This mattress is unbelievably firm. The advertising makes it seem like the top layer is soft and allows you to sink in but I have woken up every day with aches and pains I've never felt before. I would compare this mattress to throwing a comforter on a tile floor and sleeping on it. I've had it for a week and will be returning it because I can't continue to wake up feeing like this.

We like the mattress we bought a year ago but this second buying experience has been a disaster - made worse by the fact that you think we have our mattress - which is now delayed by over a week from confirmed ship date with no update on when it will arrive. You also have my last name wrong.

We were hoping that the Premier would be a little softer on top than the normal memory foam, which we don't like. However, it really does just feel like a memory foam mattress. We've relegated this mattress to the basement guest bedroom. Too much hassle to return it.

I never thought that I would spend so much on a bed but I was desperately needing some relief on my back. Well it worked! No more back aches in the morning. I do have one problem though, I bought a split king to go on the adjustable platforms that I bought with the mattress because my sleeping position and my wife’s would probably not be the same. We now have to deal with a crack right down the middle each night. There should be some sort of a rail along the sides to keep them from separating so bad. I’m thinking of brackets similar to what is furnished for the foot of the bed. I would have gave five stars if not for that problem. I am hoping that there will be a fix for it, I would be willing to install myself. Don’t really know what to do! HELP!!

When I tell write I've tried every mattress out there, I'm not exaggerating. Tempurpedic, Casper, King Koil with visco-elastic hybrid foam, Tuft and Needle, the infamous Sleep Number Bed (this is what I had last) ... you name it!\n\nI have two serious back injuries and as a result, I've spent my days and nights in pain since 2010. At one point, I could barely walk (and then I found the Sleep Number). This worked only so long because the elusive "sleep" number kept changing due to my partner changing their number, due to my number never being correct, and so forth. I NEVER had a pain-free night. \n\nFirst night on THIS mattress, I could NOT believe the difference. I had done a lot of work that day and my back was in a particular kind of pain that makes me dread going to bed, but from the second I lay on this mattress, I instantly felt not just supported, but cradled. Correctly, but as if on a cloud.\n\nMy back gets the support I need, but the mattress itself is so soft. There's no foam topper needed (which I've done with all on my dime). I slept through the night. I NEVER sleep through the night. I slept cuddled up with my husband through the night ... and the next night and the night and the next ... because I no longer wake up due to being in pain. (First time in 8 years!)\n\nI cannot say enough about this mattress because I am sitting here at my laptop typing this pain-free. I can't thank you enough. This bed is amazing and I only hope it holds up as this is my first week, but I had to write a review because it is just a magical feat of engineering. Kudos to you and thank you so very much!

Wife and I love this matress.some reviews said it was to soft not at all I would agree with the Dreamcloud team its right in the middle 5-6 with 10 being real firm .would recommend this hybrid matress to anyone its definitely worth the money . Ps pillows and sheets aren't bad either

We had been through some other mattresses that were over double the price of Dream Cloud prior to receiving ours. We heard people tell us it was like sleeping on a cloud, not sure if I believe that or not. But once we slept in it we did believe that. It's got the perfect mix of support and comfort, something that 3 other mattress companies couldn't get right. We love our Dream Cloud and I've recommended them to my friends as well.

Finding a mattress that is firm enough to provide overall support yet soft enough when sleeping on my side has been a challenge. Two months into sleeping on my DreamCloud Premier mattress and I have no more aches and pains when waking up in the mornings. So glad I took a chance and purchased this mattress.

Our previous mattress was truly awful so anything was an improvement. Unfortunately the DreamCloud wasn’t as seem less as I anticipated. The email confirmation said our mattress would be shipped in 3 business days, I called after 4 business days and was told it had shipped and I’d be getting an email confirmation shortly. Another two days later I called again and was told that my mattress still hadn’t shipped. I was given incorrect information from the previous rep. I was given a small credit and a free mattress pad as a consolation. The day my mattress arrived to my area the delivery company called and scheduled delivery for the next day. The gentlemen were nice enough, although they barely spoke English and initially did not want to take my old mattress. I explained it was part of the white glove service and the reluctantly complied. We’ve had the mattress one week, the first few nights of sleep were great. The last few nights I find myself taking more time to get comfortable and falling asleep. As well as waking up not feeling 100% rested. I know I have to give it at least 30 days so I’m hoping it gets better. My biggest issue would have to be the smell. It’s glossed over in the FAQs and reviews but this bed stinks. It’s been one week and I can still smell it across the house. At least an hour before bed I light a candle so that by the time I’m lying down it isn’t too strong. It’s definitely lessened over the week but it’s still there. I’m hoping it’s gone soon. I am hopeful!

I recently bought the DreamCloud and I'm so in love with it I can't wait to get in it every night. When it arrived, it was rolled up and vacuum sealed which was quickly and easily opened by the delivery crew....in addition, no funky smell!!!! I highly recommend this bed!!!
