I've had my DreamCloud for about 2 weeks now, and I've absolutely fallen in love with it. I was hesitant about it at first: one, because I was coming from a smaller, memory foam mattress of almost 10 years, and two, because I wasn't entirely sold on the "mattress in a box" trend and not being able to try out my mattress before purchasing. I totally have zero regrets about doing so! My DreamCloud is so comfy, and having scoliosis, I do not get major back pain after lying it in for a few hours, whether I'm sleeping or lounging (my last mattress did). It's the perfect for me, my man and my dog. Would highly recommend!

Purchased Luxury Firm DreamCloud because reviews suggested it was a little firmer than its competitors. Two weeks in, I've found it softer than expected, with much less edge support than our previous box spring mattress. Also feel at times as though I'm falling toward the center of the mattress when my partner climbs into bed. She's very happy with the mattress; the jury is still out for me. No problems with delivery, initial quality, or set-up. Appreciated the handles on the sides to make it easier to move around.

So far so good! I am a combo sleeper 5'5” 175lbs, and this has just the right level of firm, while still being soft enough to be comfortable. My partner is 5'10” and 190lbs, and he is typically a side sleeper. He really likes super soft beds, which this is not, but it seems to be soft enough that he is comfortable and sleeps very well. After reading endless reviews and looking at every mattress possible both online and in stores we landed on this for the seeming mix of quality and price, and we are not disappointed. The best part was how fast it was delivered! We thought it would take upwards of 6 weeks after reading reviews, but arrived within maybe 1-2 weeks. Overall very happy with this mattress!

We have had the Dreamcloud for about 1 month and could not be happier with the entire process. We did not do white glove service, and for us it really wasn't necessary. I will say we did get the king sized bed and it is VERY heavy so be prepared to get some help. It unwinds easily and smoothly. It only takes a few hours to be ready for sleep. And couldn't be more comfortable. I would definitely agree with the 6.5 rating out of 10 for firmness. I would buy another.

My husband and I decided (10+ years into marriage) that we should probably get a nice new mattress and stop using the hand-me-down he got years before we were even married, haha! I am pregnant with #4, and in need of a comfortable mattress, so I did some research and asked some friends. This mattress came up from a good friend of ours who was very happy with his purchase, so we decided to try it. We are SO happy we did. It is very supportive, yet soft, and very comfortable. My husband and I both sleep great on this mattress and we sleep on our backs, sides and stomach! I haven't added any additional toppers, I like it just the way it is. Highly recommend! Only problem is our kids realized how comfy our bed is now and are always in there snuggling on our bed or asking to sleep with us, ha! We've had it a few months now and it's been great since day 1.

It was a very easy process to buy this mattress. Just make a few clicks and it shows up at your door, a little cumbersome (I bought the king) but opened it up and voila! Easy peasy! It didn't knock my socks off at first although it was true to it's advertising. I wanted a bed that did not transfer motion. I flip flop around at night and it keeps my husband up. With this bed he doesn't even know I'm there! I have been sleeping on it for several months now and my back and hip pain that seemed to be amplified in bed has diminished to nothing and no longer wakes me up at night. That alone is an amazing feat and I would buy again for that reason.

Only downside was the time to ship, I work as well shipping items and I understand the delays and all the issues this year we have to overcome. However, for a purchase like this it was over a month wait and it was hard for me to figure out how to get rid of my old mattress and wasn't able to sell it as I had no good estimate for the arrival of my new mattress. Now I am sleeping in this new great mattress but I still have my old KING mattress waiting a buyer (that I lost) taking a bunch of space in my living area. Mattress wise, amazing. Just please try to communicate better the ongoing issues as this is not an easy transition to change a mattress.

One of the worst beds I've slept on. Motel 6 beds are more comfortable than this thing. Do not buy if you are a side or back sleeper. My shoulders and back would get sore after 3 hours of sleep. Couldn't sleep more than 6 hours or my back would be so sore I could barely get out of bed.\n\nDo not buy!

Before i purchased this mattress i was having lower back pain..so looked at a lot and f reviews and video comparisons and decided to purchase...it was left at the front stoop, extremely heavy and hard to unpack!! After finally getting it to the bedroom and on the frame, I allowed 24 hours for the gassing process..well 5 days in the smell is still lingering and now I am having pain and stiffness in between my shoulder, lower neck area.. I might add I had help with the mattress from my 17 yr old son who is quite athletic and I Workout daily!!! Will give it a little more time..may just need to adjust to it...really hopeful my pain goes away

We never thought that a bed shipped rolled up like Dreamcloud would be so comfortable but we were wrong - For the past week, both of us have had solid nights sleep and I didn't have the pains in my knees and lower back like I experienced with our old traditional mattress. Thanks again for a great nights sleep!
