The bed frame did not come with mattress and no pillows like they did with other 4 nectars mattress I just purchased. So I am hoping the bed has a little more support once we put it on the base. Right now we have it on the floor, not ideal for my back. But my kids love their beds.

We've only had our DreamCloud mattress 9 days, and my husband likes how it supports his pressure points. For me, however, it's not as plush as I'd hoped or had been led to believe by reviews. I'm thankful for the 365-day trial period, as right now I'm thinking this time next year I'll be sleeping on a Purple mattress.

We received the bed 9 days ago. It was in a long log-type roll and was very heavy. It was awkward to get up the two flights of stairs but my husband and I did it by ourselves. We unpackaged it and it unrolled nicely. It is heavy and awkward when unrolled as well. I was worried about off gasses as our last bed was a Tempurpedic and it definietly does have that smell. but iti s not as strong as Tempurpedic. it is still present at day 9 but we are sleeping on it anyway. So far we LOVE it. It feels like a Tempurpedic but maybe a little'softer' which I like since sometimes the Tempurpedic made my shoulder hurt when I slept on my side for too long. It definitely feels cool. Our main deciding factor was cool sleep because our Tempurpedic sleeps so darn hot. We have not had hot weather yet so that will be a big test and I will update this post when summer turns hot here in Lake Tahoe. We have no air conditioning !! We also currently have it on the floor while we wait for our platform bed to arrive. the mattress protector was back-ordered so we also do not have that yet. I am a little worried how/if that will change the feel of the mattress (both temperature and comfort) and I hope it is not noisy.

I have bought so many mattresses over the years. They felt great at the store but weeks later I was disappointed. Too hard or too soft. Then I would buy toppers only to waste more money. I have a lot joint pain and couldn't get a good nights sleep. I took a chance on Dreamcloud. It is the most comfortable mattress. I have owned mine now almost 3 years. Still just as comfortable and great quality! Thank you Dreamcloud for good sleep!

This was my first internet mattress purchase. I was willing to take the risk because of the 365 day trial period. The delivery was straightforward and installation could not have been easier. The first 6 months were great -- nice, firm mattress. After that I started noticing a distinct sagging in my spot. I figured it was conforming to my size/shape. After another month or two, I am not a happy sleeper. I wake up with back pain, which is getting worse. My spot has become too soft and saggy. I have requested a return as I am still within my 365 days trial period. Eager to see if the return is as convenient as their website says it is.

Received my king size DreamCloud mattress almost 2 weeks ago. Set up was easy. Definitely takes 2 people to carry it to it’s destination. After setting it up we let it expand for about 3 hours. It had a little odor that was completely gone in a couple of hours. The bed was made easily with deep pocket sheets since it is 15 inches thick. This bed is replacing a Sleep Number 5000 which in all the years we’ve owned it I never found my number. I have disc issues in L4, L5 and L5, S1 as well as rotator cuff repair on right shoulder 2 years ago. My other bed did not have the support needed for my back and every morning I would wake up in pain and very tired because I woke up several times a night to toss and turn. Sleeping on my stomach was a no no because my old bed would cause my back to sag and cause excruciating pain and pressure against my spinal cord which affected my mobility. Since receiving the new mattress sleep has been been amazing. I’ve slept through the night and have been able to pop out of bed in the morning well rested and almost completely pain free (shoulder pain completely gone, lower back pain maybe a 1 or 2 whereas before 7 or 8 every morning). I would definitely recommend this mattress and how can you go wrong? If you don’t like it return it. What have you got to lose (besides great sleep if you don’t get this mattress)?

My california king mattress was delivered pretty quickly. A friend helped me get it upstairs. Dreamcloud packs a nice little tool to help cut open the factory sealed plastic the mattress comes rolled in. I unrolled the mattress and let it start decompressing. There was a fairly strong factory smell for probably 7-10 days. Like a clean, plastic-y smell. The mattress is super comfortable straight out of the packaging but even better after a day or two of decompressing. It has a really soft, comfortable top but a firmer inside so I don't feel like I'm sinking all the way through. I'm still determining if I want something a little bit more firm but given my experience with delivery and unpacking, and the quality of the mattress I'm still giving it 5 stars. It is super comfortable, I've been sleeping well.

The bed seems to be to springy and hard. Yes, it does of a cushion but it's not a pillow top. I am trying to return it, but they won't let me until after 30 days. I do not want to keep this bed! It is not for me, but my sister got one and she loves it

I was hesitant at first because eof negative reviews. But my mattress came in the expected delivery time. We set it up and in 24 hours slept on it. It has been great ever since. I had serious back pain after having my son and the little sleep we were getting was horrible. Now we can at least say we get quality pain free sleep. Thanks dreamcloud!

The first night, I thought, ewwwww, I may have made a mistake, it FEELS much firmer than advertised, and is definitely not a 6.5 on a 1-10 scale, more like a 7.5-8. But a lot of that is it just "feels" different than my old Simmons inner spring. I virtually never sleep more than 3 hours in a stretch, and the first night, I slept almost 4 and half, I know, I use a sleep tracking program for sleep apnea. The 2nd night was the same, and, I also noticed most of my restless legs, constant readjusting sleep position, and just sleep restlessness in general is gone. It seems to have just the right amount of pressure, in the right areas, and the inner springs make it feel more like a conventional mattress, but without the "hammock" affect. I actually look forward to going to bed now, it feels THAT relaxing. The mattress itself is very plush feeling. The edge support is pretty good, much better than competitors, but I'd prefer it be beefed up a tad more still. But once you lay down on it, it's solid as a rock, in a good way, like it's working with you, not against you. Highly recommended so far!
