The bed is comfortable enough. I do like the support that I get from the innerspring coils. I received the mattress after 30 days and multiple follow up calls. They just keep pushing the shipping date back. It’s just too much of a hassle to deal with.

After numerous internet searches for a bed, we landed on dreamcloud to balance price and comfort. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive-originally we were told that it would be deliver the week of January 5th (we ordered on Dec. 29th) but the date can and went with no bed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and customer service didn;t have any updates on why it was taking so long either. Finally got the bed January 29th, and would not have been irked by it taking a month to get here--just would have appreciated delivery updates being more conservative than they were. Bed itself was easy to put into the bedroom but it did take two people to get it out of the box and on our bed frame--we got a Cal King, after all. Husband and I slept on it that night and felt very supported. We were both surprised that it was on the firmer side but woke up the next day without the upper back pain we'd been experiencing in our former 10 year old mattress (which was beginning to sag). If I had been able to test this before ordering I likely would have gotten something a bit softer, but we add our old mattress topper to it and it's cushy again. The included pillows and linens were also a nice addition to our new bed bundle.

I preordered this bed and NEVER GOT TO EXPERIENCE IT!!! I was going through a divorce and moved. After moving in i had been in my new place WITHOUT A BED for almost 2 months. It kept getting postponed and postponed and postponed. STILL NO BED!!!!! I had to then pick something locally in order to function and still not happy. UUUGH! Will I EVER GET TO EXPERIENCE a GREAT NIGHT SLEEP????

I've been sleeping on the Dreamcloud for just over a week now... after a few days of initial adjustment, I think it's safe to say this was an excellent purchase! Fairly easy to unwrap with two people. Zero odor. Lots of support from this mattress, which is what I was needing.

The mattress feels incredible luxurious. It is firm and thick. Unfortunately, we already start noticing indentations after a month of use. We both have average weight (M 190 pounds F 155 pounds) so that shouldn’t be the issue. We are grateful for the 12 month try out so we can see how it will hold up over the next few months. Hopefully the indentations are not getting worse.

I was skeptical at first as i was hesitant buying a bed that comes rolled up in a bag and delivered to your door. But this bed has made me a very satified customer. Its very comfortable and you would never know that it was delivered rolled up in a bag. I have back problems and i can honestly say i feel amazing now when u wake up. I have never done a survey like this in my life, this in itself has to say something about this bed. Well worth the money. I puchased the king size. I will say that you will need at least two people to get this thing into your bedroom haha. Im a very happy customer, and so is my wife! Happy wife, happy life, buy a dreamcloud lol.

I let the mattress sit for 4 days and still had wrinkles in the top cover and looseness around all 4 sides. I have now slept on it for a few days to see what happens with a bit more time. That said I have found the mattress to be very comfortable so far. Firm yet cushy with no movement when my partner moves.

I have carried twins and my back is not in the best shape. I noticed my old bed was starting to cause pain and pressure pain in my hips and ribs and lower back, after researching, my fiancé and I decided to give the Dreamcloud premier a try and we are both in love. The best is firm in a supportive way-not hard, like the other reviewers have said soft, but firm. Listen, I’m working remotely still and clocking out for naps. Yes, it’s THAT good! I no longer have that pressure pain. Set up was a breeze. I didn’t experience a harsh smell. I order 4/4/2021 and my king mattress arrived when it said it would. It’s a beautiful high quality mattress! That I would buy again and again. My children want one!

Received the bed, got it all set up, it wasn't very difficult to set up, but it is quite heavy. We purchased the adjustable frame. Laying on the bed we were experimenting with the adjustments and the vibrators for the head and feet. Couldn't believe how EXTREMELY LOUD the foot vibrator was. I was on an online chat with Dreamcloud and at first they said the reason they said it was loud was because we weren't laying on it, which we had been when we tested it. Then it was it because of the type of floor it was on. We have plush carpeting in the bedroom. The person finally admitted many other customers had made comments about how loud the foot vibrator was. I then went downstairs in our family room which is located under the bedroom. My husband turned on the foot vibrator and it was if someone was pondering on the ceiling. So as far as I'm concerned, unless they fix this issue, this is not an accessory we will be using. Also, if you have a headboard don't expect to be able to use it with this bed frame. Dreamcloud offers a frame with a headboard but the option provided do not fit with my other furniture. The bed itself is quite comfortable, and I like the firmness of the bed. Would like to give this a couple more weeks before final judgement. But if you're thinking of purchasing the adjustable frame for the head and foot vibrator don't waste the money.

So far, so good. My wife and I are finding that we are laying in the same position way longer than our previous bed that we have had for almost 30 years. The bed is very comfortable and believe it or not we are dreaming longer and in more detail than we ever have. We are blaming it on the Dream Cloud bed... In the morning I don't want to get off my Dream Cloud bed. PS, Two of my 4 dogs don't want to leave it either...
