I'm so disappointed about this bed. I thought maybe it would take some time to "break-in" so I've been trying to be patient, but I haven't had a good sleep in over 2.5 weeks. Originally they were sold out and offered me a nectar option and I didn't take it because I was so excited about the DreamCloud. I wish I had taken the offer. It's been so difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep I ended up finally buying a mattress topper, which will hopefully give me some relief and maybe will help "break-in" the bed.

Mattresses were fine just wish I didn't have a big gap in the middle and I can figure some way out to keep them closer was thinking maybe put a real on the side of the two beds because they continue to slide so if you're thinking about getting a twin XL you might want to do your research

When I tell write I've tried every mattress out there, I'm not exaggerating. Tempurpedic, Casper, King Koil with visco-elastic hybrid foam, Tuft and Needle, the infamous Sleep Number Bed (this is what I had last) ... you name it!\n\nI have two serious back injuries and as a result, I've spent my days and nights in pain since 2010. At one point, I could barely walk (and then I found the Sleep Number). This worked only so long because the elusive "sleep" number kept changing due to my partner changing their number, due to my number never being correct, and so forth. I NEVER had a pain-free night. \n\nFirst night on THIS mattress, I could NOT believe the difference. I had done a lot of work that day and my back was in a particular kind of pain that makes me dread going to bed, but from the second I lay on this mattress, I instantly felt not just supported, but cradled. Correctly, but as if on a cloud.\n\nMy back gets the support I need, but the mattress itself is so soft. There's no foam topper needed (which I've done with all on my dime). I slept through the night. I NEVER sleep through the night. I slept cuddled up with my husband through the night ... and the next night and the night and the next ... because I no longer wake up due to being in pain. (First time in 8 years!)\n\nI cannot say enough about this mattress because I am sitting here at my laptop typing this pain-free. I can't thank you enough. This bed is amazing and I only hope it holds up as this is my first week, but I had to write a review because it is just a magical feat of engineering. Kudos to you and thank you so very much!

It’s been 10 days since I started using my Dreamcloud. The first few days I’d wake up with some lower back ache, but it would go away once I got a stretch in. I’ll chalk that up to my body adjusting to the memory foam (this is my first mattress with it) because now I sleep so soundly and comfortably. One thing to note is that it’s a large and very heavy mattress (I got a queen) so when you first get it delivered, make sure you have more than two people to help easily carry it into your room!

I have arthritis in both of my knees and have been sleeping on an air mattress on top of my bed for the past year to alleviate the pain. We received our Dreamcloud mattress yesterday and it's the first time I could sleep on an actual mattress in a year. There was no pressure on my knees or joints. I can't thank you enough for this wonderful mattress. Even my husband liked it and he usually prefers a firmer mattress than I do. We also live in a very hot climate and the mattress stayed cool, unlike some other memory foam mattresses. You have a new customer for life!

I'm not one to write reviews period, but for this mattress I'll do it! I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I seriously haven't slept this good in a long long time. Since I've had it I've slept soundly throughout the night and wake up refreshed every morning. This mattress was comfortable from the first minute I laid down on it. You won't be disappointed. My only negative would be it took over a month from ordering to delivery however customer service was exceptional.

I was skeptical at first as i was hesitant buying a bed that comes rolled up in a bag and delivered to your door. But this bed has made me a very satified customer. Its very comfortable and you would never know that it was delivered rolled up in a bag. I have back problems and i can honestly say i feel amazing now when u wake up. I have never done a survey like this in my life, this in itself has to say something about this bed. Well worth the money. I puchased the king size. I will say that you will need at least two people to get this thing into your bedroom haha. Im a very happy customer, and so is my wife! Happy wife, happy life, buy a dreamcloud lol.

Not really impressed so far, I am just about a week into having my new mattress and am already considering a return. I’ve been a Tempur-pedic customer for many years and thought I would make the switch because of how great the reviews are. The mattress looks great but I can feel the coils. Will most likely be using that warranty to return.

After carefully reviewing many mattress options and having never bought online, we decided to give Dream Cloud Premier King Mattress a try. We have loved it! We did use our own mattress pad which added a little bit of softness, and don't really care for the pillows, but other than that we have been sleeping supremely well! No more aches and pains when we wake up, and I can't tell when my husband gets up and out of bed early. Highly recommend this brand and purchase!

I was hesitant to buy a mattress online without trying it first but with the 365 day trial option and after reading tons of reviews, I decided to purchase. I have to say it is beautiful. It does not need a boxspring and the mattress inflated quickly to its true size. It’s thick, huge, soft and luxurious. Plus, I don’t feel like I’m in a rocking boat when my husband moves around at night which is awesome!!!!! Soooooo glad I went with DreamCloud!!!!! Oh and white glove service was awesome, they set up the mattress and hauled away by old ones!!! Thanks again!!
