I’ve been sleeping in a reclining chair because our mattress and most all mattress were so uncomfortable for me. Our first night on the DreamCloud was amazing. I actually slept all night! I can sleep on my back even! Although I mostly sleep on my side and feel supported and cozy at the same time. I highly recommend this mattress. We even bought one for our guest room!

Just make sure you have time the first delivery date will probably not be the last. Unfortunately for us, we were leaving the country and they didn't even ship the mattress until a month after the initial shipment date, resulting in us having to ship later and a higher fee. Haven't slept on the mattress yet, but looking forward to it.

It took a lot of research to decide on my new mattress. I like it soft but with support. After reading reviews I decided to order the Dreamcloud. I didn't see any downside since they offer a 365 trial and the price was great. There was a couple of days delay in the shipping but the company promptly notified me. The mattress packaging was incredible and it was easy to unwrap. There is a little gassing smell but it didn't keep me from having an awesome nights sleep. Got up in the morning and no back, neck or hip pain. I look forward to getting in bed every night.

This is our second purchase of one the most comfortable beds we have ever purchased. Now our visiting family and guest can experience the comfort that we do with our California king in our master bedroom. We are absolutely satisfied with our purchase and so are our spines.

Delivery 3 to 5 days thats not true ,bought May 20 , delivered June 1st when I called know one gave me a reason for the delayed .As far as the mattress is concern 6.5 comfort to firm . I have a very bad back this mattress not for me ( disappointed my wife warned me about ordering online )

When I tell write I've tried every mattress out there, I'm not exaggerating. Tempurpedic, Casper, King Koil with visco-elastic hybrid foam, Tuft and Needle, the infamous Sleep Number Bed (this is what I had last) ... you name it!\n\nI have two serious back injuries and as a result, I've spent my days and nights in pain since 2010. At one point, I could barely walk (and then I found the Sleep Number). This worked only so long because the elusive "sleep" number kept changing due to my partner changing their number, due to my number never being correct, and so forth. I NEVER had a pain-free night. \n\nFirst night on THIS mattress, I could NOT believe the difference. I had done a lot of work that day and my back was in a particular kind of pain that makes me dread going to bed, but from the second I lay on this mattress, I instantly felt not just supported, but cradled. Correctly, but as if on a cloud.\n\nMy back gets the support I need, but the mattress itself is so soft. There's no foam topper needed (which I've done with all on my dime). I slept through the night. I NEVER sleep through the night. I slept cuddled up with my husband through the night ... and the next night and the night and the next ... because I no longer wake up due to being in pain. (First time in 8 years!)\n\nI cannot say enough about this mattress because I am sitting here at my laptop typing this pain-free. I can't thank you enough. This bed is amazing and I only hope it holds up as this is my first week, but I had to write a review because it is just a magical feat of engineering. Kudos to you and thank you so very much!

I was skeptical about online mattresses and did my due diligence reading reviews and watching review videos online prior to purchasing my DreamCloud. My initial thought was that the mattress was very firm but then I realized the amount of support the mattress provides and my back appreciates! Going from a conventional mattress to a modern build was daunting but I am quite glad I made the switch. The DreamCloud provides incredible support, great cushioning and sleeps much cooler than my traditional mattress. I am very happy I made the switch!

Can't give this any more stars. We purchased the bed on February 16, it is now mid April and still no bed. I understand a few days or weeks in a delay, but 2 months? Starting to question if this is how the business is ran, will the product be the same?

For my husband, the firmness is fine. He weighs 185 pounds. However, he does not like the matting on top. He can feel the stitching. It is deep and causes ditches in the bed. For me, I weigh 125 and am a side sleeper. The mattress is too firm. My body and back aches and is stiff from sleeping on it. Hoped that I would get used to it, but it doesn't look like it is going to happen.

Delivery a tad delayed due to high order volume, but arrived well packaged and in good shape. Warning: it’s heavy! Wish bed fit into platform bed frame better. It’s a bit muffin-top-like so can’t tuck fitted sheet edges in neatly. Warning: it’s heavy and putting bottom fitted sheet on corners requires lifting and you may need help if elderly or not strong! The bed is worth every penny so far. Excellent quality and materials; frame was easy to put together and looks nice. So far several weeks in this beats our old Sleep Number by a mile! My husband’s sore shoulder/arm issues are gone. Soft feel but firm support. Highly recommend!
