I ordered the DreamCloud mattress, the adjustable frame, and the sheets bundle on 2/20/21. It showed they should arrive by March 11. That day came and went. We did receive the sheet bundle and the frame. NO MATTRESS. I called and was told it would be delivered by March 26. That day came and went. NO MATTRESS. I called again and was told it would be delivered by April 3rd. That day came and went. Then I was told it would be delivered by April 10th. That day came and went. Then I was updated that it would arrive by April 15. That day has come and gone (yesterday). If I had known it would be this long, I would NEVER had ordered to begin with. I am so frustrated and nobody from the company seems to care! I will tell EVERYONE I know that they should NEVER order from this company. Wort customer experience I have had in my 50 years.

We have been looking for a new bed for so long, i searched best beds for back pain, and this popped up! It happened to have the bundle with my Fairview style of headboard! The bed arrived today and I’m instantly in love ! It’s really like laying on a cloud! Already shared with my friends to buy!!!

My first impression with the company was poor due to a number of shipping missteps and poor communication. Eventually I got the mattress and so far after about a week I think I like it. It seemed too firm at first but seemed that either it softened up after the first few days or my body has possibly gotten more used to it. The tufted top took some getting used to as well but I think now that I've had it for a little bit I like it now. It sleeps a little warm but I don't wake up sweating or anything. I do notice that if my wife sleeps too close to me I tend to sink a little bit towards her, but usually she stays on her side and it isn't a problem. The motion transfer is much better than my previous mattress but not as good as others I've seen. Anyway...still on the fence but I will say it's definitely a high quality product. I think the more time goes by the more I like it so we'll see how I feel in another week or two.

In April, I purchased the Dream Cloud. I love the new mattress. I sleep better and my husbands back doesn’t hurt. I also purchased the platform frame. The frame is nice and lightweight, but we didn’t realize how high the bed would sit. We took off the legs on the frame and now it’s perfect height. This mattress was definitely a great purchase!

I was hesitant at first because eof negative reviews. But my mattress came in the expected delivery time. We set it up and in 24 hours slept on it. It has been great ever since. I had serious back pain after having my son and the little sleep we were getting was horrible. Now we can at least say we get quality pain free sleep. Thanks dreamcloud!

We just received our Dreamcloud mattress and can't wait to sleep on it! The ordering, delivery & set-up were seamless. We are going to follow the recommended guideline on giving the mattress a full 24 hours to breathe before sleeping on it, but can't wait to try it out!

I recently had back surgery and my mattress wasnt comfortable at all. So I was reading reviews and thought I would give it a try,and the 365 days was a game changer. This bed is soft. I am a side sleeper and this bed feels comfortable after a month of adjustment from my previous bed. I will say that this bed is definitely better for a back sleeper. I've had this bed since December 2019 and i've not awoken to any back pain so far. Good bed for those who want something a little extra but can't afford the beds that they have their eyes on. Purchased a king size mattress and it is spacious. This bed is heavy but can be maneuvered by a single person if you have experience moving heavy objects. i moved this in the box upstairs one step flip at a time. It is tiring but possible with the proper approach. Personally, i could not smell any odors; I did spray my bed with a febreeze product once a day for three days just to make sure that i did not experience unpleasant odors during my first use. Make sure you allow your bed to fully expand before you use it, I let mine set for three days before putting the frame together and sleeping on the bed. Your bed may not inflate exactly like the picture shows. The advertisement picture is definitely for attracting customers. Other than some minor dimensional (maybe 5-10 cm at most) inconsistencies here or there on one side, my bed was as offered.

I purchased this mattress in July 2018, it's now February 2020. I really liked this mattress when I got it, but it just doesn't last. I'm a 5'4" female, weighing about 130 lbs. Even though I rotate the mattress every 3-6 months, there is a permanent sag where I sleep and I wake up often with back pain. Very disappointed.

This was my first internet mattress purchase. I was willing to take the risk because of the 365 day trial period. The delivery was straightforward and installation could not have been easier. The first 6 months were great -- nice, firm mattress. After that I started noticing a distinct sagging in my spot. I figured it was conforming to my size/shape. After another month or two, I am not a happy sleeper. I wake up with back pain, which is getting worse. My spot has become too soft and saggy. I have requested a return as I am still within my 365 days trial period. Eager to see if the return is as convenient as their website says it is.
