My husband and I have enjoyed a plush pillow top mattress for many years. After purchasing a mountain home we struggled to find a mattress to match the quality and comfort we enjoyed in our primary residence. Two unsatisfactory purchases from other brands left us disappointed and questioning if we would ever have the quality sleep we wanted. Then we found Dream Cloud and our expectations were exceeded. We not only live in the clouds in our mountain top home, but we sleep in a plush and dreamy cloud thanks to our new Dream Cloud pillow top mattress. We are very happy customers.

I was very skeptical to purchase a mattress on-line. Once we received the mattress it was very easy to set-up. On the first night, I slept like a baby. It was the first time in years that I could sleep on my side without pain. I'm a runner who has chronic hip pain and I was so surprised that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night having to change positions. It is the most comfortable mattress I have slept on! I would recommend this mattress to everyone who has chronic back and hip pain. I feel more refreshed and ready to begin my day since sleeping on the Dream Cloud.

Have had our Dreamcloud premier mattress for several months now and I am still in love with it. First mattress ever that I did not have to get use to to have a great nights sleep. The sheets are as divine as the mattress. Was not thrilled with the pillows, just a little too firm for us. I highly recommend you get one now...

Purchased Luxury Firm DreamCloud because reviews suggested it was a little firmer than its competitors. Two weeks in, I've found it softer than expected, with much less edge support than our previous box spring mattress. Also feel at times as though I'm falling toward the center of the mattress when my partner climbs into bed. She's very happy with the mattress; the jury is still out for me. No problems with delivery, initial quality, or set-up. Appreciated the handles on the sides to make it easier to move around.

It’s been about 4 years I’ve had no problem waking up on time for work since I’ve got the dream cloud I’ve been late about 4 times in 2 weeks super hard to wake up and go back to reality after about 6 hours on a dream cloud the pillows are a plus I’ve had to sleep with two pillows in the past now I find myself waking up with no pillow that’s how good this mattress is I’ve wanted this mattress since it first launched now i finally got one and honestly I couldn’t have been more satisfied. It’s one of those beds you sleep on when you go on vacation at a 5* hoteland say out loud ohh.... I wish my bed was this comfortable. Dream cloud thank you for this product 5 stars hands down

Received the bed, got it all set up, it wasn't very difficult to set up, but it is quite heavy. We purchased the adjustable frame. Laying on the bed we were experimenting with the adjustments and the vibrators for the head and feet. Couldn't believe how EXTREMELY LOUD the foot vibrator was. I was on an online chat with Dreamcloud and at first they said the reason they said it was loud was because we weren't laying on it, which we had been when we tested it. Then it was it because of the type of floor it was on. We have plush carpeting in the bedroom. The person finally admitted many other customers had made comments about how loud the foot vibrator was. I then went downstairs in our family room which is located under the bedroom. My husband turned on the foot vibrator and it was if someone was pondering on the ceiling. So as far as I'm concerned, unless they fix this issue, this is not an accessory we will be using. Also, if you have a headboard don't expect to be able to use it with this bed frame. Dreamcloud offers a frame with a headboard but the option provided do not fit with my other furniture. The bed itself is quite comfortable, and I like the firmness of the bed. Would like to give this a couple more weeks before final judgement. But if you're thinking of purchasing the adjustable frame for the head and foot vibrator don't waste the money.

The first one we got was great for about a year and a half, then they replaced it, this second version we have had only for 5 months and it has very uncomfortable indentations. I am seriously disappointed in the quality. If the second one had lasted at least as long as the first I would have felt like I got my money's worth, but as is, just get a Temperpedic, we had one of those that lasted over 7 years. Much more worth the price.

Our previous mattress was truly awful so anything was an improvement. Unfortunately the DreamCloud wasn’t as seem less as I anticipated. The email confirmation said our mattress would be shipped in 3 business days, I called after 4 business days and was told it had shipped and I’d be getting an email confirmation shortly. Another two days later I called again and was told that my mattress still hadn’t shipped. I was given incorrect information from the previous rep. I was given a small credit and a free mattress pad as a consolation. The day my mattress arrived to my area the delivery company called and scheduled delivery for the next day. The gentlemen were nice enough, although they barely spoke English and initially did not want to take my old mattress. I explained it was part of the white glove service and the reluctantly complied. We’ve had the mattress one week, the first few nights of sleep were great. The last few nights I find myself taking more time to get comfortable and falling asleep. As well as waking up not feeling 100% rested. I know I have to give it at least 30 days so I’m hoping it gets better. My biggest issue would have to be the smell. It’s glossed over in the FAQs and reviews but this bed stinks. It’s been one week and I can still smell it across the house. At least an hour before bed I light a candle so that by the time I’m lying down it isn’t too strong. It’s definitely lessened over the week but it’s still there. I’m hoping it’s gone soon. I am hopeful!

My husband and I are able to sleep in and wake up without back pain again! It’s prefect for me being a side/stomach sleeper. My husband doesn’t snore as bad sleeping on his back anymore. It’s firm enough for support but soft enough to have a smidge of give. The only thing I find funny is how the top layer has little ridges/domes/lumps and make finding my spot tricky. We’ve had the mattress for a month now.

We love this Dream Cloud. We have only had it for about 2 weeks but could tell this first night that it was the best. No more sore aching backs. It is amazing how much better we feel from a great mattress. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a fantastic nights sleep. So many aches and pains gone. We feel younger.
