Before i purchased this mattress i was having lower back pain..so looked at a lot and f reviews and video comparisons and decided to purchase...it was left at the front stoop, extremely heavy and hard to unpack!! After finally getting it to the bedroom and on the frame, I allowed 24 hours for the gassing process..well 5 days in the smell is still lingering and now I am having pain and stiffness in between my shoulder, lower neck area.. I might add I had help with the mattress from my 17 yr old son who is quite athletic and I Workout daily!!! Will give it a little more time..may just need to adjust to it...really hopeful my pain goes away

I bought this bed 4 months ago and I wanted to write a review for it the next morning. But I decided to wait till I had it for the four months. The first night of sleep was fantastic but it takes more than one night. Now about 120 nights of sleep it is well worth the money. I was never the type of person that if I didn’t try it I didn’t buy it. This mattress is well worth the price and worth taking the chance to try it .

We really love this bed. We got the King with the adjustable frame. The only thing I do not like is the USB on one side of the bed is useless. When you put it together, it covers up the USB ports. Now, to be fair the just mention one USB port on the bed when purchasing. Since you have to buy two twin XL frames, that is how they come.

The bed seems to be to springy and hard. Yes, it does of a cushion but it's not a pillow top. I am trying to return it, but they won't let me until after 30 days. I do not want to keep this bed! It is not for me, but my sister got one and she loves it

I was skeptical of purchasing a mattress that I wasn't able to lay on. It had great reviews so I went ahead and tried it out. This mattress is very nice, but just too firm for me. I tried it out for a month and a half. It kept hurting my back and I wasn't getting a good nights rest. If you like a firm mattress, then I highly recommend this mattress. I have searched, purchased, thrown and given away tens of Thousands of $$$ on mattresses, toppers, pads- you name it, I have bought it, just to get a good nights rest. Alas, I’ve finally found it. Never would I have guessed that a bed in a box would be the best mattress and quality of sleep I have had in 10 years. No aches when I get up in the morning. I actually wake up and do not hit the snooze button on the alarm 4-6 times. I feel more energized and am getting a solid 6-7 hours of sleep compared to the 3-5 I would previously experience. I tell everyone I know- you have to get The DreamCloud Premier Mattress! I will be purchasing more for my spare rooms to my vacation home as well. Thank you for developing this masterpiece!

Sales people were helpful but not pushy. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Amazing to watch the mattress come to life as you unpackage and start to unroll it. So far, we have been very happy with our purchase Overall, a pleasant purchase experience.

The service, presentation and shipping of the product is all great. While the mattress is considered med/firm it is still very soft for my taste (my daughter described it as a waterbed). As it does sleep well and I am trying to adjust, but it is softer than I expected.

After having had the same bed for almost 9 years. It was time for a new one. We had never heard of Dreamcloud. At all. Until we started looking. After the reviews, and the fact that it offers what the both of us deem must haves, I haven't slept better than I have since we purchased our mattress!!
