This is a "dumbed down" version of the premium model using cheaper materials. NOT the premium model you see on the Dreamcloud internet site. There is NO label on the mattress indicating "premium".

This mattress is not bad for the price, however I felt like it was a previously used mattress that may have been returned by another customer who perhaps didn’t like it. It didn’t come in an original box from the manufacturer, so it felt a little unsettling. I kept it only because I had already gotten rid of my old mattress and needed something to sleep on. It feels like it’s already wearing after two months.

We’ve had the mattress about 2 weeks and sleep has significantly improved. Longevity I can’t speak for but a huge improvement from what we had.

I have had the product for over 1 year and still love it! The mattress has good back support and I wake up feeling refreshed.

Liked it at first but after a year it's sagging in the middle. Me and my partner are not big people but we both end up rolling in the middle. We toss and turn all night. Wish i returned it and feel like getting a knew one but I spent so much money on it. I really wish it was as comfortable as it was in the begining.

I was concerned about buying a mattress sight unseen, not knowing if it was a fit for us. We've had it for 5 nights & so far I love it! The only thing is, it still doesn't seem fully expanded, the bottom end of the mattress looks “deflated” a bit, it hasn't impacted the comfort level though.

I just hit the 30-day mark with my new Dreamcloud mattress, and unfortunately it has not been what I was expecting. 1) It is not as soft as a cloud, as some other reviews may suggest. But not sure if my weight makes a difference in that. For reference, I’m 5’4” 130lbs and only 1 person in bed each night. To me, it feels firm. 2) I wake up fairly often with aches. I gave it the full 30 days before reviewing so my body had time to adjust to the mattress as recommended and I’m still achy. 3) The mattress is very big. When all my new out of package deep pocket sheets (up to 18”) are washed, they no longer fit the mattress. It also it slightly wider than a standard Queen. It overlaps on my bed frame a bit. My last mattress was large too, but fit in both categories. The quality of the materials is very nice though. But not sure this mattress is for me. I’ll continue to give it time, but there is a good chance at this point I’ll be shipping back for return.

I did a lot of research before choosing this mattress and chose it because so many reviewers stated it was too firm. I like a firm mattress. This felt good to me for about a week but since then I am suffering from back aches every morning and I toss all night. It's mushy and just not comfortable to me. Sorry to say but it is anything but firm. :-(

I bought the Dreamcloud premier and it was the most uncomfortable mattress I ever slept on.I've had nothing but aches on pains on both hips and buttocks.I couldn't wait to return it!!! Sorry,Dreamcloud premier support team,but you asked me to rate it and I did.
