My wife and I bought this mattress because it was recommended by the National sleep foundation for those with back pain. Unfortunately, the mattress has made our back pain worse, and we actually slept better on our old mattress. We intend on purchasing a different frame and seeing if that makes any difference (the one we have is a platform bed and is in good shape). We are thankful that there is a 365 night trial though!

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase a Dreamcloud mattress. My husband is 6 feet tall and 260 pounds so we needed a mattress that was sturdy enough for his size. I’m much smaller than him and also a side sleeper. I was a little worried that I would find the mattress too firm but that is not the case at all! It is extremely comfortable and we both sleep so well. The mattress was delivered in the morning and we set it up right away. It inflated to the full 15 inches in about 8 hours but we didn’t sleep on it until the second night. It definitely had an odor after first opening it that went away after the first day. We have now slept on the mattress for a few weeks and are very happy with the purchase!

The buying process was easy. I was shocked to know that the mattress came in a tube. It had been several weeks now and the crease from where it was rolled up are still present and noticeable when we sleep. The mattress isn’t living up to the hype of “the best mattress”. Thank goodness there is a 365 day return guarantee because we will be sending it back.

I recently bought the DreamCloud and I'm so in love with it I can't wait to get in it every night. When it arrived, it was rolled up and vacuum sealed which was quickly and easily opened by the delivery crew....in addition, no funky smell!!!! I highly recommend this bed!!!

We’ve purchased the highest Beauty Rest only to have it sink over 5” in less than 2 years. Then tried Serta and couldn’t get comfortable. There is a large impression on the bed on one side where the 250 lb person sleeps. Also 4 weeks later the offgassing is terrible and the entire room just smells toxic. I have been sleeping in basement chair off and on hoping this smell goes away. It is a horrible smell

Communication regarding when my mattress would ship, when it did ship and scheduling delivery has been very poor. I was expecting my mattress to ship in a few days as your website stated. I still haven't heard from\n The white glove delivery service provider to schedule delivery. I am disappointed so far but still hopeful that the mattress, when it does get here, will be the best!

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Dreamcloud Premier mattress. I no longer wake up with an achy back nor do I toss and turn all night. From the first night sleeping on it there was an improvement in my quality of sleep.
