Mattress is beautiful but is too firm for me. I have been sleeping on it for 1-1/2 months. I would say it is more like an 8 in firmness. Will try it with the mattress protector/cover to see if that helps. Delivery and set up were easy! They give you a plastic cutter, but I didn’t notice it until after I got the plastic off. It would have made it even easier! It had a faint new smell but there was no overpowering smell from the mattress. Love the adjustable base! It was pretty easy to put together. Took about 1/2 hour with 2 people.

At first it seemed too hard, but we were used to a pillow top mattress that had been long worn out...sinking in the middle and felt like you were rolling around. We added 3" foam topper and it helped but really just made it softer and didn't solve the underlying issue. The Dreamcloud is supportive yet comfortable-exactly what we were looking for. Hoping it lasts for years to come!

Been 6 weeks since we paid for the mattress and still no shipping details. So if you want to pay for something and then wait forever then you've found the right place. I read mattress comparisons online and thought this was a good deal but I was so wrong.

We've been sleeping on a Dreamcloud since sometime in January, shortly after it was launched. It was a last minute switch from two other mattresses we'd narrowed down to to replace our very body-contoured, permanently compressed memory foam mattress of only a year or so. Initially I liked this mattress a lot, and my fiance still does for the most part. It may be due to my greater weight (not heavy per se, at 215 lbs) but I find that throughout the night as I sleep and the foam heats up my body creates a deeper depression in the middle than I would like - not enough support for my buttocks and mid-section - and I get a slight hammock-feel that causes me a bit of pain by morning. This is precisely the reason we replaced out former mattress, though it's to a *much* lesser degree. Still, at the price of this mattress compared to our former one, I'm not sure this can be a keeper for us. The warranty and return policy was a huge factor and as much as I'd like to keep it and not begin this process again, we're strongly thinking about returning it. Perhaps it's just a bit too much soft foam in the top layers - at the beginning of the night everything feels great, but I wake up many nights feeling "concave" and having to shift the middle of the bed and out of the "valley" that's been formed. Overall we really love this mattress, but this one issue may cause us to give it up. Everything else about the mattress exudes extremely high quality.

Having always had a temperpedic, we believed that every other mattresss brand was inferior. Boy were we wrong. The Dreamcloud is cooler, thicker and more supportive than our tempurpedic and was less than half the cost! We are now planning to switch all our other mattresses in the house out to Dreamclouds over the coming months.

My husband and I had both been having neck and back pain and decided it was time for a new mattress. I did a lot of research and came across the Dream Cloud. I loved that I could compare it with other mattresses on the website. The fact that they compared it to a particular mattress that I had tried and fallen in love with in a store is what sold me. For a quarter of the price I got this mattress. We absolutely love it! It is the perfect amount of support without being too firm. I'm a side sleeper so if a mattress is too firm my hips will hurt throughout the night. I have not had that problem at all with this mattress and yet it's firm enough so we're not suffering from neck and back pain anymore. We are definitely happy with out purchase.

I'm happy with my DreamCloud hybrid mattress. I sleep on my side and my husband sleeps on his stomach, and we both love the support it gives us. It's firm, yet it also cradles the body in the right places. It's also not very bouncy, so when one of us moves it doesn't disturb the other one. Overall, it's a fantastic value.

I was so excited when they delivered our mattress. I had been having bad neck pain for a year and finally realized I needed a new mattress. After resurrecting and reading reviews I decided to go with dreamcloud as bd have had no neck pain. I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. An added plus is my husband was having back pain and he is better as well.

My wife and I have been sleeping on our new DreamCloud mattress for a month now and we both love it! She is a side sleeper and I am a tummy sleeper. It accommodates us both well. I'm a big guy with ankylosing spondylitis (bamboo spine). It normally takes considerable effort and time to stretch and get ready for the day. Our new DreamCloud has made that process a little shorter and a little less rough. The only tough part is that the mattress is so comfortable, I don't want to get up.

I've had this mattress for a few weeks. It is incredibly comfortable. The perfect amount of firmness and enough give to not think I am sleeping on a board. I wish there were better instructions included for unpacking. It's a king size and was cumbersome. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but no damage to the mattress. My only concern is how the edges will hold up. They are not very firm and I am hoping they do not sag over time. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I am hoping to get a good many years out of it.
