I bought this mattress on March 2021 and they delivered on may 2021. I was so excited thought all my ache problem will be gone. It didn’t resolve my sciatica problem instead it produced shoulder and legs problems. If I sleep straight it is okie, but this will not support side sleepers. Now again I bought floor mat and sleeping there now. Just today only I request for my return process.

honestly, I didn't know a bed could cause this much pain. When I first lay on it it feels so comfortable but every morning I'm waking up with low back pain and hip pain. my old mattress is in a spare bedroom I have now resorted to sleeping in the spare bedroom until I can figure out what to do with the dreamcloud.

We are so happy with our Dreamcloud mattress! Its firm enough to be supportive yet it has enough give to be comfortable. It's pure quality. I totally recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a great mattress at a good price. It can't be beat.

This mattress was not as soft as described by many reviews. I was hoping to feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. But it is much like sleeping on other foam mattresses. It's pretty firm. Not as firm as others, so I am able to sleep on my side comfortably. Just really want a softer mattress that withstands the test of time. Maybe there's no such thing.

I've had my bed for over 2 weeks and the gaseous smell is still strong even with the Dream Mattress Cover. Also, the bed is not as firm as I was led to believe. I'm going to give it a couple more weeks but I'm sorry to say that I will probably have to return it. Very disappointing.

We just bought a king DreamCloud mattress and absolutely love it. We are used to mattresses with quilted tops and this was the perfect mattress for us. It is so soft, yet perfectly firm for support. I searched and re-searched a lot of mattresses before I decided on this one. We even had friends that bought other mattresses and decided that this one was the one for us. We would highly recommend this mattress.

I was skeptical at first as i was hesitant buying a bed that comes rolled up in a bag and delivered to your door. But this bed has made me a very satified customer. Its very comfortable and you would never know that it was delivered rolled up in a bag. I have back problems and i can honestly say i feel amazing now when u wake up. I have never done a survey like this in my life, this in itself has to say something about this bed. Well worth the money. I puchased the king size. I will say that you will need at least two people to get this thing into your bedroom haha. Im a very happy customer, and so is my wife! Happy wife, happy life, buy a dreamcloud lol.

The whole process has been a nightmare (no pun intended). First the wrong size shipped, then the platform came with no legs, then the legs shipped with no brackets to attach them. The bed is extremely uncomfortable right now, but I'm giving it an appropriate time to adjust. So far, if I had to decide right now, I'd say nothing about this bed has been "dreamy".

Ultimately it was a great experience with the company and the bed came in an appropriate time and was well packaged. Ultimately, this bed is too firm for me, I thought the eurotopper would be plush, it's not and the tufting is kind of uncomfortable. Overall the service is great the comfort just didn't work.

I just hit the 30-day mark with my new Dreamcloud mattress, and unfortunately it has not been what I was expecting. 1) It is not as soft as a cloud, as some other reviews may suggest. But not sure if my weight makes a difference in that. For reference, I’m 5’4” 130lbs and only 1 person in bed each night. To me, it feels firm. 2) I wake up fairly often with aches. I gave it the full 30 days before reviewing so my body had time to adjust to the mattress as recommended and I’m still achy. 3) The mattress is very big. When all my new out of package deep pocket sheets (up to 18”) are washed, they no longer fit the mattress. It also it slightly wider than a standard Queen. It overlaps on my bed frame a bit. My last mattress was large too, but fit in both categories. The quality of the materials is very nice though. But not sure this mattress is for me. I’ll continue to give it time, but there is a good chance at this point I’ll be shipping back for return.
