I have had the product for over 1 year and still love it! The mattress has good back support and I wake up feeling refreshed.

This is a "dumbed down" version of the premium model using cheaper materials. NOT the premium model you see on the Dreamcloud internet site. There is NO label on the mattress indicating "premium".

much more comfortable than the last bed that I tried I can sleep on both by side and back and I even find myself sleeping on my stomach this is a first for a long time. great support. Giving only 4 star as bed is a bit bouncy. My wife and I can feel each other move. I'm sure due to springs rather than all foam.

I overall love my new mattress. I sleep warm and my new mattress keeps me feeling at a comfortable temperature all night. I like how the mattress conforms to my body. However, I am a larger person, and I already notice an indentation in my butt area. Loving it for now, but since we can't flip it over, I'm not sure how long it will last.

We have had the Dreamcloud for about 1 month and could not be happier with the entire process. We did not do white glove service, and for us it really wasn't necessary. I will say we did get the king sized bed and it is VERY heavy so be prepared to get some help. It unwinds easily and smoothly. It only takes a few hours to be ready for sleep. And couldn't be more comfortable. I would definitely agree with the 6.5 rating out of 10 for firmness. I would buy another.

The mattress is firmer than I was hoping for (premier/premium mattress). Have not had any back pain relief like so many expressed in their review. It's shipped Fed-Ex whish was a NIGHTMARE... took over a month from the day it was shipped from Dreamcloud and was never actually delivered- had to go to the Fed-Ex facility 50 miles away to pick it up.

I had a Tempurpedic mattress for years, thinking it was a great, comfortable mattress. About two years ago I started having extensive back and neck pain. My wife suggested a new mattress last month, and I did a lot of research. The reviews kept me coming back to the DreamCloud, and I finally pulled the trigger. My back and neck pain vanished in the first three nights. I feel amazing, easily ten years younger. Well worth every penny I paid for it.
