The service, presentation and shipping of the product is all great. While the mattress is considered med/firm it is still very soft for my taste (my daughter described it as a waterbed). As it does sleep well and I am trying to adjust, but it is softer than I expected.

My husband and I prefer a more firm bed, so we were a bit skeptical at first. After a few nights, it was official. We loved this mattress. This mattress has a great combination of firmness and softness that we were surprised by and makes for an awesome night's sleep.

I've had this mattress for a few weeks. It is incredibly comfortable. The perfect amount of firmness and enough give to not think I am sleeping on a board. I wish there were better instructions included for unpacking. It's a king size and was cumbersome. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but no damage to the mattress. My only concern is how the edges will hold up. They are not very firm and I am hoping they do not sag over time. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I am hoping to get a good many years out of it.

After reading a ton of reviews and watching video reviews, I was super excited to get this mattress. We got it the end of May 2019. After several months, I was not impressed with the mattress, and it was just ok but I was being lazy about the time frame to return. (I really wasn't looking forward to mattress shopping again so we just kept sleeping on it.) As 2020 was rolling along, in March, we started to observe a decent hump between out normal sleeping spots in the mattress (king mattress, we weigh about 130 and 180, so not large or heavy people). Also in March the pandemic was beginning, and it didn't seem like a good idea to do any excess shopping for a mattress. Then there were supply issues, so we just kept the mattress because we felt trapped by everything. Here we are now in year 2 and it's not any better. The "HUMP" is still there and slightly bigger but according to the warranty within the limits of allowable dip/sinkage. It is a pretty firm mattress, and I am a side and stomach sleeper. so I often wake up with numb arms from pressure points on my shoulders due to the firm foam layer. I would buy a topper which may help this, but I don't really want to spend more money on this mattress when we are likely to start the mattress shopping experience again. (UGH!) The good things I can say about the mattress are that it does not transfer much movement when your partner moves and there is no "sink in" feeling people describe with some memory foam hybrid mattresses. I hope this review is helpful to others as it goes over a 2 year period. If it hadn't been for the pandemic, we would have returned this mattress in May of 2020.

I have lower back problems and never could stay on my back for very long on my old mattress but now I can be on my back for however long I want as the support is fantastic. I have a Fitbit that gives me sleep scores and my score has been much better since I got this mattress. I have bragged about it to a few of my friends and think they might be looking at getting one. I do love this mattress.

The mattress is super comfortable. I would recommend it. I would not recommend the set up service. If I don’t need your old mattress hauled off save the money. The new mattress didn’t quite fit in our frame and the set up crew didn’t say anything. Just in packed it and left it hanging over the edge of the bed frame.

I wanted to give it at least a month before reviewing. I must say we absolutely LOVE this mattress. The quality, the ease of set-up, everything about it is perfect. I was extremely skeptical after having worked in the furniture industry, on ordering a mattress online. Not anymore!! The price was spot on and much more reasonable than the more expensive lines but feels just as nice!

First off, this thing is HEAVY!! I mean it says it’s 126 pounds, there’s zero chance that’s right. My wife and I had it strapped to an appliance dolly and struggled to get it up a flight of stairs. Get the set up and delivery, trust me. Outside of weight, setup was a breeze. We let it sit 3 days, but could’ve slept in it day one probably. Have had it for about 10 days and so far it’s amazing. Waking up without back, neck and leg pain was something I thought was in my past. The last week or so I actually pop up out of bed in the morning and am ready to go. No more feeling like I got hit by a truck first thing in the morning. We’ll see how it ages, but so far I’m a HUGE fan.

I have only had my bed set up and slept on for three days and I have slept better I haven't snored. I'm a side sleeper and am trying to sleep on my back because my hips get stiff and ache. This bed does not hurt my back when I sleep on my back no matter how long I am in bed so far so good.

At first it felt firm but so glad I stuck it out. After first week I loved it! I am 128lbs and my husband is 180. He likes former beds and I prefer soft. Took a little getting used to but it is super comfy! My husband immediately loved it. We got the pillows too and again, at first thought too hard but now love them too!
