Very pleased with the DreamCloud mattress we purchased. Replaced out an expensive but old Simmons mattress (20 yr) and have been getting some great sleep. The old mattress was getting a bit soft and I was getting pain points and had to toss and turn all night. The new mattress stopped all of that and no more pain in the morning. We purchased the Cal King and its too bad they didn't have an adjustable frame for it, so put it on a Tempurpedic adjustable and it works great together. Also must say their customer service was great as well. I ordered the wrong base (king) with the mattress, so let them know and they issued a no question asked return label. Didn't need to use it though, one of the kids was happy taking it off of my hands...

This mattress has far surpassed my expectations! My husband and I BOTH can finally sleep comfortably. I appreciate a firm mattress, while my husband prefers soft. Together, we agreed that this mattress is a perfect combination! I was hesitant about purchasing a mattress without trying it out first. However, based on the reviews, and 365 day guarantee, I had nothing to lose. I'm so glad we invested in this particular mattress. I'll never own a different kind!!!

I have two Dreamcloud mattresses. The first is exactly as advertised. The second is inferior. 13 inches deep instead of 15 inches as advertised. The new tag even lists 13 inches as specification. There is no cashmere top, it is 100% polyester. Finally. The 'sleep concierge' don't know their product and want you to prove it's an inferior product. I will be returning the second mattress. 8/27/19.

I really like this mattress, it appears to be good quality, it was delivered in good condition and construction seems nice. That being said, while I find it quite comfortable at 5' 0" and 120 pounds, it is far too soft and lacks support for my husband who is 6' 2" and 300 pounds. We are disappointed as all of our research and the various guides indicated this bed was a good compromise for us, but I really cannot recommend it for bigger people unless you like a really plush mattress and lower back support is not an issue for you.

It’s been about 4 years I’ve had no problem waking up on time for work since I’ve got the dream cloud I’ve been late about 4 times in 2 weeks super hard to wake up and go back to reality after about 6 hours on a dream cloud the pillows are a plus I’ve had to sleep with two pillows in the past now I find myself waking up with no pillow that’s how good this mattress is I’ve wanted this mattress since it first launched now i finally got one and honestly I couldn’t have been more satisfied. It’s one of those beds you sleep on when you go on vacation at a 5* hoteland say out loud ohh.... I wish my bed was this comfortable. Dream cloud thank you for this product 5 stars hands down

Wife and I love this matress.some reviews said it was to soft not at all I would agree with the Dreamcloud team its right in the middle 5-6 with 10 being real firm .would recommend this hybrid matress to anyone its definitely worth the money . Ps pillows and sheets aren't bad either

I wish I could give this mattress a good review, but sadly I can’t wait to send it back. It is very uncomfortable. I have woken up with a sore back every night since purchasing. It doesn’t support my lower back since the buttons make large divots. My husband and I are average size people. 6’ 190lbs for him; 5’7” 145 for me. I’m counting on an easy and quick return since that’s what your company has promised in your ads.

The delivery and set up were great! I do enjoy the comfort of the bed but I have been experiencing terrible neck cramps when I wake up. I’ve tried everything from different pillow firmness to no pillows at all. I just can’t seem to find a winning combo.

We’ve had the mattress for about 2 weeks and early reviews are positive. It replaced a traditional, 15 year old one that had seen better days. See the video for details about unpacking - it is quite amazing that such a good, king size mattress can be packed and packaged so efficiently. We also received a Serenity Package with our purchase. We immediately put on the mattress pad and sheet set and opened the pillows. Everything was of good quality and fit perfectly. The pillows are a perfect match to the bed and both my wife and I enjoy them. I find the mattress firm enough and evenly balanced in temperature; my wife has found it to sleep a bit hot. We appreciate the long trial period for DreamCloud mattresses and will update this review after an extended test.

The bed is overall a good buy. Comfortable and doesn’t over heat. The smell (chemical plastic) is still prevalent after almost two months which is frustrating. The bed is definitely very firm, not ideal for side sleeping. Good value for the price point, really like the matching frame (sold separate). The deep ridges are actually nice/comfortable but slightly too firm for my liking.
