We just bought a king DreamCloud mattress and absolutely love it. We are used to mattresses with quilted tops and this was the perfect mattress for us. It is so soft, yet perfectly firm for support. I searched and re-searched a lot of mattresses before I decided on this one. We even had friends that bought other mattresses and decided that this one was the one for us. We would highly recommend this mattress.

I had many questions & interactions with multiple service agents on-line prior to my decision to buy, all of which were extremely professional & helpful. I'm not one to make purchases sight unseen, but after reading ALL of the reviews, like so many others, I took the plunge and so glad I did! White Glove service was wonderful & worth the price for me. The bed was a bit firmer than I expected. I discussed this with their Concierge one month later. They were tremendously helpful. The Soft-Topper was exactly what I needed to make my mattress exactly what I was hoping for. My experience with DreamCloud, start to finish, has been a GREAT one!

Now that I have a new DREAMCLOUD mattress, I’m getting great sleep. No more aching hips and sore shoulders when I get up in the morning. Still adjusting to my new bed. I had a king, downsized to a queen, I can say this, I have bad lower back problems and when I lay on my stomach the mattress supports that area, even better on my back with the adjustable base, trying to get myself used to sleeping on my back:upside_down:

One of the main reasons I bought this matress was not only to help with back problems for stomach sleepers, but also to not wake up sweating. This matress does just that, I stay comfortable all night long. It does take a little to get used to the divets in the top layer

My experience has been top notch since day 1. Out last mattress(5 years old) had gotten so bad I had gotten used to falling asleep on our couch. When I did sleep in bed I would always get up with multiple aches and pains I had to “walk off”. I realized on morning 3 of our Dream Cloud that those aches and pains were gone. I jump right out of bed and start my day, no recovery period needed.

I normally do not write reviews but I’m laying in my Dreamcloud premier and said why not. I am LOVING this mattress and I have slept amazingly so far! I thought I liked extremely plush mattresses but sinking in too much can cause aches. This mattress is perfect! It’s soft but firm and the euro pillow top is amazing. I am so happy with this purchase and I cannot be happier with my decision to get this. I have a king size all to myself and it is wonderful. I found my mom sleeping in my room the other night haha!!! Initially it felt too soft. With a new mattress cover and after a couple days it firmed up. Had 3 nights excellent sleep thus far. My old bed was 9 years old and much firmer even with the pillow top. We liked our old mattress a lot. This purchase was a calculated risk and thus far we are satisfied with our purchase.

Communication regarding when my mattress would ship, when it did ship and scheduling delivery has been very poor. I was expecting my mattress to ship in a few days as your website stated. I still haven't heard from\n The white glove delivery service provider to schedule delivery. I am disappointed so far but still hopeful that the mattress, when it does get here, will be the best!

Bought mattress and adjustable frame in Sept.2019 for my disabled husband .Got prompt delivery and everything was easy to assemble.He enjoyed restful sleep until the frame stopped working in March 2020.The mattress is good but not without the adjustable frame.
