It's been a week since I got my premium dreamcloud and so far it's been a good feel. I have fibromyalgia and had researched beds that were recommended for my body type,dreamcloud had the best deal and was in my budget so I went for it! It isn't as plush as I was expecting it to be, I chose the premium because it was supposed to be more plush, but it feels pretty firm for me. I weigh around 125 or so, but my husband, who weighs more likes the feel. It's doesn't transfer motion like our old mattress which is a plus and it doesn't sleep hot like our old mattress topper, which was the older memory foam. I get hot flashes when sleeping so, another plus. I will say that compared to our old mattress,which we had for 10+ yrs, my pressure points have felt some relief, i'd wake up in horrible pain around my hips and my legs, but so far I haven't experienced that. I typically sleep on my side but I've found with this new bed that sleeping on my back is comfortable now too. So really the only complaint I have is that I wanted it to be a tad more plush. I hope this helps anyone who suffers from fibromyalgia or chronic pain, sleep is such an important part of physical well being and having a bed that helps you sleep pain free is huge! This didn’t work out for me because I am 67 years old now and have developed some difficulties with my health. I couldn’t turn over in this wonderful mattress because it was so soft and you get the feel that you are sleeping IN the bed instead of ON the bed. I didn’t consider that when I made the purchase. Any earlier time of my life I would have been soooo happy with it. It is a wonderful bed!

This bed is soft. I am a side sleeper and this bed feels comfortable after a month of adjustment from my previous bed. I will say that this bed is definitely better for a back sleeper. I've had this bed since December 2019 and i've not awoken to any back pain so far. Good bed for those who want something a little extra but can't afford the beds that they have their eyes on. Purchased a king size mattress and it is spacious. This bed is heavy but can be maneuvered by a single person if you have experience moving heavy objects. i moved this in the box upstairs one step flip at a time. It is tiring but possible with the proper approach. Personally, i could not smell any odors; I did spray my bed with a febreeze product once a day for three days just to make sure that i did not experience unpleasant odors during my first use. Make sure you allow your bed to fully expand before you use it, I let mine set for three days before putting the frame together and sleeping on the bed. Your bed may not inflate exactly like the picture shows. The advertisement picture is definitely for attracting customers. Other than some minor dimensional (maybe 5-10 cm at most) inconsistencies here or there on one side, my bed was as offered.

My husband and I have needed a new bed for at least a year. Neither of us are great sleepers to begin with and our worn out mattress was giving us both back pain as well as other aches and pains. After a lot of research and Youtube videos we decided to take the risk and order a DreamCloud. We live on Nantucket island so we didn't have high hopes of receiving it in a timely manner, but we did! The box was VERY beat up and we were concerned, but the mattress itself was so well packaged there were no issues at all. When I received the box and was concerned I reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and assured me if there was any damage the situation would be addressed. Luckily all was good once we opened it up. The bed itself is incredibly comfortable. We have both been sleeping so much better with less back pain. My husband used to toss and turn, moving constantly. He hardly moves at all in this bed! Hopefully it wears well and lasts a long time because we are very happy with it so far.

My husband and I were both waking up with back pain. I would toss and turn during the night wake up frustrated and tired. We've only had the DreamCloud mattress for a little over a week now but I have been sleeping soundly and we both wake up able to move without pain. We also love the pillows for the extra support. This mattress was worth the wait!

it took so long for it to come due to pandemic and the company makes it impossible to actually speak to someone on the phone but when the mattress finally came. We could not be happier. It really is the best. No more aches when I get up in the morning.

The primary reason we went with a hybrid mattress was so we didn't have to deal with sinking of foam overtime. The mattress sunk in the middle within a few months and it is one of the most uncomfortable things ever. Sometimes it inflates again on its own and we get a few days with good sleep. If it didn't sink so quickly then it would be 5 starts because it is an incredibly soft and supportive mattress. Also, the pillows are terrible. They are so stiff and by the time they start to sink a little bit there is no more resistance and no cushion.

It took a long time for my mattress to get to me. I am upset about that and don’t feel I was compensated enough. I would appreciate if Dream Cloud let their customers know of delays. However it is the best! I absolutely love my mattress! It is is such a wonderful night sleep with great support. I can see my posture changing just from being able to sleep on my back. The mist comfortable mattress ever.

We purchased the Premier mattress 1 year ago, and I'm trying to get another for our winter home in Phoenix. We were hesitant to purchase the first one because we are traditionalists and go to the store. But, we saw the great reviews and took a chance... and GLAD we did! The box arrived via FedEx and I was able to use my dolly to get it into our bedroom. We bought an adjustable frame from a dealer, (that was OK) and discovered we rarely use that feature. The Premier mattress was easy to extract from the cover it came in and I was careful to follow the instructions on opening, and releasing the mattress. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS as the mattress is heavy. The result: A DREAMY NIGHTS SLEEP! We both have back problems and since sleeping on the DreamCloud neither of us have complained about back or joint aches. It really is a fantastic product... thus our desire for a second one here in Arizona. I am a former Naval Test Flight Officer and picky on analyzing products... I can confidently say this IS a MUST BUY. Grade: 4.0/4.0

The delivery and set up were great! I do enjoy the comfort of the bed but I have been experiencing terrible neck cramps when I wake up. I’ve tried everything from different pillow firmness to no pillows at all. I just can’t seem to find a winning combo.
