We had been through some other mattresses that were over double the price of Dream Cloud prior to receiving ours. We heard people tell us it was like sleeping on a cloud, not sure if I believe that or not. But once we slept in it we did believe that. It's got the perfect mix of support and comfort, something that 3 other mattress companies couldn't get right. We love our Dream Cloud and I've recommended them to my friends as well.

When we ordered the DreamCloud, we read hundreds of reviews from people who were very satisfied. A lot of people said the mattress isn't too firm. But I found it to be too firm for me. I'm a 135lb women, and when I'm on this bed, I feel like the bed isn't sinking in at all, and I'm just lying on top of the bumpy pillowtop. It has only been 2 weeks, so I will keep trying for a little while, but definitely considering returning it.

The DreamCloud hasn't been such a dream! Haven't been able to sleep all night since we received the mattress. My back is killing me and have to get up around 3 in the morning cause I can't stand it anymore. We're trying to get use to it, but not going very well at all. Such a disappointment, couldn't wait to get to bed the night we got it ! Then couldn't even get comfortable. Sorry but no good review so far.

I love the feel when I first lay down, but have trouble falling asleep because the mattress dips down too much at my hips and is hot. That said, I find myself sleeping in each AM. At least once so far I awoke with backache. The off-gassing smells a bit like mildew, which is disconcerting. I'm waiting to see if I get used to this mattress.

Sometimes people rush with a positive review and then are sorry because the product failure is delayed. Not in this case. I had a real nice box and mattress set for about 10 years and when I got rid of it it was still very nice so I wasn't replacing terrible with good or worn out with new. I got the premier mattress with a new bed frame and 2 DreamCloud pillows and IMO it was all very cheap. It was less than I paid for that old set 10 years ago and it is WAY better. The Dreamcloud mattress on the new bed frame sits about a foot lower than my old bed set so its a lot easier to get in and out and yet its up off the floor so cleaning under the bed is very easy. It is actually both soft and firm. I'm a fat side sleeper and this mattress is very soft on top to adapt to your curves but it is firm underneath so you are very, very comfortable and supported. So, its perfect for me. The pillows are just like that too, I stack 2 of them as a side sleeper and they are so very nice. Best pillows I ever had and yes, they are pricey for pillows compared to many others but its been months now and they are still GREAT and I got rid of all my other cheaper pillows. So I could not be happier than I am will all these DreamCloud products. I know people, really I do, who paid over 3 times as much for bed, mattress and pillows than I did for this set and while I'm sure their set is nice, I'm also sure its not any nicer than this DreamCloud set. I highly recommend all DreamCloud products. They are simply GREAT for the price. No regrets.

I have never been picky with any mattress and was fully satisfied with my last mattress for years until it finally began to lack support. I read hundreds of reviews before settling on DreamCloud. Sadly, I’ve been very disappointed and will need to return it. The most important negative is the sagging. The sides do have excellent support but the center is not supportive and I am rolling towards the center and towards my bed partner. This should not be happening because we are only 110 and 165. The next problem is that the pattern on top is so pronounced that it contorts my body. This does not bother my husband who is larger and heavier, but it was very uncomfortable for me. A thick mattress pad helped a bit. Finally, very oddly, the off gassing was overwhelming and was notable for about 3 weeks (and probably longer although we accustomed). I purchased a cheap full foam mattress for my son which understandably had that issue, but was unprepared to have the same experience with a hybrid mattress at this price point. I don’t recall any negative reviews, which means that either I received damaged product, or something doesn’t add up.

From the very first night, I awoke back pain-free for the first time in years! The mattress truly supports, while allow my hips to sink into the foam layers comfortably - properly aligning my spine. It's not just hype - it worked for my wife and me! We're very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend the bed. The first night's off-gassing was very minimal - didn't bother us at all. Edge support was a bit weak, compared to what I'm used to, but I sleep on the edge without feeling like I'll roll off. Excellent product!

My husband and I had both been having neck and back pain and decided it was time for a new mattress. I did a lot of research and came across the Dream Cloud. I loved that I could compare it with other mattresses on the website. The fact that they compared it to a particular mattress that I had tried and fallen in love with in a store is what sold me. For a quarter of the price I got this mattress. We absolutely love it! It is the perfect amount of support without being too firm. I'm a side sleeper so if a mattress is too firm my hips will hurt throughout the night. I have not had that problem at all with this mattress and yet it's firm enough so we're not suffering from neck and back pain anymore. We are definitely happy with out purchase.

My first impressions after a couple of months with the Dreamcloud are that it is not as soft as the name implies. You will sink into it though, so you will be warmer than an older mattress. It has a fairly tall profile so you will need deep-fit sheets. We rotated the mattress after a month for even break-in. My husband is still not set on keeping this mattress though.

This was an upgrade to a bed I was sleeping on for the past 11 years; when I say this was the best decision ever! The best has a nice plush top with non-stop support throughout. Before the Covid-19 pandemic I was working 7 days a week and had consistent back pain. Now that I have a new bed and have been home resting; I have no pain and I feel brand new.
