With the trial period offered and based on the reviews I read, we decided to take a chance...I have had pain for so many years, three expensive beds now gone, and this bed in one week has eliminated all my pressure point pain as well as back pain and numbness in my arm every night. I can not believe how much better I feel! King size with no middle sag, great edge support and the best sleep I've had in years. Going on three weeks and so happy! Very luxurious mattress and so easy to get setup once we got it up the stairs. It was VERY heavy so you might want to take advantage of the White Glove Service. Take a chance and try this bed!

This is a fantastic Mattress. My wife has pretty much stopped snoring and we both are getting far better night sleep than we had on our old Mattress. But what makes this a great deal is that you have a life time warrantee, and 365 day return policy. You just can't beat that.

This mattress is made really well and of great quality materials. Unfortunately it was too firm for me. Had it been more plush I would of kept it but unfortunately hd to return. Still giving it a high rating because it was just too firm for ME which isn't their fault!

As we age, things start to give us unwanted pain. Spouse had hip problems and would wake up on the old mattress with no relief. My injuries that occurred while on active duty continued to give me problems. Acupuncturist recommended a new mattress. We look at several and saw all the good review this one was getting. Bought the premier. The first night sleeping on this mattress we both feel better. Very supportive and comfortable. spouse uses 1 pillow instead of 3 and I use 2 instead of 3. Definitely improved our quality of life. I highly recommend this mattress! Definitely a great investment.

Delivery a tad delayed due to high order volume, but arrived well packaged and in good shape. Warning: it’s heavy! Wish bed fit into platform bed frame better. It’s a bit muffin-top-like so can’t tuck fitted sheet edges in neatly. Warning: it’s heavy and putting bottom fitted sheet on corners requires lifting and you may need help if elderly or not strong! The bed is worth every penny so far. Excellent quality and materials; frame was easy to put together and looks nice. So far several weeks in this beats our old Sleep Number by a mile! My husband’s sore shoulder/arm issues are gone. Soft feel but firm support. Highly recommend!

The DreamCloud mattress is very comfortable when sleeping solo. I find the mattress slopes towards the other person’s indentation when sleeping with my husband in the bed. I then have to sleep towards the edge of the bed to be comfortable. My husband weighs about 230 and I weigh about 140, so it’s surprising the mattress does this. The mattress fits to his form but does not balance based on my form. I think a spring mattress would have been a better purchase. Thank you!

This mattress is so comfortable and delightful. The only negative is that it’s incredibly heavy. I cannot change the sheets by myself, it’s now a two person job. Also, due to its loftiness, sheets tend to be a little short on it and they get baggy quickly as they don’t wrap around the mattress effectively.

This is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. The pillow top is soft, yet there is plenty of support provided by the additional layers underneath. I sleep on my stomach and my husband sleeps on his back and side and the mattress is very comfortable for both of us. I have rheumatoid arthritis and this mattress has helped me get more sleep and I wake up with little to no pain in the morning.

This is the most plush and comfortable mattress we've ever tried. After reading many reviews prior to purchasing and hearing it was "firm" (that's what I wanted), I was concerned when we first slept on this mattress that it was too soft. Many reviewers were told the mattress would soften a bit over time - I hope not! Sinking into the mattress feels like a "divot", but there isn't one. As soon as you change position you're ensconced in your new favorite place. We're a month in and so far we love it. Sorry Sleep Number, we're DreamCloud customers now!

Purchased a mattress with frame a size larger than our current bed. The mattress shipped and arrived quickly, however, it sat in my living room through mother's day (family scheduled to come over) and another several days before the frame arrived. Once we received the frame we we're able to set up the new frame and mattress. Set up was easy and the matress quality is much better than we ever expected. I would have given 5 stars however I was disappointed that a mattress and frame would not ship together. The mattress is large, even rolled up, and could not fit on our old frame. We just found it disappointing that we had to store the mattress and wait for the frame but again the product has not disappointed.
