We've only had our DreamCloud mattress 9 days, and my husband likes how it supports his pressure points. For me, however, it's not as plush as I'd hoped or had been led to believe by reviews. I'm thankful for the 365-day trial period, as right now I'm thinking this time next year I'll be sleeping on a Purple mattress.

I have arthritis in both of my knees and have been sleeping on an air mattress on top of my bed for the past year to alleviate the pain. We received our Dreamcloud mattress yesterday and it's the first time I could sleep on an actual mattress in a year. There was no pressure on my knees or joints. I can't thank you enough for this wonderful mattress. Even my husband liked it and he usually prefers a firmer mattress than I do. We also live in a very hot climate and the mattress stayed cool, unlike some other memory foam mattresses. You have a new customer for life!

I bought this mattress online, everyone thought I was crazy for not trying it out "in person" before purchase. I was intrigued by the website description and thought this mattress would be great. The 365-day guarantee gave me the confidence to purchase. Although it was incredibly heavy (the FedEx delivery person said it was the heaviest mattress they ever delivered) it was well worth the effort to get it up the stairs. The MOST comfortable mattress I have ever slept on (and that's saying something given that I have stayed in many 5 star hotels)! Sleeping better than ever - thanks Dreancloud!!!

After numerous internet searches for a bed, we landed on dreamcloud to balance price and comfort. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive-originally we were told that it would be deliver the week of January 5th (we ordered on Dec. 29th) but the date can and went with no bed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and customer service didn;t have any updates on why it was taking so long either. Finally got the bed January 29th, and would not have been irked by it taking a month to get here--just would have appreciated delivery updates being more conservative than they were. Bed itself was easy to put into the bedroom but it did take two people to get it out of the box and on our bed frame--we got a Cal King, after all. Husband and I slept on it that night and felt very supported. We were both surprised that it was on the firmer side but woke up the next day without the upper back pain we'd been experiencing in our former 10 year old mattress (which was beginning to sag). If I had been able to test this before ordering I likely would have gotten something a bit softer, but we add our old mattress topper to it and it's cushy again. The included pillows and linens were also a nice addition to our new bed bundle.

It was such a convenient purchase during these pandemic times. The mattress was delayed in shipping but we got the adjustable base ahead of time which gave us time to set it up and get ready for the mattress. It took about 1 week to adjust to the new mattress. I have a bad back and so far, it's been great! Very supportive and comfortable. I'm able to raise the foot of the bed and the head just a little to make it even more supportive for my lower back as I am a side sleeper. Best purchase we've made in a long time! Nothing like a good nights sleep!

My first impression of this mattress is very mixed. It feels softer than I am used to and i was concerned about that at first. But I seem to be sleeping better so i guess time will tell. Also it is very soft on the edges so you have to be careful sitting on the perimeter. Not nearly as much support as a traditional bed.

Did a lot of research on beds. Too many to choose from!! But the DreamCloud kept coming back into my mind. Our mattress was almost 30 years old and we were waking up with aches and pains. My husband has a two year injury to his leg that causes him to toss and turn all night and I was waking up aching every morning. So excited when it arrived!! Felt bad for the FedEx man watching him haul it in. You’d never imagine a bed in a box would be so heavy. Lol. We unrolled it and poof! A luxurious mattress appeared and it was sky high! My husband said I look like the princess on the pea bed. Lol. At first thought it was too firm, no sinking into memory foam but after a week of sleeping on it, wake up refreshed and pain free! Plus how can you go wrong with a year trial period. Loving it!

I purchased my mattress the end of September 2019 and received it on October 7th. When I got it my husband unboxed it, cut the plastic and let it come to it's full form for 24 hours. We set it up in our bedroom the following night and I must say for a Queen mattress this mattress is very heavy. Sleeping on it the first night I thought it was too soft. Of course our bodies had to adjust to the new mattress. Five months later I am so pleased with this mattress. I have had nothing but the best nights sleep since a week after receiving this mattress. It is truly like sleeping on a cloud. It is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. My husband is absolutely loving this mattress as well with way more sleep then he has gotten in the past. Which is rare because this guy never sleep, I feel. Must say that this was the best money we have ever spent and we are loving this mattress for sure. Anyone thinking about purchasing you will not regret it because I definitely have not.

I'm happy with my DreamCloud hybrid mattress. I sleep on my side and my husband sleeps on his stomach, and we both love the support it gives us. It's firm, yet it also cradles the body in the right places. It's also not very bouncy, so when one of us moves it doesn't disturb the other one. Overall, it's a fantastic value.

We received the bed 9 days ago. It was in a long log-type roll and was very heavy. It was awkward to get up the two flights of stairs but my husband and I did it by ourselves. We unpackaged it and it unrolled nicely. It is heavy and awkward when unrolled as well. I was worried about off gasses as our last bed was a Tempurpedic and it definietly does have that smell. but iti s not as strong as Tempurpedic. it is still present at day 9 but we are sleeping on it anyway. So far we LOVE it. It feels like a Tempurpedic but maybe a little'softer' which I like since sometimes the Tempurpedic made my shoulder hurt when I slept on my side for too long. It definitely feels cool. Our main deciding factor was cool sleep because our Tempurpedic sleeps so darn hot. We have not had hot weather yet so that will be a big test and I will update this post when summer turns hot here in Lake Tahoe. We have no air conditioning !! We also currently have it on the floor while we wait for our platform bed to arrive. the mattress protector was back-ordered so we also do not have that yet. I am a little worried how/if that will change the feel of the mattress (both temperature and comfort) and I hope it is not noisy.
