This mattress has far surpassed my expectations! My husband and I BOTH can finally sleep comfortably. I appreciate a firm mattress, while my husband prefers soft. Together, we agreed that this mattress is a perfect combination! I was hesitant about purchasing a mattress without trying it out first. However, based on the reviews, and 365 day guarantee, I had nothing to lose. I'm so glad we invested in this particular mattress. I'll never own a different kind!!!

very comfortable , sets up easily , slept on the new mattress that night. i had a top of the line sealy Posturepedic, this is much more comfortable. there are 700 box mattress companies on the market, I reviewed for months. you should feel right by going with the dreamcloud.

I cannot believe the difference between our old mattress and the DreamCloud. From the first night we slept on the DreamCloud we have never felt more rested when we awake. We can sleep on our stomach, back, and side, something we could not do on our old mattress. Thanks for giving us a good night's sleep, it's been a long time.

This mattress is made really well and of great quality materials. Unfortunately it was too firm for me. Had it been more plush I would of kept it but unfortunately hd to return. Still giving it a high rating because it was just too firm for ME which isn't their fault!

I have only had the mattresse for a week. So far I can't complain. It's very thick. It is a little firm. But I think that's more due too the packing and breaking in period. It is also heavy. I weight lift. If that says anything. I do like it so far. I like the point of having the bounce of a traditional mattress plus the memory foam a newer style mattress. But it's too early to say if I'm completely satisfied with it. So far so good.

I ordered my mattress on Feb 19 21. I have not received my order and I call every week to find out why the bed has not been shipped and nobody knows why. Every representative keeps telling me they will send and email when shipped. My mattress is to be paid off in may but I will probably be canceling my order if I dont get and update by the end of April. My experience with this company has been very disappointing and difficult.

We've slept on our new mattress 4 nights and so far neither of us has awakened with back pain. I am a side sleeper and my hips don't hurt either. The mattress was easily unpacked in the morning and reached full size by evening. Some mentioned a smell but it didn't seem strong enough to bother me. The top is luxurious and I hated to put a mattress protector over it, but I can still feel the texture. I am naturally a skeptic as my husband and i have opposite taste in beds, but so far, we are both pleased.

At first it seemed too hard, but we were used to a pillow top mattress that had been long worn out...sinking in the middle and felt like you were rolling around. We added 3" foam topper and it helped but really just made it softer and didn't solve the underlying issue. The Dreamcloud is supportive yet comfortable-exactly what we were looking for. Hoping it lasts for years to come!

The bed and frame arrived as promised - the delivery guys did a great job of assembling the bed and disposing of our old bed. There was no communication from Dreamcloud after I ordered the bed until it was shipped. But the bed is great, high-quality, and I sleep well on it.

I've had this mattress for a few weeks. It is incredibly comfortable. The perfect amount of firmness and enough give to not think I am sleeping on a board. I wish there were better instructions included for unpacking. It's a king size and was cumbersome. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but no damage to the mattress. My only concern is how the edges will hold up. They are not very firm and I am hoping they do not sag over time. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I am hoping to get a good many years out of it.
