Sales people were helpful but not pushy. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Amazing to watch the mattress come to life as you unpackage and start to unroll it. So far, we have been very happy with our purchase Overall, a pleasant purchase experience.

I bought the Dreamcloud premier and it was the most uncomfortable mattress I ever slept on.I've had nothing but aches on pains on both hips and buttocks.I couldn't wait to return it!!! Sorry,Dreamcloud premier support team,but you asked me to rate it and I did.

Ultimately it was a great experience with the company and the bed came in an appropriate time and was well packaged. Ultimately, this bed is too firm for me, I thought the eurotopper would be plush, it's not and the tufting is kind of uncomfortable. Overall the service is great the comfort just didn't work.

We searched forever for the perfect mattresses, and are hoping we found them with DreamCloud. We're giving them a long test before we can say for sure, but still hopeful. The mattress is VERY firm. I like firm, and it's almost too firm for me! My wife likes a softer mattress and doesn't think she'll adjust to this one. We're both heavyweight with back issues, so support was important, but this may be too much. Otherwise, the quality is fantastic for the price, very impressed with the trial period, and the warranty - those were the deciding factors when we purchased. Oh! another note - we bought two Twin XLs to use on adjustable frame, and while they work well on it, they do not meet in the middle. There is a large gap, due to the pillowtop design, so no snuggling, you'll fall in the abyss. And finally, if you do buy the mattress, buy the protector. Always worth the extra money to protect your investment.

It's been a week since I got my premium dreamcloud and so far it's been a good feel. I have fibromyalgia and had researched beds that were recommended for my body type,dreamcloud had the best deal and was in my budget so I went for it! It isn't as plush as I was expecting it to be, I chose the premium because it was supposed to be more plush, but it feels pretty firm for me. I weigh around 125 or so, but my husband, who weighs more likes the feel. It's doesn't transfer motion like our old mattress which is a plus and it doesn't sleep hot like our old mattress topper, which was the older memory foam. I get hot flashes when sleeping so, another plus. I will say that compared to our old mattress,which we had for 10+ yrs, my pressure points have felt some relief, i'd wake up in horrible pain around my hips and my legs, but so far I haven't experienced that. I typically sleep on my side but I've found with this new bed that sleeping on my back is comfortable now too. So really the only complaint I have is that I wanted it to be a tad more plush. I hope this helps anyone who suffers from fibromyalgia or chronic pain, sleep is such an important part of physical well being and having a bed that helps you sleep pain free is huge! Sleep well everyone!

All I can say that I was skeptical and mind boggled after searching tons of mattresses and wasnt even sure how would this turn out. But this is my first day after I woke up from my dream cloud mattress and all I can say is I made best decyfor my sleep life üòä

We have tried 4 mattresses over the past 2 years, trying to find something that works for my husband (who has a bad back and prefers a firm mattress) and myself (who prefers a soft mattress) and this is it. Our mattress is soft enough for my achy joints and firm enough for my husband's back and we love it. THANK YOU DreamCloud!!!

My wife and I bought this mattress because it was recommended by the National sleep foundation for those with back pain. Unfortunately, the mattress has made our back pain worse, and we actually slept better on our old mattress. We intend on purchasing a different frame and seeing if that makes any difference (the one we have is a platform bed and is in good shape). We are thankful that there is a 365 night trial though!

We love our new king dreamCloud, but there is one minor thing that will hopefully resolve itself. One of the reasons we chose DreamCloud in the first place that was out of the selection of this kind of mattress out there, it was rated as the least “smelly” The instructions say to give it 3 days or so to lose the smell, but ours still smells quite strongly. Our mattress protector just arrived today so hopefully that will help. In all other ways we love the mattress, but feel a bit misled regarding the plastic-y smell

We went with the DreamCloud Premier Mattress because of the pillow top, expecting some cushion on top of the coil springs. First thing I noticed after unpacking, the cashmere baffles never did fluff back out as pictured, nor have they after nearly three months. Before purchase, we tried this matters at a retail store, and fell in love with it, but not the ones we received. At 67 years of age, I have never slid out if a bed, but because of the lack of plushness, you are sleeping on a skating ring regardless of the bedding used. It seems as though some of the stuffing is missing. Also it seems to sleep quite warm. I'm not real happy with our purchase. Maybe we just got a couple of bad ones with missing components.
