I had many questions & interactions with multiple service agents on-line prior to my decision to buy, all of which were extremely professional & helpful. I'm not one to make purchases sight unseen, but after reading ALL of the reviews, like so many others, I took the plunge and so glad I did! White Glove service was wonderful & worth the price for me. The bed was a bit firmer than I expected. I discussed this with their Concierge one month later. They were tremendously helpful. The Soft-Topper was exactly what I needed to make my mattress exactly what I was hoping for. My experience with DreamCloud, start to finish, has been a GREAT one!

Now that I have a new DREAMCLOUD mattress, I’m getting great sleep. No more aching hips and sore shoulders when I get up in the morning. My wife and I have been sleeping on our new DreamCloud mattress for a month now and we both love it! She is a side sleeper and I am a tummy sleeper. It accommodates us both well. I'm a big guy with ankylosing spondylitis (bamboo spine). It normally takes considerable effort and time to stretch and get ready for the day. Our new DreamCloud has made that process a little shorter and a little less rough. The only tough part is that the mattress is so comfortable, I don't want to get up.

So far, so good. Have been sleeping better. Have mattress and adjustable bed. Enjoy having my feet raised before going to sleep. I sit at a computer all day and during the heat I have experienced a bit of swelling and this raising takes that all away. I have a few other comments but want to use bed a bit more before expressing those. My daughter visited and slept in the bed and said, "WOW! Mom this bed is really legitimate. So glad you did something nice for yourself.". She will be following suit soon.

I was very skeptical to purchase a mattress on-line. Once we received the mattress it was very easy to set-up. On the first night, I slept like a baby. It was the first time in years that I could sleep on my side without pain. I'm a runner who has chronic hip pain and I was so surprised that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night having to change positions. It is the most comfortable mattress I have slept on! I would recommend this mattress to everyone who has chronic back and hip pain. I feel more refreshed and ready to begin my day since sleeping on the Dream Cloud.

We did a lot of searching and reading reviews before choosing our DreamCloud Premier. From the first night, we both slept better than we have in years. I sleep hot, but stay cool, and my husband is often cold, but sleeps comfortably. The bed and pillows are amazing. The sheets are also very nice. We used to have aches and pains, but not anymore. Buying a bed online may seem a little scary, but if you take a chance with this bed you will be amazed and happy that you did. The free sheets, mattress protector and pillows were a great perk, but I would buy again even if I didn't get anything free.

I was nervous to get the bed because I wanted a med firm bed and the fact that you can't try it is very unsettling. The reviews mostly said it was too soft , and that made me nervous. When I saw how it inflating , it looked like it was filling up with air , but that's just how they are made. The first night wasn't Too bad, I got a decent sleep, only waking a few times. Since then. Every night feels like I'm sleeping on an over inflated air mattress!! I've had it about 2 months. I'm going to return it. just need to research to find another mattress . Unless I call and they make a pillow top to make it softer

Choosing a mattress is a difficult task. DreamCloud made it easier. I looked at many mattresses. What kept drawing me back to DreamCloud was the many layers for different areas of the body. I needed something to relieve pressure points and backaches. The 365 day return made it easy to choose. No other company provides that for their customer's. \nI just recieved mine Saturday and got it set up on Tuesday. I have layed on it for about an hour and let me say that 1 hour was the perfect kind of wrap around me luxurious softness I've felt in a mattress. It is definitly comparable to BeautyRest Black. I am looking forward to sleeping in it . My husband did say he didn't wake up with hurting hips. So that's a huge feat. \nAlthough, I haven't had a whole night's sleep so I cant give a review on that aspect., however I will be giving a review again once I have had many nights to try it out.

I was quite satisfied with the mattress and had difficulty contacting a consultant. When I did they sent me a mattress topper that still hasn’t sold me on the mattress but with COVID I can’t have someone come into my house to take it away and I can’t handle the king size on my own

I love it! Best night's sleep in a long time. We'll see how it goes over the next few weeks/months. But the mattress is so thick (15") & we have a 'box framed' wood bed, we have to have a tall box spring...the new height is about 5" taller than the old one! … We're considering steps for both of us (we aren't spring chickens). But it is comfy! I was having major "frozen" shoulder problems on our old bed (yup, side-sleeper), I can happily say that my shoulder/arm feels much better! Absolutely NO smell or "off-gassing" from the minute we opened it. Could use more of a "pillow top" feel (thought about getting a topper, but will wait & see). On the down side, the mattress is HEAVY! My husband has to help me put sheets on, even though it sits above the wood frame of the bed. I can't lift the corners enough by myself to get fitted sheets on. Great packaging - thank goodness 'cause the Fed Ex guy wasn't too happy dragging it up our driveway! (Did I say HEAVY?) But, overall - a good night's sleep without having to pick a number- we don't have to chose between "sleep on the floor" or "sinking fluff." Researched a lot … & happy I chose the Dreamcloud. Would post a pic of new Dreamcloud in our (apparently) unusual bed configuration within the first hour after unboxing … but site doesn't give that option...
