I love my bed! I tried half a dozen beds at my local mattress store and found only one that was comparable to this DreamCloud bed, but it was twice as much and without a sleep bundle. I left the store and wondered if I could do better, then began my internet search when I arrived home. So happy to have found DreamCloud! They not only have the best beds but also the best customer service! My bed is so dreamy and comfortable that everyone in my family wants to lay on my bed to watch TV!

I really wish I could write something saying how much I love my mew mattress as asked by the email I received but I still don’t have my mattress after waiting a month and a half. Every three days I continue to get a delayed shipment notice. Very frustrating.

I've had my bed for over 2 weeks and the gaseous smell is still strong even with the Dream Mattress Cover. Also, the bed is not as firm as I was led to believe. I'm going to give it a couple more weeks but I'm sorry to say that I will probably have to return it. Very disappointing.

Tonight is the first night on it. It will of course take sim getting use too! A little concern about the sides. Not much support when you sit on the sides. My BIG complaint is I received the base in 3 days, GOOD, it took 2 weeks to get the mattress. BAD

This mattress is amazing! Hands down. I rely so much on reviews and did SO much research to find the best mattress out there. I’m so glad we came across this one!!! It’s soft, yet firm and I absolutely love crawling into bed now. I love a soft bed and my husband loves a more firm so it’s the perfect combination for us! He gets up earlier in the mornings than I do and I never feel him get out of bed. We’ve had the mattress in use for a month now and I can honestly say there’s no going back! I recommend getting the mattress protector with this purchase! The mattress is thick so I wanted a protector that was made just for this mattress! It’s pricey but totally worth it! It is extra thick and adds to the comfort of the bed but it also is designed to protect the mattress from anything and everything. Totally worth it! I bought 18” thick sheets for this mattress. I've had a Tempurpedic for many years (about 10 yrs) and while I loved it, it did get a little too soft and wasn't cutting it. I actually had back pains for a while and think I was losing sleep. I knew I wanted a combo (innerspring, pillow top) mattress next and went scouring the internet for it. I was worried it would be too soft because it looked so plush, but after a few weeks sleeping on this thing, I truly love it. I'm sleeping better and every position I turn into I instantly sink in and am so comfy. The little divets are a little deep and kind of threw me at first, but now I love them!

We did a lot of searching and reading reviews before choosing our DreamCloud Premier. From the first night, we both slept better than we have in years. I sleep hot, but stay cool, and my husband is often cold, but sleeps comfortably. The bed and pillows are amazing. The sheets are also very nice. We used to have aches and pains, but not anymore. Buying a bed online may seem a little scary, but if you take a chance with this bed you will be amazed and happy that you did. The free sheets, mattress protector and pillows were a great perk, but I would buy again even if I didn't get anything free.

I’m so happy that my bed is nice and cozy again. The dream cloud mattress is extremely comfortable. It is a little heavy and cumbersome when it is time To change the sheets. A small price to pay for the luxurious comfort I’m sleeping on this mattress!

We were hoping that the Premier would be a little softer on top than the normal memory foam, which we don't like. However, it really does just feel like a memory foam mattress. We've relegated this mattress to the basement guest bedroom. Too much hassle to return it.

The difference between this mattress and my old serta mattress is night and day. Currently 7 months pregnant and I would need a body pillow to sleep and would still wake up constantly with hip pain. Now with my new mattress I've ditched the body pillow and my hip pain is gone
