I was very nervous buying a bad through a Facebook ad! But after reading the reviews and with a warranty we decided to give it a try. It was nice and convenient having it delivered right to the house in a box that I could get upstairs. Normally with a king size bed we can’t get it through the corners of our house anymore. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping for years I’m only 39 years old and would count up to 16 times I would wake up at night. For the first time since I can remember I’m actually sleeping through the night on this mattress. I recommend it to everybody.

After a rough start (hence the 4 stars), so far the mattress seems very comfortable. We've only slept on it a few nights, but I will say I don't wake up with a back ache anymore. The sheet set that was included in this package is very soft and comfortable. I'm not a fan of memory foam pillows, so I can't speak to the comfort of those. Our problems occurred with the headboard arriving damaged (probably more the fault of the delivery company than anything else) but DreamCloud quickly resolved that by sending a whole new headboard and frame set. It took 7 weeks to receive our mattress, which is by far the biggest issue and why I only gave a rating of 4 stars.

I found the dream cloud website from researching beds that were good for people who sleep hot. My husband is one who sleeps hot and sweats at night. We decided to try the dream cloud and since it arrived, he hasn’t sweated at night with this amazing bed. It is so very comfortable I look forward to going to bed each night. My 4 month old son is also a fan of this bed; when he gets fussy, I lay him on the bed and he falls asleep quickly. It’s so comfortable and I have the hardest time getting up in the mornings to get ready for work!

The decision to upgrade and spend money in a nice mattress has been a great decision. Pure comfort. With the premium king, my wife and I have found better sleep; being able to wake up without having back pain has been amazing. Probably the best things that’s happened for us in 2020 :)

I was expecting more of a memory foam feel with all the layers of memory foam. I am having a hard time getting used to the pattern they use on the top layer. It has square pattern with button types at each corner of the square. The buttons at each corner are lower than the rest of the mattress so it feels like parts of my legs and feet have no support. If the top layer was completely smooth it would be a very nice mattress. I'm not as impressed as I was hoping I would be based on everything I read about this mattress.

I have searched, purchased, thrown and given away tens of Thousands of $$$ on mattresses, toppers, pads- you name it, I have bought it, just to get a good nights rest. Alas, I’ve finally found it. Never would I have guessed that a bed in a box would be the best mattress and quality of sleep I have had in 10 years. No aches when I get up in the morning. I actually wake up and do not hit the snooze button on the alarm 4-6 times. I feel more energized and am getting a solid 6-7 hours of sleep compared to the 3-5 I would previously experience. I tell everyone I know- you have to get The DreamCloud Premier Mattress! I will be purchasing more for my spare rooms to my vacation home as well. Thank you for developing this masterpiece!

I have two Dreamcloud mattresses. The first is exactly as advertised. The second is inferior. 13 inches deep instead of 15 inches as advertised. The new tag even lists 13 inches as specification. There is no cashmere top, it is 100% polyester. Finally. The 'sleep concierge' don't know their product and want you to prove it's an inferior product. I will be returning the second mattress. 8/27/19.

We have had our DreamCloud hybrid mattresses nearly a year now and are loving it. Having always had traditional box spring mattresses it was a new experience purchasing one without being able to see it in person first. After lots of research on hybrid mattresses and DreamCloud competitors we took the plunge and ordered. I figured if I had 365 days to return it if we didn't like it, what did I have to lose? This mattress feels amazing! I very very rarely ever have any hip pain sleeping now--and when I do it is generally from exercise and not the mattress. The quality is superior to miost "luxury" mattresses we have had in the past--and the return policy is way beyond anything the competition has! You can't go wrong with this. I'm so happy trhat we decided to try a DreamCloud!

This is the most plush and comfortable mattress we've ever tried. After reading many reviews prior to purchasing and hearing it was "firm" (that's what I wanted), I was concerned when we first slept on this mattress that it was too soft. Many reviewers were told the mattress would soften a bit over time - I hope not! Sinking into the mattress feels like a "divot", but there isn't one. As soon as you change position you're ensconced in your new favorite place. We're a month in and so far we love it. Sorry Sleep Number, we're DreamCloud customers now!

The last mattress I had was 100% memory foam and it was horrible. I’m a tiny person and it still sunk in and hurt my hips. After reviewing all the mattresses on the market I decided to try the DreamCloud and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s so comfy and supportive, and I’ve slept so well since the first night I got it. It’s the perfect mattress and I’ll never look back!
