After trial-ing (6) different beds we finally found the DreamCloud mattress. It is the best bed we have ever had..We were very weary that it was just "another rolled-up" bed...we were so surprised after it "inflated". Only one complaint...gass is very strong for the first 3-4 days. Take the time to let it air out before sleeping on it...Caused my husband to have headaches.

I was nervous to get the bed because I wanted a med firm bed and the fact that you can't try it is very unsettling. The reviews mostly said it was too soft , and that made me nervous. When I saw how it inflating , it looked like it was filling up with air , but that's just how they are made. The first night wasn't Too bad, I got a decent sleep, only waking a few times. Since then. Every night feels like I'm sleeping on an over inflated air mattress!! I've had it about 2 months. I'm going to return it. just need to research to find another mattress . Unless I call and they make a pillow top to make it softer

We tried a couple of different beds (Purple and Winkbed). While they are both quality beds they were not comfortable for my girlfriend and I. Third time the charm as they say. Dreamcloud has the perfect mix of softness and firmness for us. I would recommend Dreamcloud beds to friends and family.

Ordering the bed was simple. I opted for the concierge service, when the bed was delivered, the men carried out the old mattress and set up the Dreamcloud. They were courteous and very helpful. They answered all my questions. I slept very well, and continue to do so, but without the chronic back pain upon waking! Very happy with my purchase!

This bed is very comfortable. My husband had been sleeping in a chair for over a year and is now able to sleep in bed. The setup team that we hired to set up the bed was a no-show. So my husband and I set up the bed ourselves and for the most part it was very easy to do. There is only one area of disappointment and that's the ditch between the two mattresses. The Chat agent said that the mattresses would fit together so closely that a credit card couldn't be dropped between them and that's just not so. This would not keep me from purchasing this bed again, but it's not as pleasant looking as I had expected. Considering the cost, the lack of aching and hips, the edge support, and the ease of use, this bed is a great bargain.

I have had my mattress since December 1, 2020. When we first unwrap it it has a horrible smell. It is now April 11, 2021 and the mattress still has the smell. It also was not supposed to sag but we are finding that we are getting some sagging in the most laid areas. The mattress is super well constructed, is very cushy, maybe just not for my back. I’m weighing the options on returning it. All the reviews said this would be a great mattress for someone with back issues and wanting a firmer mattress. I’m not 100% sure on that. It’s an expensive mattress and you want to be happy . To be fair I laid on one in a store and it had no smell and felt pretty good on my back but that was only for 10 minutes. Just don’t know what to do. The smell is the worst.

There is nothing nice I can say about it. The mattress has puff squares that are too puffy. The topper that they sent me slides off the top of the mattress. The sheets don't stay on. The pillowcases don't stay on the pillows. The mattress protector is non breathable. If you don't want to have a good night sleep then bye dreamcloud mattress.

I have back issues that require a foam mattress, but I'm also a very hot sleeper, and the two do NOT go together well. I'm so pleased with this purchase - it's the Goldilocks of mattresses for me. Substantial support but not too much - I like to be comfy and cozy - and I'm not waking in a pool of sweat every night, searching for a cool spot on the mattress. Love it!

There is no question DreamCloud's hybrid mattress is very well crafted. I am an architect and in our profession we pay close attention to every step of process & detail of construction. These folks thought of everything. The compressed, rolled up mattress came in 2 navy blue bags, one draw-string outer meant to take the abuse of the transit. Sure enough, the plastic pocket on which the label is placed was half-ripped from the bag but no harm done. It's meant to protect what's inside. The inner zipper bag was clean, had sewed on handles & facilitated 2 persons to carry the very substantive mattress upstairs into the bedroom. Guess in case we want to return it, the inner bag will serve as the container. Now how you force out the air and fit in the bag would of course be a challenge but nothing like those that came in a cardboard box. The bags each rolled nicely into a small tube the size of a tennis ball tube. Very thoughtful design. The mattress unrolled easily, and started hissing even before we cut open the clear & totally clean plastic seal/wrap and quickly filled up to its designed normal dimensions. And there is barely any odor, that's an excellent sign that the materials used are not hazardous to your health due to off-gassing of VOC which is always a problem with foam products, though we did have all windows open to help dissipate any anticipated smell. That wasn't necessary at all. Bravo. Now, as for dream-cloud like comfort, the verdict is still out. We have ceased waking up stiff and tired, but it would be untrue to say we awake refreshed and totally relaxed, but then you can't blame the mattress for everything either. We'll give both the mattress and our bodies sometime to adjust and acclimate to the new relationship. Perhaps we need to look into pillows and how they may be adversely affecting our rest. My wife is 5' & < 100 lb, I am 5'8" & < 150 lb, and we both sleep in all kinds of position except face down, so perhaps the pillow top of the mattress isn't quite soft enough given our body build. I would really hate to go through the trouble of returning it, since it's such a well-made and handsome-looking mattress.

Buy this mattress! You seriously won’t regret it. This is the second one I’ve bought. I bought my first DreamCloud for my daughter when they were new and so I got a really sweet deal. My daughter loved her DreamCloud over the last two years. When it came time to replace my old mattress the choice was clear DreamCloud. However, there were no more deals..I waited a year and nothing. I guess their reputation now proceeds them.And just as my daughter I loves this mattress as much as she does.It helped me sleep better at night. Fast delivery and puffed up enough to sleep on after a couple of hours
