The bed and the extra bed protector that we purchased are very good quality. Side sleepers and firmness is perfect. We ordered another bed protector for another bed about a month ago and keep getting emails saying the delivery is being delayed.They also have a Phone recording Saying they can’t take calls. This may be about Covid but we sure would like our ordered bed protector.

Very good-looking mattress,very well constructed. What sold me is that it has 8 layers no other mattress on the market has that many. Another thing is the price to get this kind of quality you have to spend 3to4 time as much. And even then most are not as good. My only gripe has to do with the people who set it up not the mattress . They installed it upside down a couple of hours later me and a friend installed it right side up. i hope by it being upside down there was no damage incurred. The only thing left to decide is durability. I'll give that critique a year from now.

I was skeptical of this rolled up mattress delivered to the door thing. I’m old school. We always bought the cheapest mattress we could find from whatever retail chain was still in business & just learned to like whatever we the delivery truck dropped off. No more! Aside from the thing blowing up like a sitcom war surplus life raft when we opened the package, nearly crushing my unsuspecting wife against the wall (always read the disclaimers, folks) this thing has been better than described. I’m not usually prone to hyperbole like this, but I honestly wish I had bought one of these years ago. I’m really looking forward to going to bed (to sleep!) every night. It’s time now, in fact. Sweet dreams....

After reading review after review after review, finally took the plunge and ordered our DreamCloud. A king! Our old bed left me with sore shoulders and my back aching. Could partially be due to the box springs but we religiously flipped the mattress and have only had it a year until we said enough, we need something different! UnBagged our DreamCloud, let it open up and after a week or so, it was night and day difference compared to our previous 10 month old semi-firm pillow top spring mattress. There is a "new smell" to it which didnt bother me and went away pretty quick. The bed is super comfy, I'm 5'9 265 and I dont see any type of dip in the contoure of the bed and have not flipped it yet. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would put firmness at a 6.5-7...it could be alot firmer but i am.glad with what it is. For the price and me being a cheapskate, i am pleased with the quality and the comfort of the bed. Some reviews were saying it over hangs the edges or the edges could be a little firmer or reinforced, I have no issues with it. The bed looks amazing after airing out and filling out after opening. I recommend it to anyone who has a "Bed in a Box(or bag)" glad I took the plunge!

Mattress was delivered yesterday... Ordered on 2/28/19. Communication was poor between you and myself, the customer. I had to go to your chat 3x to continue to check on my order. The phone # , only said call back later... The bed looks and so far very comfortable!

Where do I begin. While mattress shopping, my hubby thought we needed a temperpedic because it was very expensive and comfy. I was convinced we could find something better for less. After much research Dreancloud was the winner in my book. I won the argument to purchase our Dreamcloud because of the awesomectrial period. Our mattress arrived and I held my breath hoping it was as good as the reviews said it was. 6 weeks later and my hubby said, "you knocked it out of the park with this one!" We are both sleeping better and find ourselves wanting to lie in bed longer when we can because the achy pains are not waking us at dawn. Thank you!

We took a huge chance by ordering a mattress online and was super nervous but so far we are loving it. We have had such amazing sleep the past 2 weeks. No more waking up a bunch at night or tossing and turning. It’s so comfortable and does not get hot like our last bed.

My husband and I were both waking up with back pain. I would toss and turn during the night wake up frustrated and tired. We've only had the DreamCloud mattress for a little over a week now but I have been sleeping soundly and we both wake up able to move without pain. We also love the pillows for the extra support. This mattress was worth the wait!

We were pleased with the White Glove delivery and set up of the mattress. It inflated to full capacity in about 24 hours. My husband has been sleeping better ever since we received it. He sleeps primarily on his back. The story is different for me. I am a tummy sleeper. The mattress doesn't seem firm enough to support my stomach. My back is bowed every night. I try sleeping partially on my back and on my side and its better on my side, but I cant fall completely asleep until I get on my stomach. I tried sleeping with a pillow under my tummy, but its too uncomfortable. If anyone has any recommendations on what to to to make it more comfortable on my tummy, please post.

Got the mattress and unboxed. Looks great not to much smell. You can tell it's constructed very well. But it was too firm and hurt me while i slept. Im on my third attempt to set up a return but it doesn't seem to be happening. So now i feel stuck with a mattress i can't get rid of.
