After a rough start (hence the 4 stars), so far the mattress seems very comfortable. We've only slept on it a few nights, but I will say I don't wake up with a back ache anymore. The sheet set that was included in this package is very soft and comfortable. I'm not a fan of memory foam pillows, so I can't speak to the comfort of those. Our problems occurred with the headboard arriving damaged (probably more the fault of the delivery company than anything else) but DreamCloud quickly resolved that by sending a whole new headboard and frame set. It took 7 weeks to receive our mattress, which is by far the biggest issue and why I only gave a rating of 4 stars.

At first it felt firm but so glad I stuck it out. After first week I loved it! I am 128lbs and my husband is 180. He likes former beds and I prefer soft. Took a little getting used to but it is super comfy! My husband immediately loved it. We got the pillows too and again, at first thought too hard but now love them too!

I purchased my mattress the end of September 2019 and received it on October 7th. When I got it my husband unboxed it, cut the plastic and let it come to it's full form for 24 hours. We set it up in our bedroom the following night and I must say for a Queen mattress this mattress is very heavy. Sleeping on it the first night I thought it was too soft. Of course our bodies had to adjust to the new mattress. Five months later I am so pleased with this mattress. I have had nothing but the best nights sleep since a week after receiving this mattress. It is truly like sleeping on a cloud. It is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. My husband is absolutely loving this mattress as well with way more sleep then he has gotten in the past. Which is rare because this guy never sleep, I feel. Must say that this was the best money we have ever spent and we are loving this mattress for sure. Anyone thinking about purchasing you will not regret it because I definitely have not.

I have lower back problems and never could stay on my back for very long on my old mattress but now I can be on my back for however long I want as the support is fantastic. I have a Fitbit that gives me sleep scores and my score has been much better since I got this mattress. I have bragged about it to a few of my friends and think they might be looking at getting one. I do love this mattress.

Liked it at first but after a year it's sagging in the middle. Me and my partner are not big people but we both end up rolling in the middle. We toss and turn all night. Wish i returned it and feel like getting a knew one but I spent so much money on it. I really wish it was as comfortable as it was in the begining.

I was a bit hesitant a first. Buy a mattress untested seemed a bit scary, but the 365 night sleep trial and money back guarantee eased my mind. After seeing a couple reviews, I decided to buy the bed. A bit of a delay in getting it (19 days from ordering), but it went up easy. First night was a bit different as I hadn't slept on a hybrid mattress before and it took a little getting used to. Waking up the first morning , there was a difference in the way my back felt. Less sore for sure. I have a bad shoulder and it wasn't hurting either. After that first night, I have slept better than I have in years. There have even been a few nights I have slept all the way through and that hasn't happened in years. Looking forward to many more nights of great sleep.

Dreamcloud is so comfortable ! My husband and I love the overall support. Our first time using a hybrid and by mail mattress. We set it up ourselves and it was super easy. Loved how there was minimal off gassing. It only took a few days to get used to it. I do tend to still feel my husbands movements when we’re sleeping but overall I’m so happy I didn’t have to go to a store to get such a high quality mattress . Thanks again

So, I want to start off by saying that I had to return the Dream Cloud. It was too firm for me and my wife. Having said this, however, if the mattress had been a little softer I would have kept it forever.\n\nThis is one BEAUTIFULLY constructed mattress. The warranty and return policy cannot be beat! The delivery for me was excellent. This mattress will last for a long time.\n\nHere's the thing. I spent more than last 15 years sleeping on latex or memory foam mattress. I had not experienced sleeping on any form of springs. If you are not used to sleeping on springs, then think hard before you purchase the Dream Cloud. It will be a firm experience and possibly too firm for petite or even average sleepers regardless of the position you sleep on. The reason for this is that Dream Cloud does not seem to soften much over time.\n\nIf you are used to springs and want the ultimate upgrade, Dream Cloud IS the mattress for you.\n\nMy recommendation for Dream Cloud is to make the mattress in different firmness levels and they will probably corner the hybrid market.\n\nThank you Dream Cloud for a great experience. I mourn it didn't work out.

Great mattress that is firm but soft at the same time. Sleeps nicely whether on my back and side. No real adjustment period to get used to it. Only down side it that it definitely has a distinct smell that I hope will eventually fade. I have been taking off the sheets every morning so far to let it air out all day. Bottom line I'm very happy with this purchase.

I wish I could give this mattress a good review, but sadly I can’t wait to send it back. It is very uncomfortable. I have woken up with a sore back every night since purchasing. It doesn’t support my lower back since the buttons make large divots. My husband and I are average size people. 6’ 190lbs for him; 5’7” 145 for me. I’m counting on an easy and quick return since that’s what your company has promised in your ads.
