To long of a wait to get my mattress but now that I had it for 2 days it feels great so far. I have slept good the last two nights and I’m looking forward to seeing much improvements in my sleep from now on. I will keep you posted on my mattress. Thank you.

We purchased the king size bed and the foundation, and have not been disappointed! The shipping was fast, and delivered in a very nice, compact package. I was shocked at how much and how quickly it expanded into a full king sized bed. Very comfortable so far! The 365 night sleep guarantee was a great selling point, as we knew there was very little risk in making the purchase. Great mattress for a great price. Durability remains to be seen, since it's so new, but the lifetime warranty and sleep guarantee is the best I found while shopping around!!

This is my third mattress in 3 months. The others promised comfort but did not. DreamCloud Premier delivered its promise. I did not need to break it in. The first night's sleep was a dream come true. This mattress is soft, but offers complete support. I am 5'8, a very plus size arthritic woman. My bones hurt on a hard mattress, so i need a soft mattress, but i also need support for my weight. So far we like our new bed, easy to set up, a little heavy but we expected that. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it took a long time to get delivered. Not sure about the pillows, they are a bit hard, but we are giving them time. It's only been 3 weeks. I will probably order the thicker mattress pad, the one that came free is so thin. My husband can now sleep on his back, side and stomach without pain in the am. I am a side sleeper and very comfy for that position. The sheets are very soft, love those.

I love my new mattress. It is amazingly comfortable. I had no idea mattress technology has advanced so much since my last mattress purchase which was 18 years ago. Hahaha.. my hip, back and neck issues has greatly improved along with my sleep. I can't wait to get back to bed its so comfy.

Our area did not provide for a white glove set up. FedEx left the mattress on the porch and we struggled to get in in the house. We actually left it in the foyer for two full days after unwrapping it. It expanded immediately and when we had someone to help, it was ready and easily placed on our bed. I have only had one night on it but can tell I made the right choice after much research. If not for the difficulty in getting it in ourselves, this would be a 5 :star:️

Purchase this mattress because of the 365 sleep guarantee. I have had it about 2 months and it makes my back hurt. I reached out to Dream Cloud to return it and the requested some information. I sent them the information and haven’t heard from them since!

The difference between this mattress and my old serta mattress is night and day. Currently 7 months pregnant and I would need a body pillow to sleep and would still wake up constantly with hip pain. Now with my new mattress I've ditched the body pillow and my hip pain is gone

It’s a good mattress looks luxurious and feels luxurious. However if you are bellow 180 lb you will not feel the soft part of the mattress it will feel very firm specially if you sleep on sides. My husband is 200 lb and he likes he can feel the sinking in feeling the soft part support. Delivery took a week.

So far, this mattress is better than others we've had. Definitely less sore backs upon rising in the morning. Hoping it gets even better. I got a king size for us and a queen for our daughter. I like the top surface on the queen better than the king.
