I'm so disappointed about this bed. I thought maybe it would take some time to "break-in" so I've been trying to be patient, but I haven't had a good sleep in over 2.5 weeks. Originally they were sold out and offered me a nectar option and I didn't take it because I was so excited about the DreamCloud. I wish I had taken the offer. It's been so difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep I ended up finally buying a mattress topper, which will hopefully give me some relief and maybe will help "break-in" the bed.

The new mattress is hard. I had to put a cushion topper on it to make it soft or alittle soft. It doesn't sleep like a dream cloud like they say. My old mattrese was better and I should of not gotten rid of it so fast. I would return this but it is too late. Very unhappy for the price I paid .

Really good Matress but not 100% convinced it’s the best for us yet. We love the comfort but still not sleeping through the night. We may still be adjusting from our all foam mattress. We will give it another 3 months to see if it is as comfortable as needed.

After numerous internet searches for a bed, we landed on dreamcloud to balance price and comfort. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive-originally we were told that it would be deliver the week of January 5th (we ordered on Dec. 29th) but the date can and went with no bed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and customer service didn;t have any updates on why it was taking so long either. Finally got the bed January 29th, and would not have been irked by it taking a month to get here--just would have appreciated delivery updates being more conservative than they were. Bed itself was easy to put into the bedroom but it did take two people to get it out of the box and on our bed frame--we got a Cal King, after all. Husband and I slept on it that night and felt very supported. We were both surprised that it was on the firmer side but woke up the next day without the upper back pain we'd been experiencing in our former 10 year old mattress (which was beginning to sag). If I had been able to test this before ordering I likely would have gotten something a bit softer, but we add our old mattress topper to it and it's cushy again. The included pillows and linens were also a nice addition to our new bed bundle.

We have been sleeping on this bed for two months now. What a difference for our sleep patterns. We had two other very expensive beds in the two years before we purchased our Dream Cloud Mattress. I am a very large man, who destroyed the memory foam and spring systems in our other two mattresses. Not this one. We have the firm, and it is perfect for me for sleeping. It continues to provide excellent support, and yet it provides great comfort all night long. I have never been on such a wonderful mattress. This system is everything, and more, that it claims to be. Thanks so much. I am finally sleeping through the nigh in bed, rather than having to move to my recliner at 3 or 4 in the morning. This is a great product.

First, it took almost 2 months for the mattress to ship. The mattress itself is disappointing. It is a lot firmer than I was expecting after reading reviews and information from various online resources. I keep hoping that I'll get used to it, but so far I have more back pain with this mattress than I had with my 15 year old innerspring mattress. Really disappointed.

My husband loves this mattress... I am very uncomfortable. I expected more “squish” at the beginning when I lay down. I am getting a gel infused memory foam topper today to see if that will help me. At this point, I would need to return it just because I’m not comfortable at all. Hopefully the topper will help me.

I was skeptical about online mattresses and did my due diligence reading reviews and watching review videos online prior to purchasing my DreamCloud. My initial thought was that the mattress was very firm but then I realized the amount of support the mattress provides and my back appreciates! Going from a conventional mattress to a modern build was daunting but I am quite glad I made the switch. The DreamCloud provides incredible support, great cushioning and sleeps much cooler than my traditional mattress. I am very happy I made the switch!

very comfortable , sets up easily , slept on the new mattress that night. i had a top of the line sealy Posturepedic, this is much more comfortable. there are 700 box mattress companies on the market, I reviewed for months. you should feel right by going with the dreamcloud.

I chose the dreamcloud after reading about mattresses for larger people. The dreamcloud was highly recommended. I enjoy this mattress and give it 5 stars. However, my partner is a heavier man, and whenever he is near the edge, the mattress collapses down so he is constantly feeling like he is falling :/
