I ordered a dream cloud three months ago and love it so much. It is extremely comfortable and plush. I replaced a memory foam bed with it and so glad that I did. This mattress is definitely cooler than memory foam. It is comfortable whether I sleep on my side, back or stomach. I recommend not sleeping on it right away after setup. It does need time to rise and take its shape.

So the first couple of nights I had to adjust, my back was used to my old bed which was a good bed but after 6 years started to have a dip in it, granted I’m 215 lbs... but still. I suppose I had started to develop a curve to my posture. Well this bed straightened me out. The had the bed a week, and the past 2 nights I’ve slept incredible. Didn’t wake up in the middle of the night either like I normally do. I feel great the next day.

This mattress is amazing! Hands down. I rely so much on reviews and did SO much research to find the best mattress out there. I’m so glad we came across this one!!! It’s soft, yet firm and I absolutely love crawling into bed now. I love a soft bed and my husband loves a more firm so it’s the perfect combination for us! He gets up earlier in the mornings than I do and I never feel him get out of bed. We’ve had the mattress in use for a month now and I can honestly say there’s no going back! I recommend getting the mattress protector with this purchase! The mattress is thick so I wanted a protector that was made just for this mattress! It’s pricey but totally worth it! It is extra thick and adds to the comfort of the bed but it also is designed to protect the mattress from anything and everything. Totally worth it! I bought 18” thick sheets for this mattress. Before buying this bed I had this back pain that was bugging me and after buying this bed I was hoping maybe this will be the bed that will rid me of my back aches and after reading countless reviews of people saying their backs have been cured and pain free I jumped at the first opportunity and bought myself one. And now it’s been about a month and a half going on to two months and I must say not only did the pain not go away, it actually hurts more! It’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. It has just been overall disappointing and contemplating if I should return this bed.

The frame is junk. The mattress is ok but I'm still interested in other brands. The premium frame they sell looks like a 4 year old fabricated it and is made from scrap wood, plastic, and staples that I had to rebuild so it could be put together correctly. The company voided my warranty because I had to fix one of their corner supports and therefore I recommend buying the frame elsewhere! The mattress is just ok.

I was very skeptical to purchase a mattress on-line. Once we received the mattress it was very easy to set-up. On the first night, I slept like a baby. It was the first time in years that I could sleep on my side without pain. I'm a runner who has chronic hip pain and I was so surprised that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night having to change positions. It is the most comfortable mattress I have slept on! I would recommend this mattress to everyone who has chronic back and hip pain. I feel more refreshed and ready to begin my day since sleeping on the Dream Cloud.

It is a very nice hybrid mattress! I love how it’s forms to the body but isn’t to soft that it hurts the shoulders or any other part of the body in the middle of the night. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer since getting this mattress! Very happy with this purchase. :)

I was expecting more of a memory foam feel with all the layers of memory foam. I am having a hard time getting used to the pattern they use on the top layer. It has square pattern with button types at each corner of the square. The buttons at each corner are lower than the rest of the mattress so it feels like parts of my legs and feet have no support. If the top layer was completely smooth it would be a very nice mattress. I'm not as impressed as I was hoping I would be based on everything I read about this mattress.

This is my third mattress in 3 months. The others promised comfort but did not. DreamCloud Premier delivered its promise. I did not need to break it in. The first night's sleep was a dream come true. This mattress is soft, but offers complete support. I am 5'8, a very plus size arthritic woman. My bones hurt on a hard mattress, so i need a soft mattress, but i also need support for my weight. DreamCloud Premier delivered everything they promised. I had to wait 3 months, but it was worth the wait. Thank you to the dream team customer representatives. They were very supportive and helpful in helping make my decisions.

I purchased this bed as my last ditch effort to find a bed that would alleviate my back pain. I tried both an innerspring and memory foam mattress at comparable price to no avail. So, I was skeptical that this bed would be any better. After receiving my dream cloud mattress I had my first good night's sleep in quite a while. The next day no back pains and I sort of stayed in bed just a little longer. It's been 4 days now and so far so good.
