This has got to bed the hardest mattress I have ever slept on, if you like sleeping on the floor this bed is for you. I’m completely baffled on how this mattress got such wonderful reviews. I’m convinced that those people must have been sleeping on concrete before getting it cause it’s a slight improvement from that. It’s some how lumpy and hard as a rock, not only that it took weeks to get so it’s even more disappointing cause we had to wait to get it. Now I’m stuck trying to figure out how you return it . Do yourself a favor and buy from a store that you can try it out first . I’m so disappointed.

I have arthritis in both of my knees and have been sleeping on an air mattress on top of my bed for the past year to alleviate the pain. We received our Dreamcloud mattress yesterday and it's the first time I could sleep on an actual mattress in a year. There was no pressure on my knees or joints. I can't thank you enough for this wonderful mattress. Even my husband liked it and he usually prefers a firmer mattress than I do. We also live in a very hot climate and the mattress stayed cool, unlike some other memory foam mattresses. You have a new customer for life!

Mattress is harder than expected. first night got up pretty stiff, attributed that to the change to a new mattress and it wasn't fully expanded. second night and third were better but this morning I got up stiff again with a sore back. Wife has been doing better than she was on last mattress in terms of sore hips and shoulders, and does seem to be sleeping better so far. We'll see how it goes.

This is the best purchase I’ve made in awhile! We had an old spring mattress that was so old it was giving both me and my husband back pain. My husband already has back pain due to an old injury so I knew I had to do something. I did a LOT of research and finally decided that I wanted to try a hybrid mattress. Since we were coming from a traditional spring mattress I worried that a total foam mattress would be too soft and we both sleep a little hot, so that was a worry too. Once I figured out we wanted a hybrid, I wanted the best bang for our buck. Dreamcloud was the answer! Good price, fantastic warranty and you can’t beat the trial period, so I thought it was worth a try. We bought the king size bed and the grey bed frame with headboard. The frame and headboard arrived in a large package with a big tear down the side but luckily, the inside was not harmed. All the pieces come inside the zippered headboard, so don’t worry when the headboard is all you pull out of the box. The instructions were clear and even though it took almost an hour to put together, it was fairly simply and straightforward. It is also a very attractive frame and headboard and I love the look in our bedroom! The bed arrived in a huge bag that was quite a feat to get inside and up the stairs. But once my husband and I wrangled it up the stairs and carefully opened the bag and packaging, it inflated quickly into a beautiful mattress. From the very first night, we slept better than we had in a long time! My husband said after the second night that he woke up with no pain and didn’t need to take his muscle relaxer. Success! Laying in bed really does feel like laying on a cloud! I love that you sleep on top of the mattress, yet feel cradled in its comfort and plushness. We had both been sleeping mostly on our sides on the old mattress, but learned we are really combo sleepers when we have a good mattress. We’ve found it completely comfortable in all sleep positions! It is so nice to have such a great bed to climb into every night. We actually look forward to going to bed and it’s hard to leave it’s comfort in the mornings. Sleeping in on weekends never felt better. I cannot recommend Dreamcloud highly enough! So happy with my purchase and only wish we had done this sooner! Thanks Dreamcloud!!

It took a long time for my mattress to get to me. I am upset about that and don’t feel I was compensated enough. I would appreciate if Dream Cloud let their customers know of delays. However it is the best! I absolutely love my mattress! It is is such a wonderful night sleep with great support. I can see my posture changing just from being able to sleep on my back. The mist comfortable mattress ever.

My wife and I were greatly looking forward to receiving our dreamcloud mattress. After spending countless hours doing research online we decided on a dreamcloud. Unfortunately we are finding this mattress much much firmer than we expected it to be. I’m a large guy at 6’4 235 lbs and I still feel like I am barely sinking into this thing. We are going to give it a few more weeks to see if it softens up but as of right now we plan on returning it.

I’m totally loving my dreamcloud mattress. My lower back, shoulder, neck pain from waking up in the morning has gone from 90% pain to 0%. I don’t feel myself moving do much in the middle of the night to get comfy, I also don’t feel my wife move in the middle of the night either. One...no two satisfied customers here!

Can't tell yet - have had it for a little over a month or so. I don't hate it but don't love it. We bought the plush and it took way longer than it should have to arrive then its not as plush as it's claimed to be. I may be returning this. It's a little too soft but at the same time not plush if that makes sense. I'm disappointed but keep trying to give it a little longer to see if it's just us. My husband feels the same so another month or so will give the necessary time to say it's a fair assessment. Yes we are sleeping but is it a "Dream Cloud" sleep? No

The mattress came within a week. We've been sleeping on the mattress over 3 weeks and it's been very good. It sits a bit lower than the old Sleep Number bed but very comfortable. I don't feel the movement when my husband is tossing and turning. We are both side sleepers and haven't had any pain or aches. I do recommend to let the mattress breathe for a day or so before sleeping on it to remove the odor.

This is a quality product. Make no mistake about that. The DreamCloud is a tremendous value. Comparable beds are 2-3x more expensive. From the stitching to the cashmere cover to the internal materials, this is a product that will last for years to come. Despite all of the great features, we are returning ours. We have used a Tempurpedic for years and just can't adjust the bounciness of this bed. \nMy favorite characteristic of the bed was that it did not sleep hot at all. I've seen a few reviews claiming it does, they just are not correct. I understand this is a personal feeling and I can only speak for myself. Old, all-foam memory beds absorb you and retain heat. This bed simply does not do that. The internal air circulation is fantastic. \nThe return process has been a breeze and it truly is a no-questions-asked process. I truly wish this bed would have worked for us as it's incredible. However, it just isn't right for us. \n
