I've had my bed for over 2 weeks and the gaseous smell is still strong even with the Dream Mattress Cover. Also, the bed is not as firm as I was led to believe. I'm going to give it a couple more weeks but I'm sorry to say that I will probably have to return it. Very disappointing.

Super easy ordering, accurate descriptions, easy delivery, nicely protected in multi layers of wrapping and bags. Very easy to unwrap and set up. Was to full size in minutes. First night was a little adjustment to the feel as far as our sleeping pattern. When we got in bed the next night, it felt like a dream. We slept more sound and still than we had in years. Ever since, it's just gotten better. We are living this mattress and so are our backs....cudos to Dreamcloud for creating this great mattress and making the decision so easy for us. Purchase this mattress because of the 365 sleep guarantee. I have had it about 2 months and it makes my back hurt. I reached out to Dream Cloud to return it and the requested some information. I sent them the information and haven’t heard from them since!

I have never been picky with any mattress and was fully satisfied with my last mattress for years until it finally began to lack support. I read hundreds of reviews before settling on DreamCloud. Sadly, I’ve been very disappointed and will need to return it. The most important negative is the sagging. The sides do have excellent support but the center is not supportive and I am rolling towards the center and towards my bed partner. This should not be happening because we are only 110 and 165. The next problem is that the pattern on top is so pronounced that it contorts my body. This does not bother my husband who is larger and heavier, but it was very uncomfortable for me. A thick mattress pad helped a bit. Finally, very oddly, the off gassing was overwhelming and was notable for about 3 weeks (and probably longer although we accustomed). I purchased a cheap full foam mattress for my son which understandably had that issue, but was unprepared to have the same experience with a hybrid mattress at this price point. I don’t recall any negative reviews, which means that either I received damaged product, or something doesn’t add up.

I travel quite a bit for work and REALLY miss my DreamCloud when I am away. The first time I had to sleep on a different mattress since my DreamCloud purchase, I woke up stiff and sore like I always had with my old mattress. I hadn't realized how much better I was feeling with DreamCloud until that morning! With DreamCloud, I have had, hands down, THE BEST sleep of my life! One of the best purchases I've ever made!

What I would call the "roll into the middle spot" purchased the DreamClound 3-4 months ago. The outer edges of the mattress still firm and the spot to get at restful night sleep like the early days of the purchase, and looked forward to it now not so great of a sleep. I am of average build with average weight. I would of expected this 6-7 years after the purchase-maybe !! (as you would with your typical spring mattress) not this soon.

It’s only been a week and I’m having a hard time adjusting to it. What ever part of me is in contact with the bed is sore after an hour or more. I’m really worried it’s not going to get any better. I wish it was a bit softer as I think I’d really love it. I’m not ready to start looking again for another affordable bed. I hope some kind of magic happens soon and I like it.

Last year in March I was truly blessed with a Dream Cloud Premier Mattress & box spring from a very gracious couple who decided after a few month they didn’t like it. I instantly fell in love with this mattress! I cannot ever remember falling asleep so quickly and sleeping so soundly through the night. I too had asked a few people to try it out and everyone joked about the bed being “cursed” because nobody could lay down for more than 5 minutes without falling asleep! It was amazing and I was so unbelievably happy. In May my husband passed away unexpectedly I was not coping or dealing in any way so I seeked help. During that time everything I owned was stolen. My entire house. I didn’t have much but what I did have I cherished. And that bed was the most heart breaking!! One day (hopefully soon) I’ll be able to get another because I really do miss my sleep!! If you have back issues (I had 4 surgeries in 2017) or just need that “just right” firmness this is the mattress you want!!

One of the things I hate to do is buy a new mattress but DreamClouds guarantees make it very easy. My wife and I love this mattress so much we purchased one for each of our kids. I wake up refreshed every day, something that hasn’t happened in years. We purchased the mattress, protector, foundation and sheets, all are of very high quality. Only minor complaint I have is the sheets are a wrinkled mess after washing and need to be ironed.

I've only slept on the mattress for four nights but so far so good very comfortable relaxing not too soft not too firm that was the problem with our last that it was way too firm but this one seems to be a happy medium I'll update my review in a few weeks
