Our last mattress of a different brand was only two years old and became uncomfortable very quickly. This mattress has been very comfortable so far. I don’t wake up with back and hip pain anymore. The only negative is that I feel it holds heat more than I expected. Overall very happy and hope it holds up longer than two years.

I have only had my bed set up and slept on for three days and I have slept better I haven't snored. I'm a side sleeper and am trying to sleep on my back because my hips get stiff and ache. This bed does not hurt my back when I sleep on my back no matter how long I am in bed so far so good.

We have had our DreamCloud hybrid mattresses nearly a year now and are loving it. Having always had traditional box spring mattresses it was a new experience purchasing one without being able to see it in person first. After lots of research on hybrid mattresses and DreamCloud competitors we took the plunge and ordered. I figured if I had 365 days to return it if we didn't like it, what did I have to lose? This mattress feels amazing! I very very rarely ever have any hip pain sleeping now--and when I do it is generally from exercise and not the mattress. The quality is superior to miost "luxury" mattresses we have had in the past--and the return policy is way beyond anything the competition has! You can't go wrong with this. I'm so happy trhat we decided to try a DreamCloud!

This bed is soft. I am a side sleeper and this bed feels comfortable after a month of adjustment from my previous bed. I will say that this bed is definitely better for a back sleeper. I've had this bed since December 2019 and i've not awoken to any back pain so far. Good bed for those who want something a little extra but can't afford the beds that they have their eyes on. Purchased a king size mattress and it is spacious. This bed is heavy but can be maneuvered by a single person if you have experience moving heavy objects. i moved this in the box upstairs one step flip at a time. It is tiring but possible with the proper approach. Personally, i could not smell any odors; I did spray my bed with a febreeze product once a day for three days just to make sure that i did not experience unpleasant odors during my first use. Make sure you allow your bed to fully expand before you use it, I let mine set for three days before putting the frame together and sleeping on the bed. Your bed may not inflate exactly like the picture shows. The advertisement picture is definitely for attracting customers. Other than some minor dimensional (maybe 5-10 cm at most) inconsistencies here or there on one side, my bed was as offered.

The delivery and set up were great! I do enjoy the comfort of the bed but I have been experiencing terrible neck cramps when I wake up. I’ve tried everything from different pillow firmness to no pillows at all. I just can’t seem to find a winning combo.

I have had my mattress for a week now and I love it. My only comment is: one person can not open and set up the mattress (queen size) on their own!. I did ask for installation but it was not available here. It was a nightmare getting it into the house, out of the shipping cover and then out of the bag. You do need to warn buyers that at least this size requires two people. Fortunately there were a couple gardening guys working at the townhouse complex and I flagged them down to help me.

So, I had been researching mattresses for close to a year, over and over I would look at reviews from a lot of mattresses, and compare etc. I had not slept in a bed in over a year due to back pain, the recliner was my bed. I read many reviews about shipping issues with the Dreamcloud, but the 365 day trial was stuck in my head. I needed to be able to try a bed, and if it did not work, be able to get my money back. I finally decided on trying the dreamCloud. I ordered on 2/28/19, and my mattress was shipped with in 3 days, and I had my mattress with in 7 days. I opted to not have white glove, even though I knew these mattresses were very heavy. I managed to get my mattress to my room, the hardest part was getting it out of its packing. My mattress took a little over 24 hours to get to full expansion. My first night sleeping on the mattress was a little weird and hard to get comfy, but the next morning I didnt have any back pain, or pain radiating down to my legs. I have been sleeping on my mattress for around 2 weeks, and I do not have to resort to my recliner!! I am so happy to be able to sleep in my room, instead of my recliner. This mattress is not soft, and more on the firmer end, but very comfy!! I hope this mattress holds up a long time, it is very nice!!

Thank you for such an amazing product. From the first night, I fell asleep so much quicker than before and I slept through the night without any morning back pain. Each subsequent night was equally as relaxing! And to wake up each morning with no back pain is a real blessing. I am extremely happy with my new mattress and wish I had purchased it years ago!

Cover is awful, tried it one night and call to return it to be told that they dont accept returns of covers, is expensive and worse cover i have ever had; was.ted money. Mattress veredict stil out; not a good a i though - had r ad great reviews about it. Been 8 days since I bought it. It requirs a foundation, without it it feels awful, slumps, etc. Will see next few weeks, otherwise will return.

I love my new mattress! I used to think certain hotels or my friend's guest bed mattress was what I needed in my life, but I was wrong. My Dreamcloud out-performs all of them! It's sooo comfortable. If you want a "cooling" experience that some mattresses advertise, you won't get that with the Dreamcloud, but I personally don't like to ever feel a cool sensation in bed (we have cold winters here). It's supportive without feeling too hard. You can see and feel immediately how well made it is. We financed our purchase, and that experience (with Affirm) has been just as wonderful as our mattress - they're very upfront, transparent, and helpful. I will absolutely buy my next mattress from this company and have already recommended Dreamcloud to several of my friends.
