Purchased a mattress with frame a size larger than our current bed. The mattress shipped and arrived quickly, however, it sat in my living room through mother's day (family scheduled to come over) and another several days before the frame arrived. Once we received the frame we we're able to set up the new frame and mattress. Set up was easy and the matress quality is much better than we ever expected. I would have given 5 stars however I was disappointed that a mattress and frame would not ship together. The mattress is large, even rolled up, and could not fit on our old frame. We just found it disappointing that we had to store the mattress and wait for the frame but again the product has not disappointed.

I have only slept on the mattress one night but it has been good so far. Supportive while being just soft enough. My issue was with the purchasing process. My credit card was billed immediately and it took 7 business days to ship. My receipt said it would be shipped in three days. You can imagine my discomfort in have fully paid and then not receiving a shipping confirmation as promised. Customer support was less than helpful.

It's been a week since I got my premium dreamcloud and so far it's been a good feel. I have fibromyalgia and had researched beds that were recommended for my body type,dreamcloud had the best deal and was in my budget so I went for it! It isn't as plush as I was expecting it to be, I chose the premium because it was supposed to be more plush, but it feels pretty firm for me. I weigh around 125 or so, but my husband, who weighs more likes the feel. It's doesn't transfer motion like our old mattress which is a plus and it doesn't sleep hot like our old mattress topper, which was the older memory foam. I get hot flashes when sleeping so, another plus. I will say that compared to our old mattress,which we had for 10+ yrs, my pressure points have felt some relief, i'd wake up in horrible pain around my hips and my legs, but so far I haven't experienced that. I typically sleep on my side but I've found with this new bed that sleeping on my back is comfortable now too. So really the only complaint I have is that I wanted it to be a tad more plush. I hope this helps anyone who suffers from fibromyalgia or chronic pain, sleep is such an important part of physical well being and having a bed that helps you sleep pain free is huge! Sleep well everyone!

I'd been experiencing back and shoulder pain because my 20-year-old mattress no longer supported me (I'm 6' 1", 260lbs). DreamCloud's mattress is perfect in every way. Comfortable sleeping on my side or on my back. And my back and should pain has gone away! I recommend DreamCloud to anyone! Quick shipping/delivery time and easy set-up!

The bed seems to be to springy and hard. Yes, it does of a cushion but it's not a pillow top. I am trying to return it, but they won't let me until after 30 days. I do not want to keep this bed! It is not for me, but my sister got one and she loves it

After reading a ton of reviews and watching video reviews, I was super excited to get this mattress. We got it the end of May 2019. After several months, I was not impressed with the mattress, and it was just ok but I was being lazy about the time frame to return. (I really wasn't looking forward to mattress shopping again so we just kept sleeping on it.) As 2020 was rolling along, in March, we started to observe a decent hump between out normal sleeping spots in the mattress (king mattress, we weigh about 130 and 180, so not large or heavy people). Also in March the pandemic was beginning, and it didn't seem like a good idea to do any excess shopping for a mattress. Then there were supply issues, so we just kept the mattress because we felt trapped by everything. Here we are now in year 2 and it's not any better. The "HUMP" is still there and slightly bigger but according to the warranty within the limits of allowable dip/sinkage. It is a pretty firm mattress, and I am a side and stomach sleeper. so I often wake up with numb arms from pressure points on my shoulders due to the firm foam layer. I would buy a topper which may help this, but I don't really want to spend more money on this mattress when we are likely to start the mattress shopping experience again. (UGH!) The good things I can say about the mattress are that it does not transfer much movement when your partner moves and there is no "sink in" feeling people describe with some memory foam hybrid mattresses. I hope this review is helpful to others as it goes over a 2 year period. If it hadn't been for the pandemic, we would have returned this mattress in May of 2020.

The entire experience with ordering to sleeping on this mattress was great! I chose this mattress initially because of the rating online. The second reason was because of the reviews. I now am very glad I ordered this mattress. It was easy to order and open when it arrived. It is a very comfortable mattress. I would order it again as it is everything I expected when I ordered it.

The bed is great, but the platform is absolutely awful... one small shift in and the wood will fall off the tracks on the side and cause the bed to dip and become sagged in one area. No fun constantly having to fix and adjust this. Please fix this issue

Our last mattress of a different brand was only two years old and became uncomfortable very quickly. This mattress has been very comfortable so far. I don’t wake up with back and hip pain anymore. The only negative is that I feel it holds heat more than I expected. Overall very happy and hope it holds up longer than two years.

I love it! Best night's sleep in a long time. We'll see how it goes over the next few weeks/months. But the mattress is so thick (15") & we have a 'box framed' wood bed, we have to have a tall box spring...the new height is about 5" taller than the old one! … We're considering steps for both of us (we aren't spring chickens). But it is comfy! I was having major "frozen" shoulder problems on our old bed (yup, side-sleeper), I can happily say that my shoulder/arm feels much better! Absolutely NO smell or "off-gassing" from the minute we opened it. Could use more of a "pillow top" feel (thought about getting a topper, but will wait & see). On the down side, the mattress is HEAVY! My husband has to help me put sheets on, even though it sits above the wood frame of the bed. I can't lift the corners enough by myself to get fitted sheets on. Great packaging - thank goodness 'cause the Fed Ex guy wasn't too happy dragging it up our driveway! (Did I say HEAVY?) But, overall - a good night's sleep without having to pick a number- we don't have to chose between "sleep on the floor" or "sinking fluff." Researched a lot … & happy I chose the Dreamcloud. Would post a pic of new Dreamcloud in our (apparently) unusual bed configuration within the first hour after unboxing … but site doesn't give that option...
