We have slept on this mattress for two weeks and our back and hips are both improving. I am a side sleeper and have found I experience less pressure on my hips. My husband is a back sleeper and feels improvement in back pain when waking from sleep. We are very pleased!

100% satisfaction, everday we feel like we are in a dream and never want to leave the bed. Downside of the company is shipping. It took way too long about a month to receive the bed and shipped woth ground services caused lots of problems. But this bed is worth for everything. Dont hesitate to buy ( you ll probably wait tough.. )

Before this King sized DreamCloud mattress, we had slept on the same innerspring mattress for almost ten years. It was warped and uncomfortable and we often had trouble falling and staying asleep, not to mention a very difficult time waking up feeling tired and achy. We’ve been sleeping on our new mattress for ONE WEEK now and have noticed a HUGE improvement! We feel so much better! Thank you DreamCloud!

Purchased Luxury Firm DreamCloud because reviews suggested it was a little firmer than its competitors. Two weeks in, I've found it softer than expected, with much less edge support than our previous box spring mattress. Also feel at times as though I'm falling toward the center of the mattress when my partner climbs into bed. She's very happy with the mattress; the jury is still out for me. No problems with delivery, initial quality, or set-up. Appreciated the handles on the sides to make it easier to move around.

Now that I have a new DREAMCLOUD mattress, I’m getting great sleep. No more aching hips and sore shoulders when I get up in the morning. I was skeptical of purchasing a mattress online but I’m a believer now. DREAMCLOUD stands behind their word to offer a good night sleep. Thanks so much DREAMCLOUD.

Bought our Dreamcloud in 2019. It is by far the best mattress we’ve ever slept on. The hubs and I have always differed on mattress feel, but, we are totally in agreement about our Dreamcloud. We are looking at buying another one for our guest room, except we are afraid our guests will never leave.

The dreamcloud is amazing, let's get that out of the way. I can't remember sleeping this well. I'm a night owl but now I look forward to going to bed.\nThe downside: I had to wait a long time for this. The packaging is difficult. A zipper busted when I opened it and cut my finger. And then, while filling out the satisfaction survey I find out they were giving out free pillows...how did I miss this??

I normally do not write reviews but I’m laying in my Dreamcloud premier and said why not. I am LOVING this mattress and I have slept amazingly so far! I thought I liked extremely plush mattresses but sinking in too much can cause aches. This mattress is perfect! It’s soft but firm and the euro pillow top is amazing. I am so happy with this purchase and I cannot be happier with my decision to get this. I have a king size all to myself and it is wonderful. I found my mom sleeping in my room the other night haha!!! Our previous mattress was truly awful so anything was an improvement. Unfortunately the DreamCloud wasn’t as seem less as I anticipated. The email confirmation said our mattress would be shipped in 3 business days, I called after 4 business days and was told it had shipped and I’d be getting an email confirmation shortly. Another two days later I called again and was told that my mattress still hadn’t shipped. I was given incorrect information from the previous rep. I was given a small credit and a free mattress pad as a consolation. The day my mattress arrived to my area the delivery company called and scheduled delivery for the next day. The gentlemen were nice enough, although they barely spoke English and initially did not want to take my old mattress. I explained it was part of the white glove service and the reluctantly complied. We’ve had the mattress one week, the first few nights of sleep were great. The last few nights I find myself taking more time to get comfortable and falling asleep. As well as waking up not feeling 100% rested. I know I have to give it at least 30 days so I’m hoping it gets better. My biggest issue would have to be the smell. It’s glossed over in the FAQs and reviews but this bed stinks. It’s been one week and I can still smell it across the house. At least an hour before bed I light a candle so that by the time I’m lying down it isn’t too strong. It’s definitely lessened over the week but it’s still there. I’m hoping it’s gone soon. I am hopeful!

So far, this mattress is better than others we've had. Definitely less sore backs upon rising in the morning. Hoping it gets even better. I got a king size for us and a queen for our daughter. I like the top surface on the queen better than the king.
