by April 10th. That day came and went. Then I was updated that it would arrive by April 15. That day has come and gone (yesterday). If I had known it would be this long, I would NEVER had ordered to begin with. I am so frustrated and nobody from the company seems to care! I will tell EVERYONE I know that they should NEVER order from this company. Wort customer experience I have had in my 50 years.

My wife and I did our research and decided on Dreamcloud. The first night sleeping on the mattress was pleasant, but we were both very tired and didn't get a chance to fully appreciate it. The second night was like a foodie trying a new recipe. Nice. Today my wife told me that her back and hips weren't bothering her as much, 'think it's the mattress?' We're now both sleeping through the night. That's the rest we were looking for.

There aren't many beds I would define as "luxurious", but this fits the ticket. For an overpriced 1300 dollar price tag, I got my money's worth. I can't imagine the 15" thickness is necessary, kind of makes you feel like princess and the pea. I personally enjoy the top cushion with the small clouds of support. I could see how some people could be bothered by the indents but as a bean pole body type it feels supportive.
